Java Developer | Remote

Position: Java Developer Type: Contract Compensation: $20 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable Java applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in system integration planning. Document technical designs, processes, and workflows clearly and effectively. Requirements Have expert-level proficiency in Java, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of completed projects. Possess solid experience with object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms. Have strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams. Have proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
