Scrum Master Contract (Potential for Extensions or Conversion) Fully Remote (CST Time Zone) We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams focused on Supply Chain, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management initiatives. This individual will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, helping teams deliver business value while driving Agile maturity across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong Scrum expertise, experience supporting supply chain technology platforms, and a proven ability to guide teams through Agile transformation efforts. This person will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Agile Coaches, and business stakeholders to improve collaboration, remove impediments, and establish sustainable Agile practices that drive measurable business outcomes. Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and enterprise supply chain platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Scrum Leadership Serve as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, principles, and best practices. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement sessions, and other Agile ceremonies. Remove blockers and impediments that impact team productivity and delivery. Drive alignment between sprint objectives and broader business goals. Support Quarterly Planning and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities by identifying dependencies, risks, and resource needs. Agile Coaching & Transformation Coach teams, Product Owners, managers, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum best practices. Partner with Agile Coaches to improve Agile adoption and organizational maturity. Develop and execute plans that help teams continuously improve delivery effectiveness and collaboration. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous learning, and servant leadership. Help teams understand the value of Agile practices and adapt processes to fit organizational culture and business objectives. Lead retrospective discussions and ensure improvement actions are implemented and sustained. Supply Chain & Business Alignment Support Agile teams delivering solutions across Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain business functions. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand operational priorities and align Agile delivery accordingly. Help teams navigate complex dependencies across supply chain systems and business processes. Contribute to large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives impacting enterprise supply chain operations. Tool Enablement & AI Adoption Leverage Jira to support backlog management, sprint planning, forecasting, reporting, and team visibility. Educate teams on best practices for utilizing Jira AI capabilities to improve planning accuracy and delivery predictability. Utilize Copilot and AI-powered tools to streamline communication, summarize sprint outcomes, generate insights, and improve team efficiency. Promote innovative approaches to Agile delivery through the use of emerging technologies and automation. Metrics & Continuous Improvement Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics including velocity, cycle time, throughput, predictability, and defect trends. Provide actionable recommendations to improve team performance and delivery outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and increase transparency. Communicate delivery health, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership. DevOps & Delivery Excellence Promote Agile practices that support modern software delivery and continuous improvement. Partner with engineering teams to align Scrum processes with CI/CD and DevOps principles. Advocate for quality-focused delivery practices including test automation, early testing, and continuous feedback. Ensure quality considerations are incorporated into sprint planning and execution throughout the SDLC. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar Agile leadership role. Strong expertise facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile software development teams. Demonstrated experience coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices. Advanced proficiency with Jira and Agile reporting tools. Strong understanding of Agile metrics including velocity, cycle time, throughput, and predictability. Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple dependencies. Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Preferred Experience supporting Supply Chain, Order Management Systems (OMS), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Inventory Management, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience working with Manhattan Associates platforms or similar supply chain technologies. Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives and organizational change efforts. Experience partnering with Agile Coaches to improve Agile maturity across teams. Exposure to global or international supply chain operations. Experience leveraging Jira AI, Copilot, or other AI-powered productivity tools. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery lifecycle best practices. Certifications Preferred certifications include: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Equivalent Agile certifications
