Highly dynamic legal and professional services organization seeks an experienced Web Developer to join its innovative Information Services team, contributing to the design and development of enterprise-level web applications that support legal operations and firm client services. This role involves collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data management. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET MVC web applications and modules, ensuring scalable and secure code aligned with industry standards Implement new features and enhancements to existing applications within a dynamic legal technology environment Participate in code reviews, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement in coding standards Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and improve system performance Coordinate with external vendors, including software providers, system integrators, and consulting partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery Provide regular project status updates and immediate notification of potential risks impacting development timelines Core Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development and web application programming Proficient in C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Node.js, Angular or equivalent modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, XML, T-SQL Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience supplemented by relevant coursework Strong understanding of software design principles, testing, and version control practices Nice-to-Have Qualifications Prior experience working within the legal or financial services industries Familiarity with legal document management systems and APIs, such as iManage Cloud API Experience integrating with CRM systems like Salesforce, and enterprise tools such as PowerShell, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Aderant, Workday, SSRS Knowledge of Active Directory scripting and data import/export automation Core Technical Skills ASP.NET MVC, C#/.NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Node.js, Angular, HTML5, XML, T-SQL Web development tools, API integration, cloud services, enterprise content management, scripting languages Systems: Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory, CRM systems, Legal Practice Management software Career Impact This role offers the chance to shape high-impact legal technology solutions, directly supporting a leading organization’s innovation and operational excellence.
