Role: Android Developer Location: Dallas TX or NYC (5 days onsite in week) Skills: 5+ years of professional Android development experience Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin; strong knowledge of Java Hands-on experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, or MVI patterns Experience implementing biometric authentication, encryption, certificate pinning, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect Proficiency with JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, Robolectric Experience setting up automated build and deployment pipelines Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data (WebSockets) Experience with Google Play Console, app signing, staged rollouts, and release management Proficiency with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) Preferred Qualifications Prior experience building mobile applications in the financial services, wealth management, or brokerage industry Familiarity with financial data standards (FIX protocol, market data feeds) Experience with cross-platform parity projects (replicating iOS apps on Android or vice versa) Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for financial mobile apps (SOC 2, data privacy regulations) Experience with analytics and crash reporting tools (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Datadog) Familiarity with design systems and maintaining consistency across platforms Knowledge of accessibility testing tools and practices Why join Genpact?
