Job Overview Second Cup is seeking an outgoing and dedicated individual to join our team of baristas. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will ensure that every guest has a positive experience at our establishment. Responsibilities * Preparing a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks * Input customer orders into the POS system, and handling cash transactions * Maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment * Building good customer rapport by providing exceptional customer service Qualifications * Food Handler's certificate is an asset * Previous experience in retail and/or hospitality is preferred, but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.95 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * Store discount Work Location: In person
