University Behavioral Associates (UBA), part of Montefiore Medical Center, is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support quality assurance and improvement efforts across several child welfare programs funded by NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in strengthening program performance and outcomes by: Building and maintaining systems that integrate clinical, operational, and administrative data Translating qualitative clinical information into measurable indicators Designing data collection tools, workflows, and dashboards Supporting clinical teams in applying assessment findings Creating clear data summaries and visualizations for leadership and frontline teams Conducting data validation and quality assurance (automated or manual) Training staff on documentation standards, reporting systems, and data best practices What You Bring Bachelor’s required, Master’s degree preferred in a related field 1-3 years experience.
