Role : JavaScript Engineer with Node.JS & React Location: Sunrise FL Duration: Long term Skills – JavaScript, Node/NodeJS, Redux/Redux JS, TypeScript job Description What will you Developing an open source, enterprise web frame work Providing support for said framework to 1,000+ engineers, including training Designing intuitive, functional and extensible APIs Building cross platform components and libraries for future reuse and open source Optimizing software for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers as well as servers. Automating builds, testing, deployments and otherwise manual processes Thoroughly reviewing pull requests and identifying breaking changes Minimum Qualificat ions: Ability & aptitude for solving complex problems with simple solutions Forward thinking that anticipates the needs of our users & the enterprise Communication skills to teach users, both in writing and speaking Open-source mindset, understanding of how/when to split functionality into reusable libs that can benefit the whole OSS community beyond the enterprise Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, & React, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object modelKnowledge of Accessibility and Web Stan dardsUnderstanding of React and its core princ iplesFamiliarity with newer specifications of ECMAS criptExperience with common JavaScript development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn, etc.Experience writing automated tests including unit, integration, visual and performance tes ting.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical require mentsAbility to perform benchmarking and optimiz ation Preferred Qualifica tions:Experience architecting & building and high performance, high quality software designed for enterprise ca pacityHas existing OSS contributions or created libraries that work outside of their appli cationYou’ll do more than the expected.
