The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse. Summary of Duties: * Load and unload products from delivery trucks and pallets. * Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and clamp trucks as needed. * Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all items are accounted for. * Utilize cranes for moving heavy items within the warehouse. * Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations. * Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. * Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are utilized. ? Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards ? Receive and make labels and boxes based on priority ? Print and organize shipping labels ? Create and printing bills of lading, manifests, and related inbound and outbound documentation. ? Determine and build packaging based on product size; Pack orders to the customer?s requirement or from provided specifications ? Work with the Warehouse management team to assess & prioritize daily workloads ? Ensure tasks are picked and confirmed within agreed time frames, reporting daily exceptions to the Warehouse Management team ? Committed to delivering quality on time and in full to achieve a high level of customer experience ? Self-identifies mistakes, identify problems, and recommends solutions ? Ability to multi-skill across a variety of warehouse tasks, including some technology. ? Ensuring the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy condition. ? Performs other related duties as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed accurately ? Move and lift 30-50 pounds of product as needed ? High school diploma/GED or equivalent ? Previous distribution or warehouse experience is an asset ? Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position ? Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift ? Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves from various heights, weighing between 10 - 35 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift ? Ability to perform tasks under pressure and within a deadline-driven environment ? Ability to handle detail-oriented work to ensure proper items and quantities are picked to arrive at customers in good condition ? General fluency in English required, verbal and written ?
