Ethical Electrical, an Indigenous-owned Saskatchewan electrical contractor, is hiring an experienced Journeyperson Construction Electrician for residential, commercial and institutional work in La Ronge. SCHEDULE Seven days on and seven days off Approximately 80 scheduled hours during the seven-day work period Exact shift schedule and overtime conditions confirmed in writing COMPENSATION$40$47 per hour, based on directly relevant experience, independence, supervisory ability and demonstrated capability. Compensation may be reviewed after the employee has established reliability, workmanship, productivity and the ability to supervise apprentices effectively. ETHICAL ELECTRICAL PROVIDES Private lodging while working in La Ronge Meals while working in La Ronge REQUIREMENTS Current Saskatchewan Journeyperson Electrician certificate, or recognized Red Seal eligible for Saskatchewan recognition Strong residential, commercial or institutional electrical experience Ability to read drawings, perform layout and troubleshoot independently Ability to supervise and train apprentices Valid Class 5 drivers licence Reliable, safety-focused and professional conduct Healthcare, hospital, fire-alarm and northern-work experience are strong assets.
