Salesforce Developer / Administrator Austin, TX (Hybrid) I’m currently partnering with a high-growth organisation in the consumer goods space to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their expanding tech team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where Salesforce plays a key role across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology. You’ll act as both a hands-on technical expert and trusted system owner, helping scale and optimise the platform as the business continues to grow. The Role Platform Administration & Configuration • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets and security settings • Configure objects, record types, Lightning pages and layouts • Build Flows, workflow rules and approval processes • Develop dashboards, reports and data visualisations • Support data imports, cleansing and governance Development & Integrations • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers and scheduled jobs • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages • Deliver integrations with third-party systems via APIs • Support testing, UAT and code reviews Release & Stakeholder Management • Manage deployments across sandbox and production environments (SFDX, Change Sets, Ant) • Partner with QA/DevOps on CI/CD pipelines • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions • Provide training, documentation and ongoing support What We’re Looking For 4+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & Advanced Administrator (required) Strong skills across Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce & Flows Experience delivering integrations and deployments across complex environments Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience FPSG is committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief and age.
