Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: USA (Remote – PST Hours) Duration: 3–6 Months (Possible Extension) Overvie wWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, platform customization, and enterprise application delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who writes clean, scalable code, follows best practices, and delivers well-documented, maintainable solutions .Key Responsibilitie sDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .Build and enhance Salesforce functionality using Flows, Record Types, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and other platform features .Develop and integrate Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and support Salesforce Mobile capabilities .Manage deployments using Sandboxes, Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines .Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions .Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and support documentation .Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers .Required Skills & Qualification s12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments .Strong expertise in :Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable, Test Classes )Lightning Web Components (LWC )SOQL/SOS LSalesforce REST/SOAP API sSalesforce Mobile Developmen tExperience with Salesforce configuration, including :Record Type sPage Layout sValidation Rule sAssignment Rule sApproval Processe sFlow Automatio nSolid understanding of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security .Experience with Git-based version control, deployment processes, and CI/CD .Strong debugging, testing, and technical documentation skills .Preferred Qualitie sExcellent communication and collaboration skills .Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding standards .Documentation-driven approach with a focus on long-term maintainability .Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team .
