Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Systems Administrator. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing computer systems, servers, and networks. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system security, and monitoring network performance to ensure efficient operations. The role also involves coordinating software installations, managing system updates, and documenting processes to adhere to organizational best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in System Administration, including configuring, maintaining, and optimizing servers and operating systems Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues Experience in providing Technical Support and excellent communication to address user needs effectively Knowledge of Network Administration, including managing firewalls, routers, and switches Understanding of Information Technology systems, protocols, and security practices Ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are a plus Show more Show less
