Responsibilities * Structural framing * Decks, sheds, cabanas, and exterior projects * Interior and exterior finish carpentry * Renovations and custom builds * Reading plans and layouts * Maintaining clean and organized job sites * Working independently and with a crew Requirements * Carpentry experience preferred (apprentices welcome) * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation * Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Experience with power tools and construction equipment * Punctual and dependable Assets (Not Required) * Working at Heights certification * Fall arrest training * Experience with steel siding or exterior cladding * Own hand tools What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience * Opportunity for growth and advancement * Variety of custom residential projects * Supportive work environment * Steady local work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
