Position Summary Position Title: _Marketing Manager _Reporting To: _VP Strategy, Business Development & Integration (GM MCON interim) _Location: Flexible within TPG operating locations The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in advancing TPG?s growth strategy by supporting divisional business development, strengthening market presence, enhancing customer engagement, and helping position TPG as an innovative and trusted leader in precast concrete solutions. This is not a traditional communications-only marketing role. The successful candidate must be commercially minded, highly collaborative, execution-focused, and capable of operating effectively within a fast-paced operational environment supporting multiple divisions and stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will help strengthen alignment across divisions while supporting TPG?s transformation toward greater accountability, operational excellence, innovation, and market leadership.
