We are building a modern, scalable technology platform to power our lending operations, centered around Salesforce (including Northteq’s Aurora LOS), integrated systems, and an expanding data and analytics stack. Overview Fox Ridge Capital is seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically capable QA Engineer to own quality assurance across our internal technology stack. This is a fully remote role and offers the opportunity to build and scale QA processes and automation frameworks from the ground up . This individual will be responsible for both manual and automated testing of business-critical systems, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce (including Northteq Aurora LOS) and integrated platforms. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable validating complex business processes and building repeatable automated tests to support ongoing releases. Required Qualifications 3–6+ years of experience in QA / software testing Experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud preferred) Strong understanding of: Test case design Regression testing Defect tracking and QA methodologies Hands-on experience with manual testing of complex business workflows Experience with at least one test automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, Provar, etc.) Experience with API testing tools (Postman or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce-specific testing tools (e.g., Provar) Familiarity with Apex, Flows, and Salesforce data models Experience testing managed packages (e.g., LOS platforms like Aurora) Exposure to financial services or lending platforms Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management Ability to work across both technical and business stakeholders Key Responsibilities Manual Testing & QA Ownership Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases across Salesforce and related systems Perform end-to-end testing of loan origination workflows, approvals, and funding processes Validate business logic, workflows, permissions, and UI behavior Execute regression testing for new releases and system updates Partner with business stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Credit) to support UAT cycles Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Test Automation Develop and maintain automated test suites for high-impact workflows Identify opportunities to automate regression testing and reduce manual effort Implement UI and/or API testing using tools such as: Provar (preferred for Salesforce) Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks Build data-driven test scenarios for repeatability and coverage Integrate automated tests into release cycles and CI/CD processes (where applicable) Salesforce & System Testing Validate functionality across: Salesforce (Sales Cloud + managed packages such as Aurora LOS) Custom objects, flows, validation rules, and Apex logic Test role-based access and permission controls Ensure data integrity between Salesforce and integrated systems Integration & API Testing Test integrations with external systems (e.g., Aspire and other vendor platforms) Validate API requests/responses using Postman or similar tools Ensure reliable and accurate data exchange across systems Process Improvement & Quality Strategy Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and documentation Help define test coverage strategy for key business workflows Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve release quality Play a key role in building a scalable QA function as the company grows Benefits Competitive salary and company-wide bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match (if applicable) Flexible PTO policy Fully remote work environment Key Traits for Success Highly detail-oriented and process-driven Able to think in terms of end-to-end business workflows , not just features Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proactive in identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Why This Role Matters This role will directly impact the reliability and scalability of Fox Ridge Capital’s core lending platform.
