We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile operations across multiple software development teams focused on manufacturing modernization initiatives. This individual will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and facilitating Agile events while partnering closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure business value is delivered effectively. The Scrum Master will remove roadblocks, coach teams on Agile principles, and help drive execution across manufacturing technology initiatives involving centralized data platforms, machine tools, shop tools, and digital manufacturing programs. Location: Downtown San Diego Onsite 5 days a week Pay: 40/hr - 45/hr Objectives of the Role Support Agile operations for up to three development teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team effectiveness. Partner with Product Owners to maximize business value. Remove impediments impacting team progress. Coach teams on Agile values, practices, artifacts, and goals. Support business-driven technology initiatives within manufacturing operations. Tasks & Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work. Track team progress and delivery commitments. Remove obstacles affecting project execution. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Manage software change requests from multiple sources. Support user acceptance testing activities. Assist teams in resolving software issues and impediments. Enable collaboration across business and technology teams. Utilize Azure DevOps to manage Agile processes and reporting. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Agile Certification. 4+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting software development teams. 2+ years of Azure DevOps experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience facilitating Agile events and coaching teams. Business analysis and decision-making capabilities. Experience managing software change requests and issue resolution. Ability to work onsite five days per week in San Diego. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. SAFe Certification. Recent Agile/SAFe certification strongly preferred. 4+ years supporting Manufacturing Operations software. Knowledge of IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technologies. Experience with manufacturing hardware/software ecosystems. Knowledge of Agile project management tools. Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
