Software Engineer

We are looking for a backend-leaning full-stack Software Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to own large projects end-to-end — from design and requirements through delivery. You will build vertical-specific AI workflows that help PEOs scale without scaling headcount, with roughly 25% of your time focused on product decisions and feature design. What You’ll Do Build and ship vertical-specific AI workflows across client support, payroll data entry, and leave management Own projects end-to-end independently — from design review and requirements gathering to delivered features Define technical patterns and architecture that will carry the product forward as the company scales Contribute to product roadmap decisions and independently design new features (~25% product focus) Engage directly with customers to demo features, collect feedback, and deeply understand their needs
