Full-Stack Software Engineer (IAM & Authentication)

Job Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer (IAM & Authentication) Location: Remote Job Summary Seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer (IAM & Authentication) with 5+ years of experience building secure, scalable web applications in regulated cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React/Redux, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, IAM, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, and cloud-based distributed systems . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure full-stack applications using React, Redux, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL . Build authentication, authorization, and administrative tools for user and role management. Develop scalable, secure APIs and cloud-based solutions. Work on performance, scalability, and reliability improvements. Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code. Required Skills 5+ years of full-stack software development experience. Exposure to FedRAMP or other regulated cloud environments Strong experience with React/Redux and Ruby on Rails . Hands-on experience with Kafka , Elasticsearch , or event-driven architectures. Experience with IAM , OAuth , SAML , SCIM , and authorization frameworks. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design. Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and scalable distributed systems. Strong understanding of secure application development and software engineering best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
