Java Springboot Microservices Tech Support

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Technical Skills Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication (OAuth2/JWT). Experience with SQL databases. Familiarity with message queues (Kafka). Ability to read and analyze application logs and stack traces. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.). Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 technical support for integration applications, APIs, and microservices. Diagnose and resolve issues related to data flows, microservices, batch jobs, API failures, and system integrations. Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures. Troubleshoot issues in Java Spring Boot–based microservices including performance, availability, and functional failures. Monitor and support REST APIs, event-driven integrations, message queues (Kafka), and batch processes. Validate integration payloads (JSON/XML) and troubleshoot mapping issues. Respond proactively to alerts and system degradation. Participate in patching, releases, and deployment validation. Document SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
