Payments Development Lead

Job Title: Payments Development Lead Duration- Fulltime Permanent Location: Raleigh, NC- Remote Job Description: Payments Development Lead Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot development. Extensive experience working on the AWS cloud platform. Deep technical expertise in AWS services, including: CloudWatch S3 Buckets SNS (Simple Notification Service) Terraform DLQ (Dead Letter Queue) Other relevant AWS services and cloud-native technologies. Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, high-performance applications. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API development, and cloud deployment practices. In-depth knowledge of the Banking and Payments domain, including payment processing workflows, transaction management, and related business processes. Ability to provide technical leadership, solution design, and mentorship to development teams. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of security, performance optimization, and monitoring in AWS environments. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Domain Preference: Banking / Payments Experience: 10–15+ Years Primary Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform, CloudWatch, S3, SNS, DLQ, Database.
