Salesforce Developer (Mid-Level) Remote - (Must be US based) 6 months C2H We're partnering with a growing Salesforce consulting firm that specialises in delivering innovative solutions for nonprofit organisations. They're looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join their team on a contract to hire basis. A great opportunity to join a growing company as a developer and develop into an Architect with the right people around you. What You'll Be Doing Developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows Collaborating with consultants, architects, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions Building integrations with third-party platforms Participating in solution design and technical discussions Supporting project delivery across multiple nonprofit clients What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' Salesforce consulting experience Strong hands-on experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, REST API integrations Previous experience delivering Salesforce solutions within the nonprofit sector (NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud experience highly desirable) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Confident working directly with clients and translating business requirements into technical solutions A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities Nice to Have Salesforce Platform Developer I, NPSP or NPC Certs.
