No sponsorship available. Personal Corp We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our Global Technology Finance & Client Data team. This is a greenfield development project to modernize and replace a companywide AUM reporting platform. The team is building a custom platform from the ground up that will automate data acquisition, transformation, and reporting while eliminating manual SQL-based reporting processes. The initial MVP is expected to be delivered within 9–12 months, making this an opportunity to contribute to a long-term strategic initiative. This is not a Data Engineer position . We are looking for an experienced software engineer who can design and build backend services, data processing pipelines, and supporting UI components for a modern enterprise application. Responsibilities Design and develop a new enterprise platform from the ground up using modern software engineering practices. Build Apache Airflow DAGs to orchestrate batch data pipelines into Snowflake. Develop scalable Python applications and FastAPI REST APIs to expose curated business data. Design and maintain Snowflake data models across RAW, STAGING, CORE, and REPORTING layers using dbt. Implement complex business workflows, calculations, and data transformation logic. Build and enhance React/TypeScript user interfaces for workflow management and reporting tools as needed. Create secure REST services using JWT/OAuth2 authentication with OpenAPI documentation. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to automate manual reporting processes and deliver scalable data solutions. Work with existing .NET applications by understanding integration points and business logic (no C# development required). Required Qualifications Previous Asset Management or Investment Management experience is required. Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or Python Software Engineer building enterprise applications. Strong Python development experience. Hands-on experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI. Experience designing and building Apache Airflow DAGs and workflow orchestration. Strong experience with Snowflake data warehouse architecture and development. Experience implementing data models using dbt. Experience designing scalable backend systems and complex business workflows. Experience building batch-oriented data pipelines. Understanding of secure API development, JWT/OAuth2 authentication, and OpenAPI documentation. Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
