The platform helps specialty clinics and provider groups improve patient acquisition, streamline clinical operations, and deliver better long-term patient engagement. The product sits directly at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle. The team is entering its next stage of growth and looking for strong frontend engineers who thrive in high-ownership startup environments. What You’ll Work On Build and scale modern frontend applications using Vue 3 + TypeScript Develop realtime communication experiences across audio + SMS workflows for patients Ship highly-available applications in a regulated healthcare environment Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams Help shape frontend architecture and engineering standards as the platform scales Tech Stack Vue 3 TypeScript Node.js Express Mongoose Realtime communication infrastructure Turborepo / monorepo architecture Requirements Strong experience building production-grade web applications Deep experience with Vue 3 + TypeScript Experience working with backend APIs in Node/Express ecosystems Experience building highly-available systems in regulated environments Ability to operate with strong ownership and autonomy Nice to Have HealthTech / Healthcare SaaS experience HL7 / FHIR / EHR familiarity AWS, Azure, or GCP exposure CI/CD and Git workflows Experience with monorepos, especially Turborepo Culture High ownership, low ego Fast-moving engineering culture Strong attention to detail Builders who value speed and execution Direct feedback and continuous growth mindset Interview Process Intro conversation with the team 2–3 technical assessments (live + take-home depending on level) Cross-functional conversations with leadership and operations Offer + background check Show more Show less
