Technical Support Engineer Location: Burnaby, BC Company: ANYLOAD Weigh & Measure Employment Type: Full-time About ANYLOAD ANYLOAD Weigh & Measure is a Canadian industrial technology company headquartered in Burnaby, BC, with international operations across North America and Asia. We design and manufacture load cells, scales, weighing systems, instrumentation, and industrial measurement solutions used in critical applications across transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, mining, food processing, aerospace, medical, construction, and other demanding industries. Our products are often small components inside much larger systems, but they perform essential work: measuring force, weight, load, tension, and structural performance where accuracy, reliability, and safety matter. We support customers ranging from local equipment builders to multinational manufacturers, system integrators, and industrial operators. We are looking for people who want to work on practical engineering problems, see a wide range of real-world applications, and contribute to products that help critical industries operate safely and efficiently. About the Role ANYLOAD is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Technical Support Engineer to join our internal support team in Burnaby. This role acts as a bridge between engineering, sales, marketing, production, quality, customers, and integration partners. You will help translate technical information into clear documentation, support product onboarding, review specifications, respond to technical inquiries, and help our commercial team present accurate product information to the market. A key part of this role will also involve supporting technical training for ANYLOAD?s integration partners, dealers, and internal customer service and sales teams. You will help ensure that the people representing and supporting our products understand how they work, where they are used, how they should be selected, and how to communicate their value accurately. The role is well suited for someone with an engineering background who enjoys technical communication, product knowledge, structured problem solving, and working with both internal teams and external partners. You will work with an international team and support applications across a wide range of industries where weighing, force measurement, and sensor reliability are mission-critical. Occasional travel may be required within Canada, to the United States, and to Asia to support customers, integration partners, suppliers, training, product launches, and internal team coordination. Key Responsibilities Technical Documentation * Create, update, and maintain product datasheets, user manuals, installation guides, technical bulletins, application notes, and product selection guides. * Review existing technical documents for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and completeness. * Translate complex technical details into clear, practical content for customers, sales teams, dealers, integration partners, and internal staff. * Support the standardization of product specifications, terminology, drawings, and technical reference materials. Product Support and Product Onboarding * Support new product onboarding by preparing technical documentation, specification sheets, configuration guides, drawings, QA checklists, and internal reference materials. * Build product knowledge across load cells, strain gauge sensors, weighing indicators, digital junction boxes, weighing assemblies, instrumentation electronics, and related industrial weighing systems. * Assist sales, customer service, engineering, and production teams with technical questions and product selection. * Help identify gaps in documentation, product information, training material, and internal support processes. Training and Knowledge Transfer * Develop and maintain technical training materials for integration partners, dealers, customer service, sales, and internal support teams
