Platform Developer – AI Overview Our agent ecosystem is growing faster than the platform supporting it. While the Lightspeed program has proven AI can rapidly deliver production systems and automation, those efforts expose a clear gap in the underlying platform—deployment, tooling, APIs, and runtime management. We’re hiring a Platform Developer to build and own that foundation. In this role, you’ll make the ecosystem stable, scalable, and reusable by developing the shared tooling, infrastructure, and automation that all agents rely on. Operating at the intersection of AI and platform engineering, you’ll focus on building durable solutions—ensuring agents deploy cleanly, integrations remain maintainable, and automation scales without fragmentation.
