What you will be doing This isn’t a “just code what you’re told” role. You’ll take ideas from early-stage concepts all the way to real-world products — designing, building, testing and refining along the way. Develop embedded software across microcontrollers, processors & SoCs Work closely with hardware engineers to bring products to life Get involved in architecture, design decisions & planning Optimise for performance, memory & power Be part of customer conversations — not hidden behind the scenes What makes this role special? Variety One week you could be working on IoT devices, the next on industrial systems or completely new tech. On a hybrid basis, there is some travel required to customers and to the office, but a definite combination of work from home / on site to secure good work/life balance. Your tech expertise Solid experience with C/C++ in embedded systems RTOS (Zephyr, FreeRTOS) Embedded Linux, Android platform (AOSP) Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, CAN Secure boot, secure firmware update Comfortable debugging with real hardware tools A mindset of curiosity + problem-solving Fluent English (spoken and written) The team A small team (~8 people) of experienced engineers who genuinely know their stuff.
