<h2 class="p1">Role Description</h2> Dropbox is seeking a detail oriented Executive Business Partner to support a C-Level Executive who sits on our senior management team. Our Admins are the glue that holds everything together - from calendaring and travel to team support, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of impactful, strategic tasks. With humility and resourcefulness, you’ll building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts, making a point to be available and approachable and support the department’s goals. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality and execution. If you like to tame chaos while remaining calm and flexible in the face of ever-changing priorities and needs, then this is the role for you. <h2 class="p1">Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Strategically maintain sensitive information and complex calendars in a rapidly changing environment, requiring coordination with both internal and external executives and assistants</li> <li>Partner with other admins and senior leaders to align calendar availability and ensure the Executive is available for any necessary meetings, while balancing managerial and personal demands.</li> <li>Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events, including for Executive with customers</li> <li>Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements </li> <li>Prepare monthly expense reports, and coordinate other documentation, where needed</li> <li>Coordinate special projects as needed</li> <li>Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your lead and act as a liaison, building great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts</li> <li>Partner with the admin community to ensure necessary coverage for full leadership team and set operating standards for the organization</li> </ul> <h2 class="p1">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience with 6+ years experience in an administrative support role</li> <li>Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple executives and teams </li> <li>Event planning experience </li> <li>Ability to travel up to 50%</li> <li>Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities</li> <li>Strong Google calendar/e-mail/doc skills</li> <li>Ability to juggle many projects and priorities at once in an organized manner </li> <li>Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail</li> <li>Track record of consistently going above and beyond with a proactive mindset</li> <li>Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations</li> <li>Admin peer support experience and has worked on an Admin team of at least 20+ </li> <li>Passion for Dropbox and helping your leads and their teams as they scale</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Experience working in tech</li> <li>Experience working with a product team</li> <li>Experience working with a go-to-market/customer-facing team</li> <li>Project or program management experience</li> </ul> <h2>Durable Skills</h2> AI fluency means using these tools to amplify human judgment, not replace it.
