Scrum Master

This is a contract position. It is 100% remote. In this role, you will: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective as part of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Data Completeness for Business Applications project to be completed by 12/31/26 Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles The skills we are looking for in this role include: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience in Agile delivery roles Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for technology delivery teams and enabling reliable execution through Agile discipline. Strong capability in technical/process analysis: translating ambiguous needs into clear backlog items and supporting end-to-end delivery. Strong understanding of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles. Previous experience with ADO and ServiceNow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
