Scrum Master

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile software development teams and drive the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and Agile project management tools while serving as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader for cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments and help teams achieve sprint goals and deliver high-quality software. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives. Utilize Jira to manage Agile projects, track progress, and maintain project visibility. Monitor team performance and promote Agile best practices across the organization. Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and Agile delivery standards. Identify and address risks, dependencies, and roadblocks impacting project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams. Expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Extensive hands-on experience with Jira for Agile project management. Proven experience coaching teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments. Experience supporting multiple Agile teams.
