Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role: As a Core AE, you will be helping our largest and most strategic enterprise sized customers consolidate outdated technologies, digitize workflows, and unlock game-changing data insights that will transform their businesses. We are helping the companies that literally keep our lights on, put food on our tables, and build our communities to become safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. Typical sales will be $100k to $500k, and typically involve POCs, multiple stakeholders, managing trials, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US and requires working in EST and CST timezone. You should apply if:  You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact—helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. Your mantra is #alwaysbeprospecting: The world of operations is vast. Your customers are often out in the field and the best way to catch them is live on the phone. Samsara's top reps do constant research to find companies and contacts to expand their pipeline. You have innate curiosity in how businesses work: One day you'll meet with someone in waste management and the next you may be learning about the inner workings of a food distribution center. Our top sales team members seek to learn the ins and outs of the businesses they support in order to make a larger impact.  You are a life-long learner: Samsara sales are complex. You will need to learn about businesses where you previously had little knowledge. The payoff is big but you have to be willing to put in the work.  You build genuine relationships with your customers: The industries we serve have relied on pen-and-paper solutions for years and haven't been met with the type of technology we offer. Our customers value earned trust and human relationships built over time. You want to be with the best: Samsara's high-performance Sales culture means you'll be surrounded by the best and challenged to go farther than you have before. Annual OTE Salary $222,400 — $278,000 USD Total Rewards At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. Staff AI/ML Engineer
ChimeSan Francisco (Fully Remote)11 days ago
Full TimeFully RemotePrincipal$246,000 - $246,000 / Year
pythonawssqlredissnowflakemachine learning+12

About the role Chime's Data Science & Machine Learning team builds the models, services, and platforms behind how millions of members manage and grow their financial lives. We're hiring a Staff AI/ML Engineer on our Lending and Cashflow team to lead the modeling behind cash flow underwriting and surface member insight: using members' transaction and deposit data to make fair, accurate credit decisions for people that traditional credit scores often miss. In this role, you'll build and deploy machine learning systems on some of the richest transactional and behavioral data in fintech, turning it into the credit decisions behind products like MyPay, Instant Loans, and SpotMe. This is a highly applied role: you'll own problems end to end, from framing the question through to a model running in production and moving a metric that matters, and you'll set the technical direction for how Chime underwrites with cash flow data. In this role, you can expect to Lead the design, training, and deployment of deep learning and classical ML underwriting models that turn members' transaction and cash flow data into credit decisions, from approval and line assignment to loss forecasting Take models from problem framing through to production — training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration — and stay accountable for how they behave once they're live Design and improve the systems around the model: feature pipelines, batch and real-time inference, monitoring, and retraining Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Risk to turn ambiguous business problems into ML solutions, and to make sure the solution is the right one Connect model performance to member outcomes and business metrics, and use experimentation to prove impact Set the technical roadmap for Lending ML and raise the bar across the team through design reviews, mentorship, and shared standards for model development, validation, and governance Help identify where AI/ML creates measurable impact for members — and where a simpler answer is the better one To thrive in this role, you have A track record of leading the design and deployment of deep learning models in production, including multi-quarter initiatives that span teams, with a solid grasp of architecture choice, training dynamics, and evaluation, and the judgment to make model design choices Solid machine learning fundamentals: classical modeling, evaluation design, and knowing which metric actually answers the question in front of you Hands-on experience across the end-to-end ML lifecycle — training, experimentation, optimization, deployment, and monitoring Comfort with messy real-world data, including label definition, leakage, class imbalance, and train/serve skew Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and distributed compute such as Spark or PySpark Working knowledge of modern ML infrastructure — AWS and tools such as SageMaker, Airflow, Kafka, Redis, and Snowflake — and an MLOps mindset for keeping production systems healthy The ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, influence technical direction beyond your own team, and explain model decisions clearly to engineers, risk partners, and senior leaders Nice-to-have Experience in either of these is a plus: Credit or underwriting models, and familiarity with model governance, explainability, and fairness requirements, such as adverse action reason codes and fair lending testing Cash flow or alternative-data underwriting: building credit features from bank transaction data, such as income and expense detection, balance trends, and transaction categorization Deployed transformer models in production #LI-Onsite #LI-DA1 Below is the base salary offered for this role and level of experience. Full-time employees may also be eligible for bonus(es), competitive equity, and benefits. For commissioned roles, the base salary listed in this job description does not include incentive/variable pay. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Wage Notice $246,000 — $340,000 USD A little about us At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress. gosqlrestdentalsalessaas sales+2

At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the Revenue team The Revenue team drives Affirm's top-line growth through strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm's products. About the Role GTM Strategy & Operations takes product and pricing initiatives and creates commercially viable, operationally sound go-to-market motions. We partner with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing to design rollout groups, coordinate implementation, and equip the field — CSMs, AEs, and TAMs — with the processes they need to create world-class go-to-market.  As an individual contributor, the Lead owns the go-to-market operations for a specific product line or segment end to end. You're handed the objective and you decide how to execute: building the target lists, assigning appropriate account actions, segmenting customers by contractual and pricing eligibility, and tracking adoption. You turn high-level product and pricing inputs into a plan a rep can actually execute. What You'll Do Own go-to-market operations for field teams executing on strategic initiatives — segmenting potential customers and managing the legal and pricing operations. Turn inputs from cross-functional stakeholders like Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing into an executable process. Manage Affirm's first-in-class AI contract dashboard for field teams to understand legal and pricing eligibility for product initiatives. Build and maintain the tools and playbooks the field needs for strategic initiatives, including contract renewal planning, pricing standardization, and new product GTM. Fluently navigate different perspectives on the same launch — the exec "why it matters," the customer value proposition, and the field-facing analysis. Sit close to the field, and turn what you hear into recommendations for cross-functional teams. Analyze performance data to find where a launch is stalling, and flag risks early. What We Look For 6+ years of experience in business operations, revenue or sales operations, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth environment. A track record of owning a go-to-market motion or customer-facing initiative end to end, rollout through adoption, within a defined scope. You've been handed vague "go make this work" instructions, then built a solution that resonated with stakeholders and customers. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing. Comfort translating product and pricing strategy into practical, field-ready execution. Solid analytical instincts: you use adoption and performance data to decide what to do next, not just to report what happened. Clear, action-oriented writing and speaking. You do your best work in ambiguity and move fast without waiting to be told the approach. Familiarity with merchant, payments, or SaaS sales motions is a must-have. Experience using SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data to support business insights and decision-making. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, automate processes, and drive efficiency, with an understanding of how to apply and validate AI-generated outputs. Director, Lifecycle Marketing, Provider Growth
Full TimeHybridMid$190,000 - $190,000 / Year
gosqldata sciencedentalschedulinginsurance+6

Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you're blocked.   We're here to give power to the patient.  For nearly 20 years, we've built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we're going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc's marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don't want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started.   Your Impact on Our Mission As the Director, Lifecycle Marketing, Provider Growth, you'll build the strategy, data foundation, and operating model for a new approach to provider lifecycle growth. Zocdoc is building the access infrastructure to make care bookable wherever patients search—connecting providers, insurance plans, scheduling systems, and practice workflows beyond the marketplace. For providers, that means more ways for patients to find and book them, with scheduling and practice tools designed to fit their operations. You'll build the lifecycle strategy that helps practices understand, adopt, and realize ongoing value from this expanding platform. Reporting to the VP, Provider Growth, you'll lead Lifecycle Marketing and support Product-Led Growth (PLG) in close partnership with Product, Data Science, and other growth teams, building a connected system that uses customer and product signals to understand what providers need and adapt experiences over time. This is a builder role: you'll set the direction, hire and develop the team, and work with partners to bring the system to life. You'll be an informed, hands-on partner to Data Science, Product, and Engineering—able to explore data, form strong hypotheses, and translate them into clear requirements for identity, decisioning, content, channels, and measurement. Together, you'll build experiences that help practices get value from an increasingly broad platform.   Your day-to-day is... Building the Lifecycle Marketing function from the ground up: defining its strategy, team design, hiring plan, roadmap, operating model, and priorities—and translating them into shipped capabilities and measurable outcomes, while supporting PLG in close partnership with Product and Data Science. Reimagining lifecycle as a continuously learning growth system, not a sequence of fixed programs, with experiences that adapt to provider context, needs, intent, product behavior, and readiness. Designing how provider identity, account context, product usage, behavioral signals, and business objectives come together to inform decisioning and the next best action; starting with actionable approaches and progressively introducing predictive or AI-enabled methods where they add value. Working directly with provider, account, product, and engagement data to build cohorts, investigate behavior, and diagnose drop-offs. You'll be able to self-serve meaningful analysis while partnering with Data Science on deeper analyses, models, instrumentation, and scalable data capabilities. Bringing the system to life across product surfaces, email, transactional communications, push, SMS, and human interactions with Sales and Customer Success—choosing the right channel and moment rather than simply increasing touch volume. Ensuring each experience helps providers discover, adopt, and realize value from Zocdoc's expanding platform, with commercial growth earned through successful adoption and customer outcomes. Establishing a measurement framework that connects provider experiences to activation, time to activation, product use, retention, revenue per provider, and incremental business impact—and using the findings to change what the system does. Partnering with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to improve the signals, instrumentation, experimentation, and reporting needed to make lifecycle experiences more relevant, adaptive, and measurable. Recruiting, leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Lifecycle Marketing team; setting a high bar, clarifying ownership, and building the functional discipline to scale, while supporting PLG in close partnership with Product and Data Science. Prototyping and testing new approaches—including AI-enabled decisioning, personalization, and automation—then scaling what demonstrably improves provider and business outcomes.   You'll Enjoy This Role If You... Are energized by building a growth strategy, technical foundation, and team where the capabilities are still taking shape. Share the view that lifecycle is easy to describe and rare to execute well: it takes strong data foundations, product partnership, sound judgment, orchestration, and relentless measurement. Have a strong point of view on how to transform lifecycle beyond static segmentation, fixed journeys, and campaign calendars. Believe lifecycle is about helping customers make progress and realize value—not simply sending more messages or driving transactions. Love connecting customer needs, product behavior, and business outcomes into clear priorities and experiences. Can move comfortably between the big picture and the details: setting a multi-year direction, coaching a team, and unblocking this quarter's work. Enjoy working across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Data Science, and Operations to create one connected provider experience. Are curious about how AI and automation can make growth experiences more adaptive and useful, while staying focused on customer value.   You'll Be Successful in This Role If You... Have significant experience in lifecycle, CRM, growth, product-led, or customer marketing, with a track record of building capabilities and leading teams. Are data-savvy and comfortable manipulating and analyzing provider, account, product, or behavioral data on your own. SQL experience is an advantage, not a prerequisite; strong analytical judgment and the ability to self-serve investigation are essential. Have built lifecycle or growth systems from the ground up, connecting customer data and decision logic to experiences, product adoption, retention, or revenue outcomes. Bring strong customer and audience judgment, and know how to turn qualitative insight and behavioral data into useful decisions, experiences, and next steps. Can move between strategy and implementation—working through data, systems, and operational details while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, or Data Science. Have experience recruiting, developing, and organizing a team to deliver a new capability, not only inheriting and optimizing an established function. Can define clear success measures, design tests, interpret results, and distinguish activity and attribution from evidence of business impact. Are comfortable building through ambiguity—making sound tradeoffs, creating structure, and adapting as the product portfolio, data, and customer needs evolve. Are an exceptional communicator and coach who can align senior stakeholders, give teams clarity, and help people grow. Have experience with B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or other multi-product business models; healthcare experience is a plus. Have explored or applied AI, automation, or decisioning tools to improve personalization, team effectiveness, or customer experiences.   Benefits Flexible, hybrid work environment at our convenient Soho location Unlimited vacation 100% paid employee health benefit options, including medical, dental, and vision Commuter benefits 401(k) with employer-funded match Corporate wellness program with Wellhub Sabbatical leave for employees with 5+ years of service Competitive paid parental leave and fertility/family planning reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Catered lunch every day, along with beverages and snacks Employee Resource Groups and ZocClubs to promote shared community and belonging Great Place to Work Certified   Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details. NYC Base Salary Range $190,000 — $250,000 USD About us Zocdoc is the country's leading digital health marketplace that helps patients easily find and book the care they need. Each month, millions of patients use our free service to find nearby, in-network providers, compare choices based on verified patient reviews, and instantly book in-person or video visits online. Providers participate in Zocdoc's Marketplace to reach new patients to grow their practice, fill their last-minute openings, and deliver a better healthcare experience. Founded in 2007 with a mission to give power to the patient, our work each day in pursuit of that mission is guided by our six core values . Zocdoc is a private company backed by some of the world's leading investors, and we believe we're still only scratching the surface of what we plan to accomplish.  Zocdoc is a mission-driven organization dedicated to building teams as diverse as the patients and providers we aim to serve. In the spirit of one of our core values - Together, Not Alone , we are a company that prides itself on being highly collaborative, and we believe that diverse perspectives, experiences and contributors make our community and our platform better.  We're an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
