At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the Product team The Product team listens to our customers' needs and translates those insights into a clear product vision. The team works closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build scalable financial products that empower people to manage their money with confidence. We rely on empathy, curiosity, and business sense to prioritize features and improve experiences. Our role is to lead with clarity, support cross-functional execution, and champion the user in every decision. About the role Millions of people use the Affirm Card, but we don't yet give them a reason to keep coming back beyond the product itself. You'll build our consumer loyalty program from scratch: what people earn, how they move up, and why Affirm becomes their default way to pay. What you'll do Own the vision and roadmap for Affirm's consumer loyalty program, setting the hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing across multiple quarters Launch the first version of rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics, member benefits, redemption, and the surfaces that make the value obvious in app, at checkout, and after a purchase Build the engagement loops (progress, milestones, personalized offers) that turn a one-time borrower into someone who reaches for Affirm every week Own the program economics: reward liability, funding mix across merchant-funded offers, interchange and network incentives, and the case for incremental GMV against cost per member Set up the measurement foundation for loyalty, including holdouts, incrementality testing and long-run LTV, then tune earn and burn rates and tier thresholds off what the data says Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design rewards that are compliant and clearly disclosed, with no hidden fees or fine print that surprises people Align senior stakeholders and pull together dependencies across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing, leading embedded engineering and design pods through a lot of ambiguity What we look for 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program: card rewards, points, tiers, subscription benefits, or something equivalent. You know earn and burn mechanics and what makes a program pay for itself History of launching products from scratch, not just optimizing what already exists Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric, and know which levers actually move them Comfortable building the financial model yourself and defending reward cost, funding mix and payback to Finance and leadership Strong UX instincts and a high bar for design. You know the difference between a reward that feels good and a badge buried in a settings menu Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality/attribution, and LTV measurement; data chops (SQL/Amplitude-level self-serve) and a bias for shipping, learning and iterating quickly Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products; comfort partnering with Risk/Credit, Legal, and Compliance Excellent cross-functional leadership, including experience leading without authority AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and others to research, analyze and prototype, and help develop better product vision Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience Base Pay Grade - P Equity Grade - 7 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range . Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history. Kalshi is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more. But it's beautiful and deeply fulfilling . Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets. Some basic requirements: Experience making videos that have gone viral. 2+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Should you have compensation expectations that exceed these bands, we'd love to hear from you and would welcome you to reach out to discuss further. Our Culture Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out. We dream big. We love our craft deeply and are proud of what we put out in the world. We are committed to our vision of building something big… but also useful: a product that brings more truth through the power of markets. Kalshians are Kalshi's most important asset: we pick Kalshians carefully, so we trust them fully on day 1. Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you're blocked. We're here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we've built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we're going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc's marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don't want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. Your Impact on our Mission: Zocdoc is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to make our distributed production systems more observable, reliable, and safe to change. Our platform connects patients, providers, and many interconnected services and integrations, so reliability depends on understanding the full path of a request—not just whether an individual service is running. You'll help build the observability foundations, automation, and engineering practices that allow Zocdoc to move quickly without sacrificing safety. You'll work across cloud infrastructure, microservices, APIs, and integration points in AWS, partnering closely with product engineering teams to identify risks, improve operational visibility, and make the right behavior easier to build and operate. You'll enjoy this role if you are… Passionate about observability and believe that teams can't reliably operate what they can't see Experienced in integration-rich environments where APIs, third-party dependencies, asynchronous workflows, and distributed services create complex failure modes Excited by the challenge of helping a fast-moving engineering organization ship quickly while keeping systems safe, diagnosable, and resilient Motivated to turn operational knowledge into reusable platforms, automation, telemetry standards, and paved paths for engineering teams Comfortable leading or supporting incident response, communicating clearly under pressure, and using blameless post-mortems to drive meaningful improvements Curious about how systems behave in production and willing to investigate across application code, infrastructure, networking, and external dependencies Collaborative, pragmatic, and able to build trust with engineers across numerous product development teams Autonomous, individually accountable, and always looking for ways to reduce toil and improve the developer and operator experience Your day to day is… Designing, building, and operating observability for distributed services and integrations, including metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts, service-level indicators, and service-level objectives Improving end-to-end visibility across critical patient and provider workflows, including identifying gaps in instrumentation and making dependency health and integration failures easier to understand Creating reliable, repeatable tooling and infrastructure through infrastructure as code, automation, CI/CD, and self-service patterns Partnering with product engineering teams on reliability, scaling, performance, capacity, and failure-mode analysis for services and integrations Helping teams establish actionable alerts and operational ownership so that on-call signals are timely, meaningful, and connected to a clear response path Participating in the on-call rotation and incident response process, including serving as an incident commander when appropriate and driving follow-up work through completion Analyzing and tuning systems, code, cloud resources, and networking for resilience, performance, and efficient operation Strengthening deployment and change-management practices so teams can release frequently with appropriate safeguards, rollback paths, and feedback loops Contributing to platform standards and reusable patterns for containerized workloads, service communication, secrets, routing, and production readiness You'll be successful in this role if you have… 5+ years of experience supporting consumer-facing web applications, APIs, or distributed production environments in a Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Platform Engineering, or closely related role 2+ years of on-call experience in a 24/7 cloud-based production environment, with a track record of participating in incident response and delivering durable remediation Deep experience operating systems with many integrations, services, dependencies, or external APIs, and a practical understanding of how those relationships affect reliability Demonstrated experience building or improving observability practices, including metrics, structured logging, distributed tracing, dashboards, alerting, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets 2+ years of experience managing and supporting modern cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, along with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms Proficiency in Python, Go, Ruby, Java, or a comparable language, and the ability to read and troubleshoot application code Experience with infrastructure as code and automated delivery practices, such as Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, GitOps, or equivalent tools Experience with edge and service networking technologies such as load balancers, reverse proxies, ingress controllers, web application firewalls, routing, rate limiting, or circuit breaking A deep understanding of protocols and foundational networking concepts such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, and NTP Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain operational risk, incident findings, and technical tradeoffs to both engineers and partners Experience working with sensitive data, privacy or compliance requirements, or regulated production environments is a plus, but not required. Benefits: Flexible work environment based in NYC Unlimited Vacation 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and vision) 401(k) with employer funded match Corporate wellness program with Wellhub Sabbatical leave (for employees with 5+ years of service) Competitive paid parental leave and fertility/family planning reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Employee Resource Groups and ZocClubs to promote shared community and belonging Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
