Graphic Designer & Video Editor
BlueTuskrRemote (Fully Remote)15 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid$31,200 - $31,200 / Year
figmavideo editingillustratorindesignafter effectspremiere pro+19

Description BlueTuskr is a full-service e-commerce growth agency built exclusively for e-commerce brands. We combine paid media, owned media, creative, and analytics to help our clients scale profitably. Our team is made up of specialists who are deeply invested in their craft — and in the success of the brands they serve. This isn't a "jack of all trades" environment. We hire people who are exceptional at what they do, then give them the resources and autonomy to do it well. The Opportunity We're looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor who creates with conversion in mind. You know that a beautiful email that doesn't get clicks isn't finished yet, and that a product page is a sales tool first. This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent real time designing for e-commerce brands — emails, landing pages, website sections, and social/ad creative — and can explain exactly why each design choice was made. You'll design across a portfolio of e-commerce clients, working closely with our email, CRO, Shopify development, and paid media teams. You'll also use Claude and other AI tools as a real part of your workflow — to move faster on ideation, variations, and production, without sacrificing quality or brand consistency. This role starts part-time at 15 hours/week, with real room to grow as your client roster and responsibilities expand. What You'll Own Email & Retention Design Design campaign and automated flow emails (newsletters, welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) that are on-brand and built to drive clicks and revenue Design mobile-first, with clear hierarchy, scannable layouts, and strong calls to action Prepare email-ready files and specs (image slicing, live text vs. image text, alt text, dark mode considerations) for clean builds in Klaviyo and other email platforms Web Creative & CRO Support Design landing pages, homepage, and collection page sections, product page (PDP) modules, banners, and promotional assets for Shopify stores Partner with the CRO team to design test variations based on data, heatmaps, and hypotheses — not just personal taste Hand off dev-ready Figma files to our web developers, with desktop and mobile layouts, organized layers, and clear specs Social & Ad Creative Design static social and paid ad creative for Meta, TikTok, and other channels Create ad variations and iterations to support creative testing Video editing for social and ad use (resizing, trimming, captions, simple motion) where needed Process & Quality Follow each client's brand guidelines closely, and flag gaps or inconsistencies when guidelines are missing or unclear Apply design and e-commerce best practices (accessibility, contrast, legibility, load-friendly assets, platform specs) Present work with a clear rationale — why this layout, this hierarchy, this CTA — to internal teams and, when needed, clients Take feedback well, turn revisions around quickly, and keep work moving across multiple accounts and deadlines Use Claude and other AI tools to speed up concepting, copy-to-layout exploration, asset variations, and repetitive production tasks — while following client confidentiality and our AI use guidelines Who You Are Skills get you in the door. These are the qualities that make you right for this role: An exceptional designer with a strong eye for layout, typography, and color — your portfolio speaks for itself Conversion-minded — you think about what the customer needs to see, feel, and do next, not just what looks good Detail-obsessed — you catch the misaligned element, the off-brand color, and the typo before anyone else does A clear communicator who can explain the reasoning behind design choices and keeps the team updated without being chased Excellent at managing your time — you can juggle multiple clients and deadlines in a remote, async environment without dropping the ball AI-curious and AI-capable — you already use tools like Claude in your workflow and are excited to find new ways to work smarter Adaptable — you can shift between very different brand styles and still make each one feel right. What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days: You've learned the brand guidelines and design systems for your assigned client accounts You're consistently delivering email, web, and social designs on time with minimal revision rounds You've handed off at least one web project or CRO test variation to our Shopify dev team with clean, dev-ready files You've built AI into your workflow in a way that measurably speeds up production Internal teams trust your work and your reasoning, and come to you with ideas, not just requests Must-Have: 2–4 years of e-commerce digital design experience (email, website, social, etc.) A portfolio showing e-commerce work — ideally with context on goals and results Advanced proficiency in Figma Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Hands-on experience using Claude and/or other AI tools in a design workflow Experience designing for the web and supporting website creative (landing pages, site sections, PDPs) Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and e-commerce best practices Proven ability to follow and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands Strong written and spoken English for async communication with a U.S.-based team Strong Differentiators: Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) Experience designing for Klaviyo or other email platforms Familiarity with Shopify themes and how designs get built Experience designing A/B test variations or working with CRO data Paid social ad creative experience (Meta, TikTok) Agency background preferred This role is fully remote. Time Commitment and Availability Hours: 15 hours/week to start, with the opportunity to scale up as the role and client roster grow Availability: Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST Compensation $20–25 USD/hour, based on experience and portfolio. This is a part-time, remote contractor role starting at 15 hours/week. Video editing experience is a strong plus and is factored into the rate. Technical Customer Support
QuickMailRemote (Fully Remote)15 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid$30,000 - $50,000 / Year
gographqlgithubtriagecustomer support

QuickMail is a cold email and LinkedIn outreach platform for markets you can't afford to burn. Our customers can't easily replace leads that land in spam, which is why deliverability matters more to us than anything else. We have been running since 2014, and we pioneered deliverability technology such as Inbox rotation™ and deliverability AI™. The Role We are hiring a technical customer support person with an owner's mentality. You will own support for QuickMail and Mailflow, our deliverability add-on. There is no first or second line. You are the first and last person our customers talk to. Customers count on you to solve their problems and find the real cause when something breaks. You work closely with engineering, and you tell the founder what we need to know to make the product better: where the friction is and where the opportunities are. The role covers the help desk, system health checks, testing new releases before they ship, and leading the weekly team meeting. It takes excellent communication, solid technical understanding and sharp critical thinking. This is not a script-reading job. Most tickets involve deliverability, DNS records, LinkedIn automation or campaign setup. You dig into customer accounts in our Support Dashboard, reproduce the issue, then decide what to do and how to explain it to the customer. We are a remote team spread across time zones. Most routine tasks have a written guide with a checklist, so you know what done looks like. You are expected to refine and improve those processes. When something new comes up, you work out the most efficient way to handle it. If you want a lot of autonomy across many areas, real responsibility and a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. What Work Looks Like You own two things: customers get unstuck fast, and the product stays reliable. Every day Set the day's support priorities and work the Help Scout queue for QuickMail and Mailflow. Triage, resolve, and dig deeper when a ticket needs it. Check the support dashboard: job queue, event-stream latency, blacklist status, newly purchased domains. If something is off, investigate, diagnose, and drive it to resolution. Review fraud alerts and disable accounts that are scams or abusing the platform. Delighting customers Comfortable jumping on calls with customers, building rapport fast, and setting them up for success. Update the changelog and help articles based on what shipped and what customers asked. Share customer feedback with the team, ask happy customers for reviews and case studies, and watch NPS for testimonial candidates. Making support smarter with AI Improve the AI support agent. Review its answers, fix the docs it drew from when it is wrong, and contact the customer when its reply was off. Write and maintain automated tests, built with AI, that try to break staging before customers do. Use the MCP connections we have in place (Helpscout, GitHub, Postmark, and others) to get an accurate picture of support and find the next thing worth improving. Keeping the product solid Gatekeep releases. New fixes and features land on staging every week. Test them, confirm when staging is ready to ship, and think through how existing and new users will be affected. Report bugs as GitHub issues with everything the developer needs: steps to reproduce, screenshots or a Loom, and any GraphQL or console errors. Captain red alerts. When a core feature breaks (emails not sending, login down), confirm it, alert the team on Slack or Telegram, update the status page every 30 minutes, keep affected customers informed, and drive the fix. Then run the retrospective so it does not happen twice. Running the week Lead the weekly team meeting in MonsterOps: issues written up, to-dos done, numbers updated. Keep rock status and KPIs current in MonsterOps. Tools you'll use: Helpscout, our Support Dashboard, Sidekiq, GitHub, Slack, Telegram, MonsterOps, Outline, MxToolbox, Postmark, Bento, TidyCal, Fathom, Visual Code and Claude. Who You Are You build rapport fast. You are warm, positive, and relatable in writing and on calls. You are a good communicator. Externally, you can show warmth, empathy and care. Internally, you are able to communicate clearly and concisely about important things. You can operate with minimal instructions. You understand a short brief without every detail spelled out. You can prioritize well (especially when you have a lot on your plate), and get things done without hand-holding. You are comfortable on video. You are natural on live calls with Zoom and Meet, and on recorded video through tools like Loom. Your teammates can always count on you. You say what you'll do and you do what you said. You act with a constant sense of urgency. You can execute fast and find new ways to improve your productivity. You are resourceful. You use all the tools at your disposal to get great results. You have a low ego. You don't take offense easily and you handle disagreement as a discussion, not a personal attack. Growth mindset. You are positive about new workflow/process/product/tool changes. You love giving and receiving positive and negative feedback without getting defensive. Hours that overlap with East coast US and UK, where most of our customers are. A Plus If You Have Experience with customer facing work, or if you don't have it, tell us why you are perfect for this role. Working knowledge of deliverability and LinkedIn outreach. Warmup, DNS, inbox rotation, DKIM, SPF, Outlook and Gmail technical setup. We can teach this, but a head start helps. Comfort with agency setups. Workspaces, guest seats, inbox purchases and what happens when an agency loses a client. Light data skills. You can pull numbers from Help Scout or our MCP to back up what you report. An eye for happy customers. You notice them and ask for testimonials and case studies at the right moment. How We Work Together You'll work directly with the founder and with our lead developer. Working with the founder can be intense. Here is what that looks like in practice: Replies are short and can come across as harsh. If something written lands badly or isn't clear, ask. Direction can change. The founder may say one thing, then something different a few days later as they learn more. When that happens, check what changed and adapt. Information should be short and to the point. Lead with what matters, then give more details if asked. The founder can stay frustrated about a problem until it's solved. That's something they are aware of and working on. You'll do well here if you can stay calm and focused when the pressure is on. The team often thinks fast and interrupts each other when discussing ideas. If that would bother you, this role probably isn't for you. This role suits someone with high emotional intelligence, who doesn't take things personally, asks when something is unclear, and keeps many things moving at once. Your schedule can be flexible. If you have a martial arts class every Thursday at 3 pm, go and make up the time later. In return, on the rare occasion the team needs your help on a weekend, we ask you to be flexible too. Benefits Contract type: full-time or part-time Compensation: $2,500 to $4,000 USD per month, depending on experience and location. US-based hires will work as independent contractors (1099). Start date: negotiable Please mention the word TRUMP and tag RMmExMzpkMjAwOjEzOjcxOjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmExMzpkMjAwOjEzOjcxOjox). The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. About the Role We've built an autonomy stack that already runs on real programs and real hardware, and we designed it to be platform-agnostic from the start. The next step is the one that matters most: scaling it onto our own aircraft to field the largest drone swarm in the world. We're looking for a Software Engineer, Autonomy to own that stack and lead the work. This is a high-leverage technical role. You'll own the architectural direction for the perception, planning, and control systems running onboard every vehicle in the swarm, and you'll raise the bar for the autonomy engineers building around you. What You'll Do Own and evolve our autonomy stack, extending proven robotic foundations with agentic AI for onboard reasoning, adaptation, and swarm coordination at scale. Harden and extend the inter-robot and C2 communication protocols behind tactical swarm decision making on the edge, including under degraded and contested comms. Revisit and defend the hard technical tradeoffs as we move to aircraft and scale: onboard vs. offboard compute, centralized vs. distributed decision making, determinism vs. adaptability. Some of our current answers carry over. Some won't survive the move to airborne compute and contested comms. You'll decide which. Take autonomy capability from integration and test into fielded operation, and close the loop from test data back into the stack. Mentor and technically guide a growing team of robotics engineers. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and set the standard for what good looks like. Travel up to 25% of the time for onsite test and integration events. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field. 5+ years building and deploying autonomy software at a major aerospace company or serious autonomous vehicle program. Track record of owning architecture for a shipped autonomous system, not just contributing components to one. Deep expertise in at least one systems language (C/C++, Rust, or Go). Proven experience deploying and validating frontier autonomy systems, including vision-language-action models, learned world models, trajectory optimization, sensor fusion, and multi-agent coordination. Excellent software engineering practices with emphasis on testable, reliable code. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi-agent or swarm systems. Experience with robotics middleware (DDS/ROS2, ZeroMQ, gRPC) and serialization formats (Protobuf). Familiarity with government UxS interoperability standards (OMS/UCI, STANAG 4586, FACE). Prior tech lead, staff engineer, or architect responsibility on an autonomy team. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. About the Role Most software engineers never see their code tested against reality. At Swarm Aero, that's the baseline. We are looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to embed directly with U.S. government and military customers and own the technical success of our C2 systems in the field. You will be the person who makes our software work -- not in a lab, not in a staging environment, but in real operational contexts across domestic and international deployments. Austere locations, high-stakes timelines, and complex distributed systems are the job. This is a full-scope engineering role. You will build critical integrations, debug core services, contribute to new development, and ship solutions that warfighters and government operators depend on. If you want to write code that matters and see it run in environments most engineers never touch, this is the role. What You'll Do Build and own critical software integrations that bring our C2 systems to life in customer environments -- from initial deployment through production reliability across diverse hardware configurations and operational contexts Debug complex distributed systems issues in the field, analyzing logs, network traffic, and system performance to resolve failures fast and with minimal support Contribute to core service development alongside the engineering team, bringing field insight back into the product and shipping improvements that make a direct operational difference Write code daily across the full stack -- solving customer-specific integration challenges, contributing to core service development, and building monitoring and reliability solutions that hold up in the field Support continuous operational environments, including non-standard hours, on-call response, and rotational coverage aligned to mission tempo Travel domestically and internationally (up to 60%) to test sites and customer locations -- deploying software, troubleshooting issues in the field, and feeding hard-won requirements back to engineering Collaborate with U.S. military and government program offices on-site and remotely, translating complex operational requirements into software solutions This Role Is For You If You want to see your code run in high-stakes, real-world environments -- not just pass CI You thrive on solving hard integration and deployment challenges independently, without a safety net You're comfortable being the most technical person in the room in dynamic, unpredictable field conditions You adapt to shifting schedules and operational demands without losing rigor or precision This Role Is NOT A pilot position or flight test engineer role Primarily hands-on hardware work (electronics, wiring, mechanical assembly) A traditional SRE or DevOps role with predictable hours and controlled environments Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated ability Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, C/C++, Golang, or Java) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: NAT, DNS/mDNS, UDP/TCP protocols, multicast, and firewall configuration Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting Proven debugging skills across complex software systems -- you know how to read logs, use debuggers, and trace issues systematically Excellent communication skills for engaging with U.S. government and military customers and internal engineering teams Willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally, including to remote or restricted-access locations Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. Active Secret clearance preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code Background in distributed systems, real-time systems, or robotics software Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Experience in customer-facing engineering or technical sales engineering roles Prior defense, intelligence community, or aerospace software experience Comfort operating in non-permissive or resource-constrained environments ITAR requirement To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. 3+ years building soft-real-time embedded systems. Deep expertise in at least one systems language (Golang, Rust, or C/C++). Proven experience deploying and validating robotics algorithms (Dubins planning, SLAM, Kalman filters, particle filters, A*, behavior trees, reinforcement learning, etc.). Working knowledge of embedded systems (SPI/I2C/serial protocols, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, microcontroller programming). Strong networking fundamentals (NAT, mDNS, UDP/TCP, multicast, firewall configuration). Excellent software engineering practices with emphasis on testable, reliable code. Preferred Qualifications Experience with perception systems, sensor fusion, or multi-target tracking (Kalman-based trackers, JPDA, MHT, or similar). Contributions to deployed robotics or IoT systems requiring complex edge processing (aerospace, autonomous vehicles, etc.). Experience with robotics middleware (DDS/ROS2, ZeroMQ, gRPC) and serialization formats (Protobuf). Familiarity with government UxS interoperability standards (OMS/UCI, STANAG 4586, FACE). Hands-on electronics skills (breadboarding, soldering, schematic interpretation, datasheet analysis). Deep learning experience. ITAR requirement To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and the most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. About the Role Our autonomy software runs on real programs and real hardware today, and we built it to be platform-agnostic from the start. We're now scaling it onto our own aircraft to field the largest drone swarm in the world. We're looking for Software Engineers, Robotics to build and harden the on-vehicle systems that get us there. You'll work across the stack: vehicle software, sensor and payload integration, planning behaviors, and simulation. This is the work that decides whether capability survives contact with real hardware in the field. What You'll Do Build and extend components across our autonomy stack: planning behaviors, vehicle software, sensor and payload integration, and simulation. Grow the on-vehicle software platform into a real integration surface for first and third-party sensors, payloads, and software modules, so new capability drops in instead of getting rebuilt each time. Create and validate physically realistic simulations of UxS, and keep sim honest against what we actually see in flight and field test. Prototype electronics and troubleshoot complex mixed hardware-software systems, including the failures that only show up on real vehicles. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. 3+ years building soft-realtime embedded systems or robotics software. Deep expertise in at least one systems language (C/C++, Rust, or Go). Hands-on experience implementing robotics algorithms (path planning, state estimation, behavior trees, etc.). Working knowledge of embedded systems (SPI/I2C/serial protocols, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, microcontroller programming). About the Role Most software engineers never see their code tested against reality. At Swarm Aero, that's the baseline. We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer to embed directly with U.S. government and military customers and own the technical success of our C2 systems in the field. What You'll Do Build and own critical software integrations that bring our C2 systems to life in customer environments -- from initial deployment through production reliability across diverse hardware configurations and operational contexts Debug complex distributed systems issues in the field, analyzing logs, network traffic, and system performance to resolve failures fast and with minimal support Contribute to core service development alongside the engineering team, bringing field insight back into the product and shipping improvements that make a direct operational difference Write code daily across the full stack -- solving customer-specific integration challenges, contributing to core service development, and building monitoring and reliability solutions that hold up in the field Support continuous operational environments, including non-standard hours, on-call response, and rotational coverage aligned to mission tempo Travel domestically and internationally (up to 60%) to test sites and customer locations -- deploying software, troubleshooting issues in the field, and feeding hard-won requirements back to engineering Collaborate with U.S. military and government program offices on-site and remotely, translating complex operational requirements into software solutions This Role Is For You If You want to see your code run in high-stakes, real-world environments -- not just pass CI You thrive on solving hard integration and deployment challenges independently, without a safety net You're comfortable being the most technical person in the room in dynamic, unpredictable field conditions You adapt to shifting schedules and operational demands without losing rigor or precision This Role Is NOT A pilot position or flight test engineer role Primarily hands-on hardware work (electronics, wiring, mechanical assembly) A traditional SRE or DevOps role with predictable hours and controlled environments Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated ability Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, C/C++, Golang, or Java) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: NAT, DNS/mDNS, UDP/TCP protocols, multicast, and firewall configuration Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting Proven debugging skills across complex software systems -- you know how to read logs, use debuggers, and trace issues systematically Excellent communication skills for engaging with U.S. government and military customers and internal engineering teams Willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally, including to remote or restricted-access locations Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. Legion's Command & Control platform lets a single operator plan, direct, and execute missions across a networked swarm of heterogeneous aircraft, in real time, over intermittent comms, at a scale nobody else in the industry is attempting. That means distributed state under unreliable networks, dense telemetry moving fast enough to strain anything you've built before, and interfaces for a problem space that barely has prior art. You'll work across the stack, wherever the hard problem is that week. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and ship features in the C2 system that directs swarms of heterogeneous aircraft Work on systems that hold state and stay responsive when comms degrade or drop entirely Move between the interface layer and the services behind it, following the problem rather than a job description Prototype new ways to represent and control vehicle telemetry, sensor data, and scheduling Take features end to end, from a rough problem statement through design, implementation, and deployment Ship early and often, backed by strong CI/CD, QA, and DevSecOps WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent self-taught depth Real strength in fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, systems Evidence you've built something hard because you wanted to. A renderer, an emulator, a game, a compiler, a multiplayer server, a robotics project, a serious open source contribution. We care more about what you've built than where you worked Comfort writing code at more than one layer of the stack, and no strong attachment to staying at one Willingness to work on problems where the right answer isn't known yet, and to be wrong in public on the way to finding it WHAT SETS YOU APART Competitive programming background (ICPC, IOI, Codeforces, USACO, Putnam) Game development, game jams, engine work, or simulation Performance-sensitive work: profiling, frame budgets, memory pressure, running on constrained hardware Real-time or distributed systems experience: multiplayer netcode, streaming, pub/sub, robotics middleware Graphics: WebGL, OpenGL, Vulkan, shaders Working fluency in Go, C++, or Rust Familiarity with video streaming protocols or geospatial applications WHY THIS ROLE You'll be one of the earliest engineers shaping how humans command autonomous systems at scale, work that's currently being defined in real time, by a small team, with your fingerprints on the architecture. Read this part first Somewhere out there is a sourcer who is better than their job title says they are. They hit their numbers at a company that never let them talk to a hiring manager. They found the candidate nobody else found and watched a recruiter take the credit. They have been told to be patient, to wait for the next cycle, to earn it. We are not going to make you wait. What we do We build autonomous aircraft and Legion, the software that flies hundreds of them as one coordinated swarm. Series A, backed by Khosla Ventures, and Coatue. We are hiring software engineers and aircraft engineers at the same time, which is hard, and how fast we hire is one of the few things standing between the current aircraft and the next one. That is not a motivational line. It is the actual constraint. Recruiting is on the critical path here, and you will be able to see your work in the flight schedule. The job You own top of funnel for our software engineering roles: backend, frontend, autonomy, forward deployed. You will be reading GitHub profiles, writing outreach that engineers answer, and building searches that keep producing after the obvious names are gone. Then the interesting part. Inside your first year you move onto the aircraft side: propulsion, structures, avionics, manufacturing, production. Almost nobody sources both. The people who can are rare enough that it changes what your career looks like from that point forward. We will teach you, and you will be bad at it for a while, and then you will not be. What you get here that you did not get there Your own reqs, early, with your name on the outcome Hiring managers in the same building, not behind an intake form The freedom to change the message when it is not working, without asking three people first Someone who runs sourcing searches themselves every day and will look at your search strings with you A skill set at the end of two years that maybe a few hundred people in the country have What we need from you 1+ years of sourcing or recruiting, most of it in software engineering A hire you are proud of, one nobody else was going to find, and the ability to walk us through exactly how you found them A high tolerance for silence, because most of your outreach will go unanswered and the job is making the next message better anyway Real curiosity about how aircraft get built, or at least the honesty to say you find it interesting and want in Writing that sounds like a person, since your entire work product is text a stranger decides to open or delete Clean data habits, because our reporting goes to the CEO and it needs to be right What we do not need Ten years of experience. A recruiting pedigree. A degree in anything specific. Permission from your current manager to be good at this. The honest version The pace is uncomfortable. You will be asked to fill roles you do not understand yet, and the answer will usually be to go learn them rather than to wait for a briefing. If you want a clear ladder and a quiet quarter, this is the wrong job. If you have been waiting for someone to hand you something real, this is the shot.
