About Us: Wrapbook is the AI platform for production finance. We're building a system of action that puts finance teams in control of their whole production, from payroll, to spend, to accounting. Built for feature films, TV, and commercials, Wrapbook is trusted by teams at Netflix, Paramount, Anonymous Content, and more. With backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Jeffrey Katzenberg's WndrCo, our team of 350+ is using AI to transform how finance teams work and empower them to do more with less. The Opportunity - Mid-Market Account Executive, Film & Television (Remote - USA) As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in expanding Wrapbook's footprint across mid-market film and TV production companies, selling into accounts typically ranging from $70K–$200K ARR, with 3–12 month sales cycles. You'll own a focused set of high-potential accounts, working closely cross functionally with Demand Gen to execute highly personalized, creative outbound strategies and close new business. We operate fast, think differently, and expect every team member to contribute ideas and drive results. If you're organized, collaborative, energized by film and TV production, and want to be part of a tight team doing some of the most thoughtful sales work in the industry, this is your role. What You'll Do: Own a small book of targeted Mid-Market accounts and drive full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting through close. Execute highly customized outreach strategies using creative tactics — not templated sequences. Every prospect should feel like they're your only prospect. Partner closely with the Demand Generation Manager to align on messaging, campaigns, events, and programs that will drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles. Engage prospects through multichannel outreach, onsite meetings, demos, and attendance at key industry events in Los Angeles and New York. Build strong relationships with production company decision makers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their workflows, challenges, and business goals. Manage complex deal cycles efficiently, with clear documentation of next steps, risks, and paths to close. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently, with strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a seamless customer experience and surface field insights. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging needs within the entertainment production space. Use AI tools to speed up account research, personalize outreach at scale, and keep pipeline and CRM hygiene sharp. What You'll Have: Entertainment industry expertise — you've sold for another entertainment payroll or production finance provider, or you've worked in production/production finance and know these workflows firsthand. Ability to navigate 3–12 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders while maintaining momentum and creativity throughout. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize outreach at scale without sacrificing quality. A self-starter mindset — you operate with ownership, urgency, and a sense of pride in your work. Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to test new tactics, take calculated risks, and learn from what works. Fluent with AI tools in your day-to-day sales workflow — from account research and outreach personalization to call prep and pipeline management. High organizational rigor; you stay on top of your pipeline, your tasks, and your customer communications without needing hand-holding. Strong team player mentality — you value transparency, collaboration, and lifting others up as much as winning deals. Enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and a genuine interest in helping productions operate better and smarter. Why Join Us At Wrapbook, creativity meets technology — and not just in the product. In addition to a competitive salary and all the benefits you can expect from a fast-growing technology company, you'll get access to a team of creative problem solvers and the chance to see your contributions make large impacts. Billing Subject Matter Expert- Support
Full TimeFully RemoteMid$60,000 - $75,000 / Year
gorrestclinicalehrepic+9

Elation Health is deeply committed to helping independent primary care practices take better care of their patients. Since 2010, we've built a clinical-first, collaborative EHR platform — and with the addition of Elation Billing, we're bringing that same clinical-first philosophy to the revenue side of the practice, so billing works with the chart instead of around it. Elation Health is searching for a Support Subject Matter Expert in Elation Billing — someone who has already done real medical billing and revenue cycle management work, not someone learning it on the job. This is a hands-on, case-based role embedded directly in our support queue: you'll bring practitioner-level RCM judgment to the billing cases our Technical Support Specialists can't fully resolve through process or AI-assisted troubleshooting alone, and you'll help the rest of the team get sharper at spotting those cases in the first place. This isn't a back-office consulting role. You'll be working live cases day to day alongside our support team, diagnosing whether an issue is a product bug, a payer-specific quirk, or a mismatch between how a practice actually operates and how they've configured their billing workflow — then resolving it with the kind of judgment that only comes from having sat inside a claims lifecycle before. Responsibilities Serve as the Elation Billing product line's embedded RCM expert, owning complex billing and revenue cycle cases that require practitioner-level judgment — claims lifecycle issues, CPT/ICD-10 coding logic, payer adjudication and denial patterns, A/R and collections workflows. Act as the go-to resource for case swarms and escalations within Elation Billing whenever a Technical Support Specialist's investigation surfaces a billing nuance beyond scripted troubleshooting. Diagnose a practice's underlying billing context — payment model (insurance-taking vs. DPC), staffing structure, and prior workflow choices — to distinguish genuine product issues from configuration or workflow mismatches, rather than treating every case as a symptom in isolation. Partner with Product and Prod Dev, turning recurring billing edge cases, payer-specific patterns, and denial trends into structured feedback that can inform the roadmap. Contribute to and maintain the team's billing-related knowledge base, SOPs, and macros, and help calibrate the AI Case Assistant's billing-related suggestions so resolutions compound across the team rather than living only in your own case history. Help build the broader team's baseline RCM literacy — sharing real-world billing context so Specialists can better anticipate the issues different practice types are prone to. Track and report on billing-case quality and resolution metrics within your scope, and flag systemic patterns rather than resolving the same root cause case-by-case indefinitely. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on medical billing / revenue cycle management experience — claims submission, payer follow-up, denial management, and A/R — brought in from outside a support organization, not built up through support tenure. Working fluency in CPT/ICD-10 coding logic, claims adjudication, and payer-specific billing rules across commercial and government payers. Experience working within an EHR, practice management, or medical billing platform (e.g., Epic, athenahealth, Waystar, or similar). Strong written and verbal communicator, able to translate complex billing and RCM concepts into clear guidance for both practices and internal teams. Comfortable working directly in a live case queue - this is a frontline, hands-on role, not a periodic-consulting one. Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the judgment to know when a case needs to go beyond a scripted answer. Preferred Certification such as CPB (Certified Professional Biller), CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative), or CHFP (in progress or completed). Prior experience supporting independent primary care or small-group practices specifically. Experience on a support, customer success, or implementation team at a SaaS/EHR company. Exposure to AI-assisted support or case-management tooling. Six Sigma, Lean, or other process-improvement background. Salary range: $60,000 - 75,000 CAD Elation welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. Elation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is dedicated to creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment. We are committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants, and value individuals with diverse perspectives including, but not limited to: race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status. Elation also complies with all applicable national, state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment as well as work authorization and employment eligibility verification requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act and IRCA. We firmly believe a strong culture that supports a diverse and inclusive workforce allows us to achieve Elation's mission of helping independent primary care thrive.

Case Resolution Engineer
Elation Health
Elation HealthCanada (Fully Remote)5 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$70,000 - $70,000 / Year
pythonjavascriptsqlclinicaltriagecad+4

Our team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. Since inception, we've been focused on building a delightful, world-class experience that empowers physicians to deliver phenomenal care to patients. Customer support has been the same job for twenty years: a queue, a ticket, an SLA, a closed case. That's ending, fast. Over the next 6–9 months, AI will take on more of the routine, repetitive cases at Elation. That doesn't shrink the human role — it builds on it. The work becomes product intelligence: shaping how AI handles conversations, holding the customer-trust moments that need real judgment, and turning patterns into priorities Engineering delivers. We're hiring Support Engineers to anchor that shift: people who don't just close tickets, but trace them back to the line of product code causing them, ship the fix that resolves the customer's problem immediately, and partner with senior engineers on the cases complex enough to need them. You might be the recent engineering grad who spent a summer at a busy front desk, in a popular restaurant, or on a support line because you like people as much as you like problems, and who's been quietly automating things nobody asked you to fix since your first CS class. Or, you might be the person who leads team projects, tinkers with the dashboards, automations, or workflows so automatically that colleagues assume you are an engineer even if you aren't. If that sounds like you, this role turns that problem-solving instinct into your core responsibility. As a Support Engineer, you'll bring empathy and judgment to the cases that need it most, own the quality of AI-driven solutions in your domain, and synthesize patterns that influence Product and Engineering roadmaps. We hire for judgment, taste, and curiosity, not process adherence. The bar isn't how many cases you closed; it's how much you reshaped the conditions under which cases happen. Role and Responsibilities Synthesize and share customer insights. Surface patterns from your cases in weekly and monthly reports, participate in Product and Engineering discussions with what you're learning, and mentor Support Team members on AI workflows, scripting, and SQL queries. Use Good Judgment to Solve Cases. Own customer escalations with cases that genuinely require seasoned judgment, the ones AI can't safely close. Build and protect customer trust in moments that matter. Build and own AI quality. Configure AI within Elation's stack (intents, knowledge sources, escalation rules), build lightweight external automations and scripts, and own the quality of AI outputs in your domain. What success looks like in your first 6 months Delivered solutions that reduced case volume by 10% or eliminated recurring issue categories, with measurable customer impact (e.g., CSAT, reduction in case reopens) A monthly drumbeat of synthesized insights that Product and Engineering act on, with visible impact on customer experience or a measurable drop in case volume Owns a measurable case-volume reduction in your domain by making cases not happen, not by closing them faster You question default workflows instead of just executing them, and you ship more by removing work, not just doing more of it You build with AI to make yourself and the teammates around you faster — automating triage, drafting responses, prototyping internal tools, and turning one-off builds into reusable patterns Support can run with You've picked up or sharpened a technical skill — SQL, Python, an API, a scripting language — specifically because a customer problem needed it, not because a course assigned it Mentors Associate teammates on AI builds and pattern synthesis Identified and closed gaps across internal and customer-facing documentation, improving accuracy and reducing repeat questions. Professional Qualifications 1–5+ years of experience in Engineering, data analytics, or AI/automation tinkering in any field — OR a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus real experience talking to people under pressure (support, hospitality, retail, service, resident advising) Comfortable enough with code to experiment : you've written scripts, touched an API, or built something in Python, SQL, or JavaScript — even if it was just for a class project , team project or yourself A concrete portfolio of things you've built or shipped: prompt-engineered systems, dashboards, automations, class or personal projects — with evidence of outcomes Strong customer-facing communication and trust-building skills Pattern recognition and synthesis muscle AI-native default. Reaches for AI tools first, treats ambiguity as the work rather than a blocker, and wants to learn how to configure and supervise these systems — not just use them A deep desire to drive results for our customers, with high ownership over the outcomes you own Curiosity and natural problem-solving instincts An instinct to raise the bar for the teammates around you — teaching others to build and synthesize, not just modeling it yourself Show us your work Along with your application, in a cover letter send us: 2–3 things you've built or shipped that changed a metric or outcome — a work project, a personal build, or something from school or an internship — what you made, who it was for, why you needed to do it, and what changed. A short story about a time your analysis or insight changed a decision someone else made. Salary range $70,000 - $95,000 CAD Elation welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. Implementation Manager
Clover HealthUSA (Fully Remote)5 days ago

Counterpart: Value-based care, at the point of care. At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. We are hiring an Implementation Manager on the Counterpart Assistant team. In this role, you will lead the customer-facing work of bringing new provider practices and TINs from late-stage prospects through successful launch on Counterpart Assistant. You will partner closely with account management to hand off new customers, own the customer relationship through implementation, and drive each launch to completion on time and at quality. You will independently lead multiple concurrent implementations and the cross-functional work that makes each launch happen. Partnering with account management, support, product, and engineering internally and with providers, office managers, and clinical leads on the customer side: you will drive accountability across every stakeholder and deliver results through influence. Beyond running individual launches, you will help shape the implementation playbook itself — identifying what slows launches down, proposing changes, and driving improvements that reduce time-to-launch and lift customer satisfaction. Strong project management fundamentals, clear customer communication, working knowledge of clinical data, and technical fluency will let you keep complex, multi-stakeholder launches on track. As an Implementation Manager, you will: Own the customer relationship through implementation: you are the primary point of contact for the customer's technical implementation from project kickoff to post go live steady state. Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent, multi-step implementations, keeping internal and customer teams aligned on scope, timeline, and status. Partner cross-functionally with account management, support, product, and engineering to unblock issues, coordinate handoffs, and keep implementations moving on schedule. Own the outcomes of each implementation: surface risks early, drive resolution across teams, and hold each launch accountable to its target date and quality bar. Apply technical judgment to monitor and address potential integration issues that arise during implementations, working alongside product and engineering to ensure a successful integration and product launch. Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process: define and refine the playbook, tooling, and templates that reduce time-to-launch and raise the quality bar for every customer experience. Represent the customer's voice internally — capture feedback and pain points from implementations and channel them to product, engineering, and support to improve future launches. Success in this Role Looks Like: Over the first 90 days, you hit the ground running: shadowing active implementations, learning the moving parts of the process (standard EHR integrations, internal system configurations and project plans), and taking ownership of your first launch. Within the first 6 months, you are the customer-facing lead on multiple concurrent implementations, delivering launches on time and with a high customer satisfaction bar. Customers describe you as trusted, responsive, and a reason they feel confident in Counterpart. You have identified at least one meaningful improvement to the implementation process — a template, a workflow change, a handoff refinement — and driven it to adoption across the team. Over time, your performance is measured by the consistency, speed, and on-target delivery of customer implementations, by the strength of the relationships you build with customer stakeholders throughout the process, and by the cumulative improvements you drive into the implementation playbook itself. You should get in touch if: You have 5-8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of on-time, high-quality launches — and of running multiple implementations in parallel. You have 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations working with provider practices, ideally including EHR standard integrations. You have exceptional customer-facing skills — you build trust quickly with providers, office managers, and clinical leads, communicate clearly under pressure, and manage escalations calmly and directly. You are an expert in project management: you set the plan, track it, and drive accountability across internal and customer teams that don't report to you. You have strong technical judgment and are comfortable diagnosing potential integration issues and scope creep of the overall project. You are a strong communicator, clearly documenting project status and potential risks internally and externally. You are motivated by process improvement: you notice friction in the way work gets done, propose better approaches, and drive them to adoption without needing a mandate. You lead through influence, not authority: you know how to align stakeholders, resolve conflict, and hold the room accountable to outcomes. Benefits Overview : Financial Well-Being : Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions. Years later, that vision is a reality, with thousands of practitioners using Counterpart Assistant during patient visits to improve disease management, reduce medical expenses, and drive success in value-based care. With an exceptional team of value-based care and technology experts, Counterpart Health is driving value-based care at the speed of software. Counterpart Health is a subsidiary of Clover Health. From Clover's inception, Diversity & Inclusion have always been key to our success. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, perspectives, opinions, and backgrounds, who share a passion for improving people's lives. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one's identity. All of our employee's points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility. #LI-Remote Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We are an E-Verify company. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant's education, work experience, certifications, etc. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: $96,200—$125,000 USD

Help Scout
Help ScoutUSA (Fully Remote)5 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$139,000 - $160,000 / Year

Who we are Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond. Now we're in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it. We've been a fully remote team since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It's a culture where you'll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career. If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we'd love to meet you. The Opportunity As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you'll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You'll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship. Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You'll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you'll be the first to notice when something starts to slip. You won't carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you'll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You'll also be the customer's voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team. Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you're accountable for the health and retention of every account. Build multi-threaded relationships. You'll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them. Catch risk early. You'll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around. Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment. Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book. Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them. Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work. Design your own workflows. You'll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book. Raise the bar for the team. You'll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout. About You You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS , with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments. You've owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you've managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them. Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them. You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn't what gets you up in the morning. You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed. You're not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care. You're a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you've handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before. You thrive while things are still being built. You're comfortable shaping processes as we go and don't need a playbook for everything. You're excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most. Technical aptitude. You're comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product. About the Process Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail. Compensation Each role at Help Scout has a pay range aligned to our salary formula and based on national market data. We take a competency-based approach and pay is based on the level and band of your role. We assess leveling during the hiring process for new teammates, during our bi-annual performance review cycles, and when a teammate's role changes. OTE: $139K–$160K Company values Happy to Help Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we're invested in the team's collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community. Craft over Convention Our success relies on the quality and craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won't work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight. Progress not Perfection Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better. Own the Outcome Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you "own the outcome," you don't just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along. Read more about how we define, share, and live these values here . Teammates must already be authorized to work from their home country. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a company that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion . We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We have read the studies and understand that diverse teams build better products, bring more perspective to the table, contribute to a company's financial success, and help foster a more inclusive environment for all employees, but the bottom line is that it's the right thing to do. To provide you with the best experience, we can support you with accommodations or adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our recruitment team during your conversation with them. A note on the use of AI in our interview process While we understand that AI is an important tool in a modern skillset, we ask that you do not utilize AI assistants live on our interviews. Of course, use any tools you need to prepare! But we'd like for you to have a real human-to-human conversation with our team. On our end, we utilize a platform called Brighthire as a notetaker and review tool to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process. Beware of scammers!
