Why Join Sales at Ashby Sales at Ashby is a unique opportunity to sell a product customers genuinely love during an AI-fueled market expansion. Over 5,000 companies rely on Ashby including Shopify, Snowflake, OpenAI, Bolt, and Notion, and our business is durably growing faster than 100% year-over-year. We're well funded , and on a path to profitability. That's exceptionally rare for a company at our scale, and puts us in the top 10% of benchmarks. We have, in just a few years, replaced incumbents Greenhouse and Lever more than 500 times each, clear evidence of strong product-market fit and a meaningful opportunity to help modern teams move beyond legacy recruiting software. For sales reps, that means a large market full of legacy tools, and a product portfolio that creates room for both new business and expansion. This is a chance to participate in how a category-defining company wins in its next phase of growth. We are equally intentional about how we build the business. We have established a remote-first, high-performing sales organization that rewards learning and accountability. Our emphasis is on your ability to excel in the areas listed below and your appetite for continuous growth & improvement. Role Requirements: You have a multi-year track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas, selling complex SaaS technologies to large organizations You have closed many $100K+ ARR sales which require consensus building and executive engagement. As our Product Marketing Lead, you will own how we show up for health system leaders. That covers the sales content that moves deals forward, the messaging behind each new module, and the story we tell customers who are ready to grow with us. Who We Are Bayesian Health 's mission is to improve patient outcomes by empowering clinicians with the insights they need to make the right decision for the right patient at the point of care. We're a diverse team of clinicians, engineers, AI experts, product designers, and performance improvement leaders committed to enabling smarter, patient-specific care delivery through unlocking the power of data. Read more about our peer-reviewed research in Nature Medicine associating our products with improved patient outcomes. About the Role This role spans three connected areas of product marketing: sales enablement, module marketing, and customer expansion. You will own all three end to end. Most of your energy will go to enablement, expansion, and module marketing, in that order of urgency as the field and our roadmap demand. Product marketing is a function we are still building. You will be our dedicated product marketer, so you will set the standards, templates, and systems as much as you follow them. You will decide what gets built next based on what Sales and Client Success tell you is moving deals and renewals. As the team grows, you may have the chance to mentor more junior marketers. Competitive Intelligence Maintain competitive intel and battlecards as the market shifts. Keep them current without being asked, so reps never walk into a conversation with outdated information. Product and Module Marketing Develop positioning and messaging by module and buyer. Build module deep-dive materials and lead go-to-market for module launches, including palliative care and deterioration. Customer Expansion Partner with Client Success on expansion messaging, executive steering committee and QBR materials, and release communications for existing customers. Help customers see the value they are already getting and what more is possible. Buyer Messaging Write for the full health system buying committee, including CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders. Translate clinical outcomes and technical capabilities into language that resonates with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders. Make a business case land with a C-suite, not just a product pitch. Cross-Functional Partnership Join deal calls and QBRs. Pull roadmap details from Product proactively, and work with Clinical to keep every claim credible. Surface what is working in the field and feed market and competitive insight back into the business. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling. BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion's mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion's Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today's hourly employees. Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones. How We Determine What We Pay As a global employer, Legion determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living. For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant's location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills.
