BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy, make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion's mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion's Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today's hourly employees. Clinical Quality Consultant In Brief We're a rapidly growing startup on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives. You'll support product quality for an FDA-cleared, AI-driven clinical platform, from complaint investigation once it's live in hospitals, to the quality system and regulatory record that hold it all together. Who We Are Bayesian Health 's mission is to improve patient outcomes by empowering clinicians with the insights they need to make the right decision for the right patient at the point of care. We're a diverse team of clinicians, engineers, AI experts, product designers, and performance improvement leaders committed to enabling smarter, patient-specific care delivery through unlocking the power of data. We're funded by top tier tech and biotech investors: Obvious Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, American Medical Association's venture arm, Catalio Partners, and LifeForce Capital. Recent recognitions include Forbes AI Top 50, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer, Time Best Inventions, and BioTech AI Company of the Year. Read more about our peer-reviewed research in Nature Medicine associating our products with improved patient outcomes. About the Role When a care team asks why an alert did or did not fire, that question comes to our Clinical Production Support team, and answering it well takes real clinical judgment. Clinical case reviews are the largest share of that work and the heart of this role. You will investigate what happened in a given encounter, reach a sound and defensible conclusion, and communicate it clearly to the clinicians and client teams who asked. Strong clinical reasoning is the foundation. On top of it, you will build a working understanding of how the product behaves, including how flags are generated, how suppression logic works, and how data moves from the EHR into the model. That technical fluency is taught here rather than expected at hire. The same is true of the medical device regulatory side, where you will grow into product complaint handling and, once trained, contribute to the disposition of possible anomalies that gate our releases. This is a function still being built. Case volume is growing faster than the process around it, so you will be writing and improving the review standards, templates, and escalation paths as much as you follow them. What You'll Own Clinical Case Review Perform clinical case reviews on sepsis alerts: work the encounter record, establish the clinical timeline, determine whether the alert behaved as designed, and produce an internal case review with cited evidence and a recommended next action. Product & Technical Fluency Build and apply working knowledge of how the product generates, suppresses, and delivers flags, including the EHR data that drives it, so your conclusions hold up to both clinical and technical scrutiny. Review the AI-assisted triage and classification our tooling performs, including investigation and complaint classification, ticket creation, and draft acknowledgements, and correct them where the clinical facts don't support the output. Communication & Escalation Write clear, accurate responses to the clinicians and clinical informatics teams who submitted the case, following our communication standards, which protect patient privacy and avoid giving clinical direction. Own escalation: route issues to the accountable team in data science, engineering, implementation, or clinical, give them the clinical context they need, and drive tickets through to closure rather than handing them off. Send close-out communications and close resolved tickets. Caseload Management Manage a concurrent caseload against response commitments: track status, prioritize by clinical and client risk, and keep the queue current without prompting. Pattern Recognition Look across cases, not only at them. Identify recurring patterns such as mapping failures, interface latency, or suppression gaps, quantify how often they occur, and raise them with the owning team before clients do. Process Ownership Create and improve case review templates, evidence standards, response language, triage rules, and escalation paths. Document what you build so the next reviewer reaches the same conclusion from the same facts. Complaint Handling Support product complaint handling: document complaints and assemble the clinical evidence a complaint review requires, and, once trained, contribute to the disposition of possible anomalies as part of the release process required of a regulated device. What You'll Bring Sound judgment and the ability to reason from vitals, labs, medications, and documentation to a defensible conclusion Clear written communication suited to clinician and clinical informatics audiences A record of getting things done without close supervision, in an environment where the process is still taking shape Evidence that you fix processes rather than work around them, something you found broken, changed, and documented so it stayed fixed The ability to learn a technical product quickly and reason about it accurately, including asking the right questions of engineering and data science Fluency with AI tools in daily work, with the judgment to verify their output rather than pass it through Comfort working in a ticket-driven, data-heavy environment, staying organized and accurate across many concurrent cases Genuine interest in learning medical device quality and regulatory practice, including complaint handling Qualifications 5 years of experience, either: An active RN license and 3+ years of acute care experience, for example ICU, emergency, or rapid response, with strong familiarity with sepsis and clinical deterioration OR Commensurate healthcare experience with ability to understand clinical aspects of sepsis and clinical deterioration Experience with EHRs such as Epic or Cerner, or work in clinical informatics, clinical research, or clinical decision support Exposure to SEP-1 or sepsis bundle abstraction and quality reporting Familiarity with medical device quality standards such as QMSR or ISO 13485, or clear eagerness to build that knowledge Comfort reading structured clinical data exports and spreadsheets Authorization to work in the United States Life at Bayesian We're a small, mission-driven team building AI tools that help clinicians catch life-threatening conditions earlier. Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk. Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, including Anduril, Canva, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake. Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital. The role, in a nutshell: At Chainguard we're focused on securing the software supply chain, and we're building the next generation of products at the intersection of security and AI. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead a fast-moving team shipping tools that developers will actually use — the Guardener, hardened GitHub Actions, Chainguard Agent Skills, and new products built on our microVM sandbox platform. You'll own these products end-to-end: hire and grow the team, set the roadmap with Product, and stay hands-on enough to dig into the code. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves fast, takes initiative, and measures success by what ships and who uses it. What you'll do: Own a portfolio of products end-to-end — the Guardener, hardened GitHub Actions, Chainguard Agent Skills, and emerging microVM-based products — from roadmap through implementation, rollout, and iteration. Hire, lead, and grow a small team of strong engineers. Remove blockers and create the conditions for them to do their best work. Stay technically hands-on: review designs and PRs, prototype when it unblocks the team, and unblock the team Partner closely with Product on a roadmap with real deadlines — help the team prioritize tradeoffs and ship iteratively rather than waiting for perfect. Navigate ambiguous problems and find a clear path forward. You take initiative rather than waiting for complete specs. Own the quality and reliability of what you ship, and stay close to customers to turn their feedback directly into the roadmap. What we're looking for: 2+ years experience managing engineers with a genuine, sustained passion for leading and growing a team. A track record of shipping products or major features and owning the results. Strong technical background — you can still read code, review designs, and reason about architecture and tradeoffs. Proficiency with Go or strong readiness to ramp quickly. Experience building CI/CD systems, developer tooling, or product-facing platforms; familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. Experience with AI tooling and genuine enthusiasm for applying it to complex customer problems Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity, a bias for action, and a habit of shipping iteratively. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit working closely with Product and customers. Explore Our Work Dive into the practical side of what we do at Chainguard. Cresta's unified AI platform combines conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and comprehensive conversation intelligence to drive revenue and efficiency gains across every channel. The world's leading companies, including United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott, use Cresta to power world-class customer experiences every day. Born from the Stanford AI Lab, Cresta has raised more than $270 million from the world's leading investors, including a16z, Greylock, and Sequoia. Cresta's leadership includes some of the leading minds in AI today. Our CEO, Ping Wu , founded and led Google's Contact Center AI and Vertex AI platforms before joining Cresta to build the future of AI-driven customer experiences. Over the next few years, AI is going to redefine how people all over the world interact with businesses every day. Come build that future at Cresta. About the Role: As an AI Strategist, you are the embedded AI leader for our customers. You connect what customers are saying in their conversations, what their business needs most, and what Cresta's AI can do, then turn that into a prioritized plan and measurable results. You identify where automation and augmentation will deliver the most value, build the roadmap, and make sure the work ships and pays off. You will not be building AI Agents from scratch. Our Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Product Managers create and deploy them. Your focus is on making deployed AI better: finding the next opportunity, optimizing what is already live, piloting new Cresta capabilities, and proving the business impact. You are analytical, commercially minded, and credible with senior stakeholders in CX, Operations, Product, Sales, and IT. You are technical enough to work closely with FDEs and FDPMs and to give product and engineering a tight feedback loop. What You'll Do: AI Strategy and Roadmap Identify automation and augmentation opportunities across the customer's contact center and wider customer experience operation. Prioritize initiatives by expected ROI and build a business case for each one. Build and maintain the customer's enterprise AI roadmap, and keep it current as priorities and Cresta capabilities change. Align stakeholders across CX, Operations, Product, Sales, and IT on priorities, sequencing, and success criteria. Conversation Intelligence and Business Insights Use conversation data to surface customer friction and emerging trends before they show up in other metrics. Identify operational inefficiencies and the changes that would reduce them. Share Voice of Customer insights with customer leadership and with Cresta product teams. Measure business impact and report it in terms executives care about, such as containment, handle time, conversion, CSAT, and cost to serve. AI Innovation and Execution Stay current on new Cresta features and bring the relevant ones to customers early. Pilot emerging AI capabilities, define how success will be judged, and decide with the customer whether to scale them. Optimize live AI Agents by analyzing performance, reviewing conversations, and recommending changes to prompts, workflows, and configurations. Coordinate deployments with FDEs, FDPMs, and customer teams, including milestones, timelines, and dependencies. Measure realized value after launch and report it back against the original business case. What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in technology consulting, strategy, product, analytics, implementation, or customer success roles, ideally with AI or LLM-first products. Strategic and commercial skills: A track record of building roadmaps, prioritizing by ROI, and writing business cases that senior stakeholders approve. Analytical approach: Strong data skills. You are comfortable analyzing conversation or operational data, designing experiments such as A/B tests, and monitoring performance to refine solutions. Technical understanding: Working knowledge of how LLM-based AI agents function, including prompts, tools or function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation. Hands-on experience with an agent project, even a personal one, is a plus. You do not need to write production code, but you can read and reason about system behavior and discuss tradeoffs with engineers. Stakeholder leadership: Experience leading cross-functional work and influencing senior customer stakeholders across CX, Operations, Product, Sales, and IT. Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. You can explain a complex finding to an executive in plain language. Execution: Strong project management skills and a bias for action. You turn ambiguity into a plan and follow it through to results. Mindset: Curious, self-driven, and comfortable learning quickly in a fast-moving startup environment. You are passionate about AI, automation, and the future of customer experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Bonus Points: Familiarity with customer support and contact center operations, including metrics such as AHT, FCR, containment, and QA Experience with conversation intelligence, speech analytics, or voice-of-customer programs Background in management consulting, product management, or forward deployed roles Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment Comfort with SQL or a BI tool for self-serve analysis Perks & Benefits: We offer a comprehensive and people-first benefits package to support you at work and in life: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with plans to fit you and your family Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it Paid parental leave for all new parents welcoming a new child Retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future Remote work setup budget to help you create a productive home office Monthly wellness and communication stipend to keep you connected and balanced In-office meal program and commuter benefits provided for onsite employees Compensation at Cresta: Cresta's approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table. The posted compensation range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family. OTE Range: $150,000 to $200,000 + Offers Equity Our use of AI in recruiting: We may use AI tools in our recruiting process, which require human review and oversight. If you have questions about our use of AI or wish to opt out, please contact recruiting@cresta.ai (if you are opting out, please use the subject 'Opt-Out' in your email). Recording & AI transcription: We do not authorize candidates to record or use AI transcription of any interview by phone, notetaker app, AI glasses, or other device. Candidates may request an exception or accommodation for review during the interview process as needed. Recruiting impersonation scams: We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Cresta recruiting email communications will always come from the @cresta .ai domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Cresta via other sources should be ignored.
Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. Marketing Operations owns the systems the marketing organization runs on: the MarTech stack, the data that describes our funnel, and increasingly the AI agents that do the work. The Marketing Technology Engineer owns the automation and AI layer of that stack — building the agents and automations that remove manual work from the team, and making sure they keep running and keep producing output we can trust. This is a technical role inside a marketing function, and the marketing half is not optional. The impact you'll have here: Own the operating layer for marketing's agent fleet end to end — provisioning, output verification, monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Nothing counts as shipped until it has run for real and its output has been checked. Design and build agentic processes, skills, and automations that remove manual work from the team, and decide — with marketing judgment — which are worth building at all. Instrument what we build so usage, output, and value are visible to leadership, and so agents improve from feedback rather than staying frozen at launch. Consolidate how core marketing concepts are defined across tools and agents — territory, lead scoring stages, MQL and MQA, pipeline stages, targets — so automations and dashboards cannot quietly disagree, including across two product lines. Own the MarTech stack — configuration, administration, and integration — and build in a way the campaign execution team can extend without engineering support for routine work. What we're looking for: Prior marketing or marketing operations experience — required, not preferred. You already understand funnel and attribution logic, lead scoring, send-cadence and deliverability norms, and list hygiene and consent rules. This role has no downstream reviewer for marketing correctness. You have personally operated something unattended. A pipeline, integration, or agent that ran on its own, broke without telling you, and taught you to verify output rather than trust a green status. Scale matters less than the scar tissue. A track record of building production automation inside a GTM function — Clay, Zapier, Workato, n8n, or similar — where what you built was depended on by other people and you were the one who owned it. Evidence you have moved from no-code stitching into code and repository practice: version control, code review, CI, testing, and deploying into a shared repo rather than a personal account. Technical baseline: working proficiency in SQL and Python, solid REST API fundamentals, familiarity with secrets management for credentials and API keys, enough data-warehouse fluency (for example BigQuery) to query and reason about data models, and hands-on administration of HubSpot and Salesforce. Nice to have: Direct experience with Claude, or with n8n. Experience building multi-step enrichment waterfalls in Clay or similar that others depend on. Exposure to observability or data-quality practices — monitoring, alerting, freshness and anomaly checks — in any prior role. Experience supporting more than one product line, where the same metric has to be correct in two motions at once. About the Team: Marketing Operations is a distributed, not distant team that owns the systems the marketing organization runs on. The work is intellectually difficult because the same metric has to stay correct across two product lines and multiple tools and agents at once. Ownership is high: this role makes consequential marketing decisions without a downstream reviewer. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The compensation details listed in this posting reflect the US base salary only. The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000–$190,000 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM's equity plan. Please note – we factor in the different costs for geographies outside the United States Application Instructions If you're interested in joining TRM, we encourage you to apply directly. Every application is reviewed by our Talent team. Before applying, review the job description carefully and highlight the experience and impact that best demonstrate the required qualifications. Please also provide thoughtful and accurate answers to the application questions, as these will be used to evaluate your skills and qualifications for the role. If you send your resume directly to someone at TRM, we can't guarantee it will reach the appropriate hiring team. Applying directly is the best way to ensure your application will be considered. Interviewing with TRM Our process is designed to understand how you think, solve problems, and deliver impact, while allowing you to evaluate TRM. Most interview processes include a case study, an AI skills assessment, and a Leadership Principles interview. Recruiter Intro: Qualifications, motivations, and alignment with the role. Hiring Manager: Deep dive into your relevant experience, skills, and impact. First Round: 1–2 interviews focused on the skills most critical to the role. Final Round: Hands-on case study. This is usually a panel-style session where we go deeper into your craft, problem-solving, and alignment with TRM. References: Former colleagues who can provide insight into your work and impact. Offer: Congrats! Your recruiter will present the offer and compensation details. Welcome to TRM: We're excited to build a safer world with you! Your recruiter will share your specific interview plan and preparation guidance along the way. AI Fluency at TRM AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM. We believe AI meaningfully changes how top performers operate. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks. At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to: Accelerate repeatable workflows Structure and solve problems Improve output quality Increase speed and leverage You will be evaluated on applied AI fluency during the interview process. Life at TRM We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day. TRM moves FAST. We are a high-velocity, high-ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days. Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. At TRM, you should expect: Priorities and targets to change quickly Operating with a high degree of ambiguity A high level of personal ownership and accountability Close collaboration across teams and functions Frequent, high-touch communication Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires thriving in ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment. We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure-test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here. If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute. Leadership Principles We hire and grow against three leadership principles. They're the standards for how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions. Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. We treat every plan like an experiment – test, ship, measure, and iterate quickly. Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft. We balance speed with high standards, own outcomes end‑to‑end, and invest in getting better everyday. Inspiring Colleague: We add clarity and energy, not noise. We bring humility, candor, and a one‑team mindset — giving and receiving feedback to make the team stronger. Join our Mission At TRM, we care deeply about our craft. We are looking for individuals who want their work to matter, who experiment with speed and rigor, and who take pride in building a safer world for billions of people. If you're excited by TRM's mission but don't check every box, we encourage you to apply — we hire for slope, judgment, and the will to learn fast. Headquartered in San Francisco, TRM operates as a distributed-first company with hubs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Washington D.C., London, and Singapore. If you're looking for a place where your voice matters and your work truly makes an impact, this may be the opportunity for you. Cloudinary is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing, a commercially rigorous, technically fluent growth leader to run our integrated Digital Marketing engine across self-service motions. As the business owner of growth, you will create demand, improve conversion, build owned acquisition surfaces, and translate growth investment into revenue and pipeline outcomes. Working closely with Product, Data, RevOps, Sales, Web, Content, Design and Finance, you will set the growth system, make trade-offs, and create the operating cadence that lets a lean team ship quickly and compound what works. This is a builder-leader role, not a channel-management role, suited to someone who combines strategic range with personal fluency in performance marketing, SEO, AI discovery, content-led acquisition, conversion optimization, lifecycle and analytics. Responsibilities: Own Growth Marketing strategy and execution across the self-service PLG funnel, from acquisition through qualified pipeline and new paying accounts. Set the growth portfolio: allocate budget, talent and experimentation capacity across paid acquisition, SEO, GEO/AEO/AI discovery, tools and content, CRO, and lifecycle campaigns. Build and scale owned acquisition assets, including programmatic and product-led content, free tools, guides, glossaries, landing pages and emerging agent-friendly discovery surfaces. Lead an evidence-led experimentation program: frame hypotheses, establish success criteria, prioritize tests, make rapid stop/scale decisions, and convert learnings into repeatable playbooks. Own performance visibility and measurement. Partner with Data, RevOps, Product and Sales to maintain trusted funnel definitions, diagnose data discrepancies, establish attribution guardrails, and model maturity from lead to pipeline and revenue. Be the business owner for Growth Marketing ROI: create CFO-ready investment cases, distinguish attributed revenue from influenced value and leading indicators, and make capital-allocation recommendations. Manage and develop a lean, high-output team of employees and specialist contractors; design pod structure, hiring plans, operating processes, quality controls and AI-enabled ways of working. Align senior stakeholders across Product, Web, Content, Design, Sales, RevOps, Finance and leadership, translating growth insights into clear asks, durable ownership and shipped work. Represent Growth Marketing in weekly leadership reviews and executive forums, communicating results, risks, decisions required and next-week priorities with clarity. About You: MUST BE EAST COAST 10+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, PLG or performance marketing, combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to driving growth specifically among developer audiences. A target-driven persona with a deep technical understanding of developers, combined with a rigorous grasp of both human developer and AI agent audiences. A track record of owning integrated growth across paid, organic, lifecycle, CRO and content/product-led acquisition, with the judgement to decide where each lever belongs. Strong command of SaaS funnel analytics, attribution, cohort analysis, conversion metrics, budget modelling and executive-level ROI storytelling. Hands-on expertise in performance marketing and organic acquisition, plus working fluency in technical SEO, AI search/discovery, web experimentation and marketing automation. Experience building high-velocity experimentation systems and operating with ambiguity, imperfect data and fast-changing product or market conditions. Exceptional cross-functional leadership: able to align senior stakeholders and work credibly with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales and creative partners. A practical AI-first operating mindset: uses automation and agents to accelerate research, content, analysis and operational throughput while retaining quality and commercial judgement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developer-facing, API, media technology, infrastructure or technically complex SaaS products. Experience scaling free tools, programmatic content, marketplaces or other owned acquisition products into measurable commercial value. Every day, millions of consumers engage with businesses in physical locations - retailers, restaurants, gyms, convenience stores, hospitality venues, and more. While digital advertising has transformed online experiences, most physical businesses are only beginning to modernize how they engage customers and monetize their in-store media. Rockbot brings music, TV, digital signage, and advertising together into a single, integrated solution to meet that moment. Our customers aren't simply evaluating software - they're determining how to build retail media networks, monetize in-store audiences, and modernize the customer experience across hundreds or even thousands of locations. Many are still defining what success looks like, and they're looking for a strategic partner to help shape that vision - not just another vendor. Whether the conversation begins as an open exploration or a formal RFP, this role requires someone who can guide customers with insight, curiosity, and credibility. The best people in this role don't lead with products - they lead with questions. They know how to uncover business challenges, build executive alignment, navigate complex organizations, and design solutions that create measurable value. They earn trust through insight, not presentations, and they leave every customer conversation with a deeper understanding of the customer's business than when they walked in. What Success Looks Like Success in this role isn't measured only by closing deals - it's measured by becoming the trusted advisor who helps enterprise customers navigate a genuine transformation in how they use physical space to connect with customers. Build Strategic Partnerships Develop executive relationships with Rockbot's largest prospective customers, positioning Rockbot as a long-term strategic partner rather than a vendor. Navigate Complex Organizations Understand how large, multi-location enterprises make decisions, and build a clear picture of who influences them. Build relationships across Marketing, Media, Operations, IT, Store Experience, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and Executive Leadership. Create thoughtful account maps that identify decision-makers, champions, influencers, and blockers - and use them to plan how to penetrate the account. Lead Consultative, Solution-Oriented Discovery Understand customer business objectives before proposing a solution. Ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and surface opportunities customers haven't yet considered. Translate business objectives into strategic solutions that improve customer experience, unlock new revenue streams, modernize in-store communications, and create measurable business outcomes using Rockbot's platform - rather than pitching individual products. Lead Complex Enterprise Buying Journeys Lead strategic enterprise opportunities from first conversation through deployment and expansion, owning the outcome even as the work spans many teams. Know when and how to bring in the right internal experts - Product, Advertising, Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and Operations - while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship throughout. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for the customer, from initial engagement to deal closure and beyond. Drive Expansion and Long-Term Value Look beyond the initial deployment to develop long-term account strategies that identify opportunities for expansion across locations, new revenue streams, and additional business outcomes. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers operating large-scale, multi-location businesses, serving as their long-term strategic partner as their needs evolve. Who Will Thrive Here This role is built for someone who thinks like a consultant and operates like an owner - someone who is: Solution-oriented - energized by solving customer business problems, not just running product demos. A natural relationship-builder - comfortable navigating complex organizations and building trust with stakeholders at every level, from front-line teams to the C-suite. Autonomous and accountable - confident operating with significant ownership and ambiguity while creating alignment across internal teams and customer stakeholders. An exceptional communicator - able to craft compelling business narratives that build consensus and drive decisions. Curious and eager to learn - excited to quickly develop expertise in Rockbot's platform, including hardware, installation, and technical capabilities, even without prior experience. What You Bring: We value strategic, solution-oriented selling above any single industry or enterprise SaaS pedigree. Candidates from media, advertising, retail media, customer experience, or other relationship-driven industries are just as welcome as those from traditional enterprise software. 10+ years of experience selling complex, multi-product or solution-based offerings into large, multi-location organizations across retail, restaurants, hospitality, convenience, grocery, or similar industries. A proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals while navigating long, complex, multi-stakeholder buying journeys. Strong account planning and stakeholder orchestration skills, with the ability to map, penetrate, and influence complex buying organizations. Experience leading cross-functional deal teams and orchestrating enterprise opportunities from initial engagement through close. Executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships at the C-suite level. Experience in OOH, DOOH, retail media, digital media, advertising, or customer experience technology is highly valued; deep traditional enterprise SaaS experience is not required. The technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly learn hardware, installation, and platform functionality through prior experience or on-the-job learning. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to evaluating opportunities and improving sales outcomes. About Rockbot: Rockbot is an omnichannel media platform committed to elevating customer and employee experiences while fostering stronger connections in real-world spaces. Rockbot addresses the challenges businesses face in media management with integrated solutions spanning music, TV, digital signage, and advertising. Its mission is to enrich on-premise experiences with media technology, where every interaction is elevated and memorable. From independent local businesses to large national brands - across nearly every industry, including restaurants, bars, retailers, and more, Rockbot provides all the tools and licensed content businesses need. Backed by leading investors including Google and Universal Music Group, Rockbot is the future of out-of-home media. For more information visit www.rockbot.com. Compensation: Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The compensation band for this role is $150,000 - 215,000 base + commission, equity, and benefits for all team members. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable commission based on KPIs and goals. Our Values: Drive: We pursue our mission with relentless tenacity, passion, and optimism and inspire those around us to do the same. We love the journey and are on offense all the time. Yesterday was good enough for yesterday, but today we have to do even better. Accountability: We take ownership of our promises, responsibilities, behaviors, and products, and we expect the same of others. Standing behind our mistakes, communicating honestly, and making things right creates trust and strong relationships. Curiosity: We are hungry to learn and continually deepen our knowledge, skills, and understandings. We have a growth mindset and are intellectually curious. We challenge our beliefs and seek feedback and insights from others. The "Why" and "How" always matters. Empathy: We embrace that no two people or businesses are the same. We strive to understand others as deeply as possible and feel their pains and passions. Ingenuity: We work hard but we think smart. We bring creativity, technology, and practicality together to solve tough challenges. Integrity: We say what we mean, and do what we say, simply, clearly, honestly. Rockbot is an Equal Opportunity Employer, but that's just the start. We believe different perspectives help us grow and achieve more. That's why we're dedicated to hiring and developing the most talented and diverse team – which includes individuals with different backgrounds, abilities, identities and experiences.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations) 30 Days in: Actively engaged with stakeholders to audit what reporting the team is consuming and why, i.e. identifying discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies across existing dashboards and beginning to develop a roadmap to standardize reporting across your verticals. 60 Days in: Bridging business context and data understanding by being able to articulate how assigned verticals make money and what the key performance levers are. Actively improving dashboard standardization while executing on ad hoc requests with accuracy and business context. 90 Days in: Dashboard standardization is in execution and a clear roadmap exists for how trusted data sources will be developed to improve the efficiency of data consumption. LookML structure is understood well enough to begin making changes with full awareness of downstream impacts. Working relationships with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management are established. 6 Months in: Trust is built with the business team through education, best practices, and a standardized reporting suite that enables confident self-service analytics. Proactive retrospective analyses are being delivered across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance. Strong understanding of the full funnel metrics that support each team. Year 1: Trusted technical owner for assigned verticals end-to-end, from raw data ingestion through final dashboard. Reporting standardization is complete, retrospective analysis is a consistent output, and the business team views you as a go-to analytical partner who recommends action, not just reports findings. Competencies Analytical Rigor: Asks the hard questions and traces discrepancies to the source before drawing conclusions. Reporting Ownership: Engages stakeholders to understand how reporting is used before building, i.e. creates dashboards that are adopted, not just delivered. Business Acumen: Invests in understanding the business by asking the right questions before pulling the data. Communication: Asks enough upfront to make sure the answer lands with the right context for the right audience. Proactive Ownership: Surfaces problems early, engages before being asked, and drives work forward with a clear point of view. Collaboration: Builds trust by asking genuine questions and showing they care about what stakeholders need, not just what they asked for. Curiosity & Growth: Asks more than most and is driven to grow from technical executor into analytical partner over time.
