About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Data Engineer supporting Billing & Payments Engineering, you'll join the Finance Data Engineering team and build the foundation for accurate, scalable billing and revenue data across Anthropic. You'll work closely with Billing Engineering, Finance and Accounting, as well as Product and other partners, to turn billing and payments data into reliable metrics, reporting and insights. You'll make sure teams have trustworthy data that scales with our growth, and you'll lead your own projects to enable self-serve insights that help teams make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities: • Partner with Billing Engineering, Finance and Accounting to understand their data and reporting needs, and translate them into technical requirements • Design, build and maintain data models and pipelines in dbt that transform raw billing, usage and payments data into canonical datasets • Own revenue data accuracy and reconciliation, making sure billing, usage and revenue data tie out across systems • Define success metrics for billing systems, and build the data models and monitoring to track them • Set high data integrity standards and SLAs for timely, accurate delivery of billing and revenue data • Share on-call and data operations responsibilities for Finance Data Engineering pipelines • Build dashboards and self-serve data products that track core metrics and deliver insights across the company • Champion best practices for dbt, data modeling and SQL • Influence the Billing Engineering roadmap from a data systems perspective • Become an expert in our data models and data architecture You may be a good fit if you have: • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer or in a similar role • Expertise in SQL and Python, and in building multi-step data pipelines with tools like dbt • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, and version control with GitHub • Familiarity with billing concepts such as invoicing, payments, credits, refunds and subscriptions, and experience working with data from billing systems • Experience building dashboards and reporting in tools like Hex for multiple cross-functional teams • A bias for action and urgency, without letting perfect be the enemy of the effective • A full-stack mindset: you do what it takes to solve a problem end to end, even when it goes beyond the original scope • Comfort with ambiguity, and the initiative to create clarity and keep work moving • A passion for Anthropic's mission of building helpful, honest and harmless AI Strong candidates may also have: • Experience partnering with billing, finance or accounting teams on revenue metrics and reconciliation • Experience building an analytics or data engineering function from an early stage The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 — $405,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Since its start as the Google Self-Driving Car Project in 2009, Waymo has focused on building the Waymo Driver—The World's Most Experienced Driver™—to improve access to mobility while saving thousands of lives now lost to traffic crashes. The Waymo Driver powers Waymo's fully autonomous ride-hail service and can also be applied to a range of vehicle platforms and product use cases. The Waymo Driver has provided over ten million rider-only trips, enabled by its experience autonomously driving over 100 million miles on public roads and tens of billions in simulation across 15+ U.S. states. The Perception team builds the system which learns the spatial-temporal representation and their semantic meanings of the surrounding environment of the self-driving car, i.e., the system that "perceives" the world around the car. We work jointly with downstream teams on the optimization and integration into the Waymo Driver. We conduct our own research to address real-world problems and collaborate with research teams at Alphabet.  We have access to millions of miles of driving data from a diverse set of sensors, enabling engineers like you to (1) develop methods for efficiently and continuously learning from large scale real-world data, to (2) develop models and model training at scale, to (3) analyze real-world behavior and develop systems for handling the complexities of interacting with the real-world, and (4) optimize models for our onboard and offboard hardware.  The core challenge within Model Lifecycle is accelerating Waymo's ML development cycle. As we scale to new cities and vehicle platforms, our data volume is exploding, and our models are becoming more complex, handling more and more tasks. This team is critical to controlling that complexity. Waymo interns work with leaders in the industry on projects that deliver significant impact to the company. We believe learning is a two-way street: applying your knowledge while providing you with opportunities to expand your skillset. Interns are an important part of our culture and our recruiting pipeline. Join us at Waymo for a fun and rewarding internship! This internship will be based on-site at our headquarters in Mountain View, CA. You Will: Own an end-to-end ML project: form a hypothesis, build the dataset, train and evaluate models, and analyze the results. Design and run experiments that measure how training data choices (curation, mining, balancing, labeling) affect Perception model quality. Build and refine datasets from large-scale multi-sensor driving data (camera, lidar, radar). Train and evaluate Perception models with Waymo's existing training and evaluation tooling. Develop metrics and analyses that explain where models fail and which data would fix those failures. Share findings with ML engineers and research scientists, and help land the results in production model training. You Have: Currently enrolled in an MS or PhD program in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field. Hands-on experience training and evaluating deep learning models in JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Hands-on experience with the data side of ML, such as building datasets, data curation, labeling, or data quality analysis. Strong programming skills in Python. Ability to design controlled experiments and draw sound conclusions from quantitative results. We Prefer: Experience on an end-to-end ML project where you owned both the data and the model. Research or industry experience in data-centric ML, such as data selection, active learning, data valuation, or curriculum learning. Experience with perception tasks such as 3D detection, tracking, segmentation, or multimodal (camera and lidar) models. Experience processing large datasets with distributed tools such as Apache Beam, Spark, or Dataflow. Publications at ML or computer vision venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV). Passion for data-centric AI and autonomous driving. Note: This will be a hybrid onsite internship position. We will accept resumes on a rolling basis until the role is filled. To be in consideration for multiple roles, you will need to apply to each one individually - please apply to the top 3 roles you are interested in. The expected hourly rate for this full-time position is listed below. Interns are also eligible to participate in the Company's generous benefits programs, subject to eligibility requirements. Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you're blocked.   We're here to give power to the patient.  For nearly 20 years, we've built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we're going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc's marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don't want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started.   Your Impact on our Mission: We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Appointment Management team at Zocdoc! This team owns the backend systems that determine when, where, and how appointments can be booked across Zocdoc's channels. We build the services, APIs, and data models that let practices express their real-world scheduling needs and ensure providers are accurately bookable for the patients they can serve. This foundational work supports the booking experience for millions of patients while enabling providers and practice staff to manage their schedules with confidence. As a Staff Engineer at Zocdoc, you'll balance deep individual contribution with technical leadership and mentorship. You'll shape the architecture of our scheduling and availability systems, drive cross-team technical initiatives, and raise the engineering bar through sound practices and operational ownership. You'll work primarily on backend systems, with opportunities to contribute across the stack when needed.   You'll enjoy this role if you are… Excited by the challenge of building the backend systems that power scheduling across healthcare Energized by designing services and data models that handle real-world complexity at scale A product-minded engineer who loves working in a highly collaborative and supportive environment Motivated by building foundational infrastructure that makes healthcare easier for patients and providers Passionate about mentorship and leveling up the engineers around you. Passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams and culture    Your day to day is… Owning the design and development of backend services, APIs, and data models that power Zocdoc's scheduling and availability systems, primarily using C#/.NET and AWS technologies (DynamoDB, Lambdas, SQS/SNS, Kinesis). We also use React/TypeScript on the frontend Driving architectural decisions for complex scheduling logic, ensuring reliability, scalability, and correctness across millions of bookings Leading cross-team technical initiatives and establishing patterns that improve engineering quality beyond your immediate team Collaborating with our agile team of dedicated and brilliant engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-impact features Championing a culture of engineering excellence, leading by example in code quality, performance, and operational ownership Mentoring your peers, with the notion that helping others means learning and growing yourself Working with cutting edge GenAI tools and technology   You'll be successful in this role if you have…      A track record of designing and delivering backend systems that handle complex domain logic at scale A passion for technology and the ability to think critically about the performance, scalability, and reliability of the systems you build The instinct to simplify: you break down ambiguous, loosely defined problems into clear technical direction Successfully mentored other engineers and encouraged your peers to adopt engineering best practices Integrated generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity The mentality of an owner: you drive initiatives from architectural design through production and take pride in operational excellence Superb communication skills. You keep stakeholders in the loop and can dive into technical details at the right level for any audience An unrelenting desire to build more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplaces, and you view this role as an opportunity to create positive change Humility. You treat all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure   Benefits: Flexible, hybrid work environment Unlimited Vacation 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and vision) Commuter Benefits 401(k) with employer funded match Corporate wellness program with Wellhub Sabbatical leave (for employees with 5+ years of service) Competitive paid parental leave and fertility/family planning reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Catered lunch everyday along with beverages and snacks Employee Resource Groups and ZocClubs to promote shared community and belonging Great Place to Work Certified   Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details. NYC Base Salary Range $180,000 — $270,000 USD About us Zocdoc is the country's leading digital health marketplace that helps patients easily find and book the care they need. Each month, millions of patients use our free service to find nearby, in-network providers, compare choices based on verified patient reviews, and instantly book in-person or video visits online. Providers participate in Zocdoc's Marketplace to reach new patients to grow their practice, fill their last-minute openings, and deliver a better healthcare experience. Founded in 2007 with a mission to give power to the patient, our work each day in pursuit of that mission is guided by our six core values . Zocdoc is a private company backed by some of the world's leading investors, and we believe we're still only scratching the surface of what we plan to accomplish.  Zocdoc is a mission-driven organization dedicated to building teams as diverse as the patients and providers we aim to serve.   About Gusto At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve. All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy . AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process. About the Role: Our designers are builders, and the direction the business is heading has elevated the bar for who we are and who we hire. This role brings in that builder-minded design talent across Product Design, Design Systems, Content Design, UX Research, Service Design, Brand Studio and Creative, and Design Operations. We're looking for a Staff Design Recruiter who brings the versatility and eagerness to flex into Product Management, Data, or other technical hiring areas. What will make you successful in this role:  You've recruited designers as your specialty. You are comfortable talking craft with senior design leaders, and you already have a network and presence in the design community. You're an AI-fluent talent advisor. You leverage AI to shape search strategy, surface the market truth, and push back with evidence while balancing the true needs of the business. You don't just use AI, you build the agents and skills that carry that advisory judgment to the whole team, so everyone moves further together. You're always on. To you, talent acquisition and relationship management are one and the same. You consistently find bar raisers and nurture relationships long before there's an open requisition.   About the Team: SpecTech is the "specialized tech" recruiting team inside Gusto's Invite (talent acquisition) org. We hire builders who are responsible for Gusto's product, particularly Designers, Product Managers and Data professionals. We don't just fill requisitions. We're talent advisors who partner closely with hiring leaders on requisition-based searches, work sourcing-first, and are data driven. We move fast, default to warmth, and hold ourselves to a high bar on candidate experience because we believe that how someone is treated in our process is part of the Gusto product experience.    Here's what you'll do day-to-day: Recruiting end to end. You run specialized, req-based searches from pre-search strategy through offer acceptance, across levels and craft areas. You uphold a high bar for recruiting craft.  Talent advisory. You run tailored outbound and build bar-raiser pipelines from the start, mapping the market as you go. You turn what you learn into calibration sessions, data-backed recommendations, and clear trade-offs on factors like level, location, and comp, so hiring leaders can make informed decisions. Work cross-functionally to achieve the goal. You build working relationships across Compensation, People Partners, Executive Operations and Candidate Experience and you know who to pull in and when, so work doesn't sit waiting. Guide candidates through an experience that resonates. High touch, honest, and caring, held to real SLAs, so people leave feeling seen, heard, and cared for, whether or not they get an offer. Build with AI, not just use it. You leverage AI to give yourself superpowers across top-of-funnel sourcing, market analysis, and the entire interview process, so your human touch lands where it matters most. You build new AI-enabled approaches, test new tools, and share what works to amplify the whole team's impact.  Flex into other technical searches when priorities shift. Hiring for design is home base, but you pick up specialized Product Management, Data, or other technical searches when the business needs the coverage. Build an in-market design community in San Francisco. You bring designers together in person, showing up at and hosting local events, so Gusto is a name the SF design scene knows and your pipeline grows from real relationships, not cold lists. What might make this challenging, and worth it?  Design and specialized tech hiring at this level is competitive, with a high hiring bar, and we're a lean team covering a wide surface area. The real challenge is the balance we aim to maintain: hiring for today's needs, nurturing relationships for the future, and pairing operational rigor with the human judgment that keeps quality high even as you lean on AI. What makes it worth it is you get to own the craft and partner with some of the best leaders around, working on the most critical roles that directly impact Gusto's growth. You do it alongside a team that genuinely cares about each other, great people who love the work and have fun doing it. If owning the end-to-end search, strategy and execution is the part that energizes you, this is exactly where you want to be.   Here's what we're looking for: Full-cycle recruiting depth. Typically 8+ years across specialized tech, including meaningful time specializing in design recruiting. Data fluency. You read, research, and interpret data across multiple tools, turning it into a clear next move in a search and a compelling narrative for hiring partners. It's also how you prioritize a full requisition load and catch bottlenecks before they become problems. Sourcing as a craft. You know what great talent looks like, across all backgrounds and walks of life, where to find it, and how to assess it, with a knack for spotting bar raisers and building always-on pipelines. Cross-functional partnership. A proven ability to work across Compensation, People Partners, Executive Ops, and Finance to keep hires moving.  Executive presence. A history of partnering with senior leaders, and the ability to walk into a room, read the audience, and speak with credibility. Bias for action and resilience. You move things forward and stay steady when a search gets hard. Compensation: Our cash compensation range for this role is $168,000 to $190,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area. Final offers are determined by candidate location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the range above. At Gusto, we don't use titles the traditional way, as a signal of rank or hierarchy. Instead, our titles describe two things at once — your craft (what you do, e.g. Engineering, Design) and your scope of ownership (what you're accountable for) — which is why you'll see something like "Head of X" instead of a rank word like "Director" that tells you neither. Because of this, the title on this posting may look different from what you'd expect based on the scope and seniority of the role, and from how similar roles are typically titled elsewhere. If you have questions about how this role compares to your current title or level, your recruiter can help translate. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale. Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.  When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees. Reliable, consistent presence: We expect regular and predictable attendance, whether you're working in-office, hybrid, or fully remote, so that you stay closely connected to your team, customers, and stakeholders in real time and ensure colleagues and customers receive the timely support and responsiveness they deserve. Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.  Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Gusto is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. We want to see our candidates perform to the best of their ability. If you require a medical or religious accommodation at any time throughout your candidate journey, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you. Gusto takes security and protection of your personal information very seriously. Please review our Fraudulent Activity Disclaimer . Personal information collected and processed as part of your Gusto application will be subject to  Gusto's Applicant Privacy Notice .

Here's what you'll do day-to-day: Manage a dedicated book of business of 401(k) plan conversions from signing through completed asset transfer and first contribution Work with plan sponsors and administrators to gather required documentation and ensure accurate data is submitted to support a smooth asset transfer and recordkeeping transition Serve as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors and administrators via email, phone, and video — including inbound scheduling through Calendly Guide employers through pre-ready task dashboards, proactively preventing stalls and keeping plans on track for their plan start date Monitor and drive performance against key benchmarks including time to activation, time to ready, CSAT, and average response time Partner closely with Operations and cross-functional teams including Sales and Legal to support asset transfers, client expectations, and complex plan changes Use AI tools to streamline workflows, improve client communications, and increase efficiency across your book of business Here's what we're looking for: 2+ years of total work experience with 1+ years in client-facing implementation, technical account management, or retirement plan administration; startup and/or financial services experience a plus Proven ability to manage a large, active book of business involving complex, multi-step processes simultaneously Deep knowledge in one or more of the following: SaaS, Operations, or Finance; retirement plan experience strongly preferred Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and reconciliation Proficiency with Salesforce and comfort working across case management and collaboration tools in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills across email, phone, and video with a client-first mindset RPS or CRPS designation a plus, or active pursuit of either; familiarity with ERISA requirements, payroll systems, bundled vs. unbundled providers, or Safe Harbor compliance is a plus.  Our cash compensation range for this role is $53,750.00/year to 64,500.00/year in Denver and Atlanta. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
