Senior Product Manager - Growth
TremendousLATAM, Canada, USA (Fully Remote)19 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$240,000 - $315,000 / Year
seosalesonboardingresearch

Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We're trusted by 20,000 organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide. Our customers (researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses) rave about how fast and easy Tremendous is to use. Check out our ratings on G2 . Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We're a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s. About the role You'll be the product owner for how companies discover Tremendous, sign up, and send their first reward. Most companies research us before they ever meet a salesperson. They find us through a search, an ad, or a reward somebody sent them. A fair number sign up on their own, either because they're too small for a sales rep or because they just prefer it. You'll own product growth overall, but self-serve clients are your primary focus and scorecard. At the top of the funnel we can't tell who's a solo marketer and who's a future enterprise buyer, so you'll build for both. The Growth team doesn't exist yet, so you'll arrive, borrow engineers from another squad to get moving, and write the roadmap we hire against. You'll have real influence over what this team becomes and who's on it. One thing to know up front: the standard product-led growth playbook doesn't apply here. We have no free tier, no trial, and no paywall, so the usual levers don't exist. We also don't have the traffic for most A/B tests to reach significance. You'll need to look at a flow and know what's wrong with it rather than wait for a test to tell you. The product management team today is 7 PMs, led by a co-founder who serves as Head of Product. You'll also work with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on the handoffs between self-serve and sales. What you'll do Own first touch to first reward sent. Signup, onboarding, and the first order are yours outright. On the site and landing pages, you own conversion and experiments; Marketing owns brand, content, and spend. Develop the growth roadmap, then help staff the squad that runs it (both through internal transfers and outside hires). Build the systems that let us test. Standing up a landing page, changing it, and killing it should take a day, without waiting on an engineering sprint. Run campaigns with Marketing. We'll pull a growth marketer into your team's cadence so a campaign ships end to end: audience, copy, landing page, emails, ads. Give promising acquisition channels product and engineering muscle: referrals, programmatic SEO, AI-search and chatbot referrals, interactive tools, reward recipients becoming senders. Turn incentives into a system. Today we hand out test funds and fee waivers case by case. You decide what we offer, to whom, and what it's worth. Prototype with AI in hours, and put it in front of real companies the same week. Work async. Most product work here happens in writing. If you're used to running product through meetings, this will feel different. Report to Prateek Mehta (Group PM). What you'll bring 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer, with real time on acquisition, conversion, or activation. A founder or founding-engineer past is a strong plus. Enough technical depth to ship without a full team. You can instrument a funnel, read the data, and build a landing page when that's the fastest path. Taste in conversion flows. You can look at a signup page and say what's wrong with it, without a test telling you. Judgment about when to test. You can tell whether traffic will resolve a question, and you're comfortable deciding from other evidence when it won't. Healthy skepticism of growth playbooks. You know which parts assume a free tier, and which parts transfer. Outstanding written communication. We're a documentation-first culture. What's cool about the role Blank slate. The team doesn't exist yet. You'll write the roadmap and we'll build the team around it. And since we're profitable, growth here is pure upside. Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $240,000 to $315,000. Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave. Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas. Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook .

Creative Technologist (contract)
Instrument
InstrumentUSA (Fully Remote)19 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid$153,920 - $226,720 / Year
prototyping

Instrument is a digitally native design and technology company built to help brands unlock their full potential. Since 2005, our team of makers, thinkers, and storytellers has partnered with leading brands like Google, Nike, Uber, ŌURA, and Eventbrite to craft digital experiences that create impact and drive results. Unlike traditional agencies, we don't just design—we build. Our work lives at the intersection of taste and technology, powered by curiosity, thoughtful curation, and a commitment to delivering the most fitting solution for every brief. We bring this to life across three core offerings: Brand, Marketing, and Product. As a member of our freelance network, you'll collaborate with our teams to bring bold ideas to life—whether launching new brands, building digital products, or shaping experiences that move people. We welcome collaborators from all backgrounds and experiences who share our curiosity, creativity, and care for craft. We believe great work comes from diverse perspectives and shared purpose. If you're passionate about learning, experimenting, and making work that matters, we'd love to hear from you. The Role We're looking for an embedded, hands-on Creative Technologist to rapidly turn emerging AI capabilities into compelling, functional experiences. Working closely with a multidisciplinary creative team, you'll experiment with new AI model releases and capabilities, quickly moving from "what could we do with this?" to working prototypes and demos people actually want to engage with. You have your finger on the pulse of what's happening across AI—following new launches, features, and the creative behaviors gaining traction, and recognizing opportunities to build while the conversation is happening. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in experimentation. You're comfortable with ambiguity, curious about what's next, and able to independently take an idea from early exploration through something polished enough to put in front of an audience. Contract: ASAP – February 26, 2027 Commitment: 40 hours/week What You'll Do Stay deeply plugged into new AI launches, features, and emerging creative behaviors, identifying opportunities to build while the conversation is happening. Rapidly concept, prototype, and ship AI-powered demos that showcase new model capabilities in timely, culturally relevant ways. Turn technical capabilities into social-first demos and experiences that are immediately understandable, compelling, and designed to earn attention. Use AI-assisted development, "vibe coding," and rapid experimentation to move quickly from idea to working experience. Experiment beyond the obvious use case, developing creative approaches, workflows, or reusable techniques that help others push a capability further. Translate experiments into compelling outputs across formats, including working code, screen recordings, short-form social content, technical tutorials, and open-source repositories. Partner closely with creative, design, engineering, and production teams to shape ideas while bringing a strong technical point of view. Iterate quickly based on creative and technical feedback, balancing speed with a strong bar for craft and execution. What You Bring Strong hands-on experience in creative technology, prototyping, creative development, or a similar technical discipline. A portfolio demonstrating functional prototypes, interactive experiences, experiments, or other technically driven creative work. A track record of actively experimenting with new AI models, features, and capabilities as they launch, with recent examples of work that responds to emerging trends or behaviors in the AI landscape. Meaningful hands-on experience building with Gemini and Google's AI developer ecosystem, alongside fluency in the broader generative AI landscape. Strong coding and prototyping skills using modern front-end frameworks and development tools. Strong instincts for what is gaining traction with developers and creators, why it's resonating, and how an emerging behavior can translate into a compelling demo or piece of social-first content. Comfort experimenting with newly released models and capabilities and figuring things out without an established playbook. Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what makes a technical demo surprising, useful, entertaining, or worth sharing. The ability to work independently and move quickly from an ambiguous idea to a functional prototype with minimal hand-holding. Strong communication skills and the ability to make technical ideas accessible and exciting to both developer and broader consumer audiences. Experience creating developer-facing content, social-first creative, technical tutorials, or open-source projects is a plus. What We Offer: The expected contract pay range: $74-109 per hour. Contract compensation is determined by location, experience, and skillset. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), *learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments. Benefits may be available in accordance with applicable law and company policy, including eligibility based on hours worked and duration of assignment. Compensation Additional Information
