What is PerfectServe ? PerfectServe is a leading provider of clinical communication and physician scheduling solutions in the health IT space. The company was founded in 1997 and has grown steadily since then, with a notable jump after several major acquisitions were announced in 2019. PerfectServe now has 400+ employees, 30,000+ customers — spanning medical practices, hospitals, and health systems — and $100 million+ in annual revenue. PerfectServe's mission is to accelerate speed to care by optimizing provider schedules and routing communications — including messages, pages, calls, and alerts — to the right place at the right time in any care setting. By facilitating real-time information sharing, building better schedules, and automating important clinical workflows, we believe we can help our customers advance patient care and improve the well-being of their clinicians. Leading analyst firms like Gartner® and KLAS Research have consistently validated our approach: In 2026, PerfectServe was named highest in execution and furthest in vision in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Clinical Communication and Collaboration — the clear segment leader. PerfectServe also received two Best in KLAS awards in 2026 — one for physician scheduling and another for ambulatory clinical communications. That makes for 11 Best in KLAS awards over the past 9 years. At PerfectServe, you'll have a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team with decades of experience that finds new ways to delight our customers every day. This involves consistent efforts to stay on the cutting edge of product development, which includes everything from implementing AI in new and existing solutions to brainstorming with customers about novel workflows. But you don't have to be in product to make in impact — everybody at PerfectServe contributes to important work that moves the business forward. If you're looking for a well-established, tech-forward company full of smart people doing meaningful work, you've found the right place! Analyst, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships for portfolio company of K1 Investment Management Reports to Chief Strategy Officer About PerfectServe PerfectServe builds the clinical communication and scheduling technology that helps physicians, nurses, and care teams deliver faster, safer care. Our cloud-based platform is used by more than 500 hospitals and 40,000+ ambulatory practices across the country, and we are backed by K1 Investment Management as we execute an aggressive growth strategy across both acute and non-acute healthcare markets. We've been at this for nearly 30 years, but we're moving like a company half our age: expanding through M&A, building AI-native products, and forming partnerships that extend our reach into new corners of healthcare. We hold tight to a set of core values, Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation, Service, Purpose, and Inclusion, and we need a diverse team that reflects the communities we serve to build technology that works for everyone. About the Role PerfectServe grows in two connected ways: through acquisitions and partnerships that extend our reach into new markets, and through the relationships with investors, partners, and advisors that make those deals possible. We're looking for a Corporate Development & Partnerships Analyst to support both. A significant part of this role is proactive sourcing: identifying acquisition and partnership targets directly, through research, outreach, and cold calling, rather than relying only on inbound opportunities. This includes finding targets in less obvious places, industry forums, conferences, and online communities, where companies worth a conversation show up before they're on anyone's radar. You'll own the pipeline from first contact, qualifying opportunities and keeping them moving. Alongside this, you'll support our partner ecosystem, channel, and strategic relationships that extend our reach outside of a full acquisition. You'll work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and have regular interaction with PerfectServe's executive team, our board, our private equity sponsor K1, and outside advisors. This is a strong early-career opportunity to build a foundation in corporate development on a small, high-visibility team. The person who takes it will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and with doing outreach that doesn't always get a response but will get exposure to the full arc of how deals and partnerships get built, with room to grow into greater ownership as they prove themselves. We're looking for someone who is motivated by relationship-building and deal-making and wants to learn corporate development by doing the work firsthand. What You'll Do Sourcing and relationship building Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets across PerfectServe's core and adjacent markets through proactive, off-market outreach Cold call and cold email owners, founders, and executives at target companies to open relationships and gauge interest, and keep doing it even when most calls don't land Find opportunities that don't come through conventional channels by digging into industry forums, conferences, trade associations, and online communities where smaller or less visible companies surface Keep a disciplined, up-to-date view of every relationship in the pipeline: where it stands, what the next step is, and when to follow up Represent PerfectServe at industry events and conferences to build the relationships that turn into future deal flow Advancing the pipeline Move prospects through the funnel: schedule and help run initial conversations, keep momentum after the first call, and know when and how to push a deal forward Build models and analyses to support deal screening and synergy sizing Support internal due diligence workstreams (commercial, financial, clinical/product, HR, technology) by organizing data requests, synthesizing findings, and flagging risks Draft board and investor-ready materials Help manage the mechanics of a live deal: data rooms, trackers, timelines, and coordination across internal and external workstreams Partner acceleration Maintain a structured view of PerfectServe's partner and channel relationships, including status, next steps, and owner Prepare materials and briefing documents ahead of partner and leadership meetings Support negotiation and documentation of partnership and referral agreements in collaboration with legal and the deal team Help track and report on partnership performance against the commercial case that justified the relationship Cross-functional and investor support Work closely with the CEO, CSO, and functional leaders to gather input and keep strategic initiatives on track Prepare board and investor-ready materials, including decks, one-pagers, and financial summaries Serve as a reliable point of coordination between PerfectServe, K1, and outside advisors on live workstreams What You'll Bring 2+ years of relevant experience, from investment banking, corporate development, sales, business development, or another role where you had to build relationships and move deals or prospects forward A genuine comfort with cold outreach: you don't flinch at calling someone who doesn't know you yet, and you know how to turn a first call into a second one A relationship-builder's instinct: you remember details about people, follow up without being asked, and build trust quickly Competitive, persistent, and resilient; you can make fifty calls, get told no forty-five times, and show up just as sharp on the next one Strong enough financial and analytical fundamentals to build a basic model or synthesize a diligence finding, with the willingness to sharpen those skills fast on the job Excellent written and verbal communication; you can represent PerfectServe credibly to a founder, a banker, or a board member Scrappy, resourceful, and low-ego: willing to do the unglamorous work because you know it's what moves the deal forward High motivation and a genuine hunger to learn how acquisitions and partnerships actually get built, not just modeled Experience or exposure to healthcare, healthcare IT, or SaaS is a plus but not required Why Join PerfectServe? At PerfectServe, we are transforming healthcare communication and collaboration to help clinicians deliver better care. You'll work with a dedicated and mission-driven team in an environment that values growth, transparency, and innovation. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a performance bonus structure, with total earning potential up to $120,000 for candidates who meet or exceed sourcing and deal targets. The compensation range listed for this role reflects our commitment to pay transparency and is based on market data, internal equity, and the scope of responsibilities. compensation will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, and the specific team or product area they support. We regularly review compensation across the company to ensure fairness and consistency. If you are a current employee and have questions about how your compensation aligns with our ranges, we encourage you to speak with your manager or People Operations. Benefits: Remote first work environment Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance options available day one. 401K - with match and immediately vested. 17 company holidays, 2 floating holidays plus competitive paid time off policy Internal Advancement Opportunities PerfectServe offers unified healthcare communication solutions to help physicians, nurses, and care team members provide exceptional patient care. PerfectServe's cloud-based solutions enhance patient safety and reduce provider burnout by automating workflows, speeding time to treatment, optimizing shift schedules, empowering nurse mobility, and engaging patients in their own care.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Sr. Product Marketing Manager to own the commercial strategy for Content Cloud, including our headless CMS, Assets (our DAM), and Launch. This is the largest revenue base in our portfolio and the product line where many of our customers begin their Contentstack journey. This is a senior-level individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. You'll own the product line end to end, including positioning, packaging, launches, buyer narratives, pricing, competitive strategy, and field readiness. You'll also help raise the bar for the broader product marketing team without directly managing them and serve as a strategic resource when the function lead is unavailable. The role has a strong commercial focus. You'll help protect and grow our largest installed base, drive expansion from CMS into Assets and Launch, and shape how we compete in highly competitive enterprise markets. You'll also help evolve our story as Contentstack moves toward agentic experiences, using customer insights, market intelligence, and adoption data to continuously improve our strategy. Contentstack is an AI-forward company, and we bring practical experience using AI tools and technologies to improve how we work, learn, solve problems, and drive impact. If you're excited by the opportunity to own a significant product line, shape how we compete in the market, and make a measurable commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you! Here's what you'll be doing: Own the commercial strategy for Content Cloud, including positioning, packaging, launches, buyer narratives, and field readiness. Own pricing, packaging, ICP, and core value propositions, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing. Define and measure adoption goals for launches, using data and customer feedback to improve go-to-market strategies. Bring the voice of the customer and market into our strategy through regular customer conversations, analyst briefings, and competitive research. Represent Contentstack externally through live demos, webinars, customer roundtables, ContentCon, and other market-facing opportunities. Raise the bar for the product marketing team through mentorship, collaboration, and strategic leadership without direct management responsibility. What Really Gets Us Excited About You? 8-12 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including at least 4 years marketing a headless CMS, DXP, DAM, or content infrastructure product. Deep category experience is critical. Hands-on enterprise DAM or content management experience, including familiarity with RFPs and complex enterprise buying processes. Proven experience owning pricing and packaging for a product line and confidently defending your commercial decisions. You can demo a product live and unscripted without relying on a sales engineer. This will be tested during the interview process. Experience positioning against enterprise incumbents and challengers, with a track record of applying lessons from both wins and losses. A demonstrated track record of driving adoption after launch, using data to understand what worked and what needs to change. Associate Director, Paid Search B2B

Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$100,000 - $100,000 / Year
dentalarchitectureforecastinginsurancepayrollcoaching+7

The Role Wpromote 's B2B Paid Search team is growing, and we're hiring an Associate Director to own paid search strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll carry a book of 3-5 accounts, be the person clients call when something matters, and be hands-on in the platforms. You'll also mentor the analysts and managers who support your accounts, but you won't have direct reports. If you want a role where you stop touching campaigns, this isn't it. Our clients are growth-stage and enterprise B2B companies with real complexity: long sales cycles, multiple buying committees, and revenue that shows up in a CRM weeks or months after the click. The people who do this well think in pipeline, not conversions. At Wpromote, we believe that great work is only possible with great people. Our goal is to build a better, more inclusive work environment and support our people at every stage of their careers by prioritizing a strong work-life balance through our policies and benefits listed below. As a Best Place to Work according to both Ad Age and Glassdoor and Adweek's Fastest Growing Digital Agency, we are moving fast to expand our teams and bring new experts into the fold to keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible in marketing. What is Contentstack ? Contentstack is redefining how modern digital experiences are built and managed. As the pioneer of the Agentic Experience Platform (AXP), Contentstack brings together structured content and brand governance (Content Cloud), real-time customer data, omnichannel personalization (Data Cloud) and autonomous AI orchestration (Agent OS) into one unified system. While many organizations adopted headless CMS or standalone AI tools expecting transformation, they often found themselves managing disconnected systems and manual workflows. Contentstack helps enterprises move beyond that complexity by connecting content, data and AI in a way that makes digital experiences faster to launch, easier to manage and more adaptive in real time. Leading brands including Steve Madden, LG Electronics, Subaru of America, Dolce & Gabbana, ASICS, Decathlon, and Caesars Entertainment rely on Contentstack to reduce operational friction and deliver personalized, scalable digital experiences with confidence. The company is known for its customer-first culture and commitment to the communities it serves through the Contentstack Cares program. Learn more at www.contentstack.com . Who Are We? At Contentstack we are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. Our vision is to pursue equity among our communities, employees, partners, and customers. We are global-diverse yet close; distributed yet connected. We are dreamers and dreammakers who challenge the status quo. We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. We are curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. Our mission is to make Contentstack indispensable for organizations to tell their stories and to connect with the people they care about through inspiring, modern experiences. We care deeply about our customers and the communities we serve. #OneTeamOneDream. Chalo, let's go! What Are We Looking For? We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP, GTM Strategy & Systems to own Contentstack's AI-native go-to-market operating system end to end. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will partner closely with the CRO, CMO, and CFO to translate growth strategy into the data, systems, workflows, and AI-augmented processes that power our go-to-market organization. This is a senior executive leadership role with ownership across three pillars: GTM Ops & Analytics, GTM Engineering, and GTM Apps. You'll be responsible for building the infrastructure that allows our GTM organization to scale more efficiently, improve decision-making, and leverage AI without simply adding headcount. Contentstack is an AI-forward company, and we believe foundation comes before automation. You'll help establish the clean data, documented processes, clear ownership, and governance required to move our GTM organization from humans doing the work, to humans overseeing AI-powered systems that can operate at scale. If you're excited about building an AI-native GTM operating system and shaping how a growing enterprise SaaS company scales from ~$100M to $250M ARR, we'd love to hear from you! Here's what you'll be doing: Own the GTM operating system across GTM Ops & Analytics, GTM Engineering, and GTM Apps, ensuring our people, processes, data, and technology work together as one system. Lead revenue, marketing, and partner operations, including pipeline, forecasting, territory and quota planning, deal desk, renewals, services, funnel operations, lead routing, attribution, partner pipeline, and GTM performance reporting. Build and evolve our GTM architecture, including process design, operating cadence, web and GTM infrastructure, and the AI/agent layer that runs across it. Own the GTM technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, integrations, APIs, MCP surfaces, permissions, and governance, ensuring our systems function as a coherent platform rather than disconnected tools. Partner with AI and Engineering to identify, prioritize, and deploy high-impact agent and workflow automation use cases across the revenue funnel. Build and lead the GTM Systems organization, including pillar leads and teams across architecture/engineering, applications, and operations/analytics, while establishing clear governance and accountability across functions. Establish the GTM data foundation and operating cadence, creating shared definitions, clean data, trusted reporting, and a consistent rhythm for pipeline, forecasting, and business reviews. Drive measurable GTM efficiency, using AI, automation, and better systems to increase organizational capacity without scaling headcount in lockstep with revenue. What Really Gets Us Excited About You? 12+ years of experience across GTM functions within enterprise SaaS, including experience navigating hypergrowth, transformation, and scaling operating discipline. Proven experience building and owning GTM systems, data architecture, and operating infrastructure, rather than simply consuming reports or managing an inherited process. Hands-on AI and automation experience in a GTM environment, including deploying agents or automated workflows and understanding governance, permissions, auditability, and data quality. Deep expertise in the modern GTM technology stack, particularly Salesforce and its ecosystem, along with pipeline management, forecasting, revenue operations, and GTM analytics. Experience building teams and operating capabilities from the ground up, including diagnosing gaps, defining the architecture, and making thoughtful hiring and investment decisions. Strong ability to operate as both a hands-on builder and executive strategist, moving comfortably from stakeholder interviews and process diagnostics to architecture, prioritization, and organizational decisions. Exceptional executive presence and cross-functional influence, with the ability to drive adoption, establish governance, and create alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Finance, and the CEO's Office. You're comfortable making clear trade-offs and setting boundaries, knowing what belongs within GTM Systems and where ownership should remain with other functions. You like occasional travel. You value a collaborative, innovative, and fun culture and are excited about helping define what an AI-native go-to-market organization can look like in practice. Salary for this role ranges between $275,000-300,000 based on skill set and experience What Do We Offer? Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the "challenge yourself" role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you're doing it. Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict "no a**hole policy" and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected. Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more! One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don't believe in artificial hierarchies. If you're part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it's a great time to be joining… To review our Privacy Policy, please click here .
