About Mozilla .org Mozilla is a mission-driven portfolio of companies and organizations working together to shape an internet that serves people and the public good. Currently, this portfolio includes: the Mozilla Foundation, which champions our mission through philanthropic risk capital; Mozilla Corporation, which makes Firefox; MZLA, which makes Thunderbird; Mozilla Ventures, which invests in responsible tech startups; Mozilla.ai, which creates open source AI developer tools; Mozilla Data Collective, a data sharing platform for human agency and fair value exchange. It also includes a handful of smaller strategic investments and Mozilla's investment reserve. Mozilla.org serves as a steward of this portfolio, managing Mozilla's assets and investments to ensure they are used to advance the vision outlined in the Mozilla Manifesto. In this role, it shapes long term strategy, allocates funding and manages Mozilla's brands. Ultimately, its job is to enable the success of all of Mozilla's organizations in the pursuit of the overall nonprofit mission. Over the coming years, our ambition is to actively grow the portfolio—helping existing organizations grow and mature while creating or investing in new organizations that can extend Mozilla's reach and build long-term financial value. About the Role The Senior Accounting Manager is a key member of the Finance team responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of accounting and financial operations across Mozilla.org and related subsidiaries. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role owns multi-entity accounting, financial close and reporting, treasury, tax coordination, audit management, and financial controls. The managed entities include one non-profit organization and two for-profit organizations, one of which is international. This is a hands-on role requiring strong non-profit and for-profit technical accounting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively across entities with different accounting, tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements. The Senior Accounting Manager will also help strengthen the systems, processes, and controls needed to support Mozilla.org as it grows. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations, Close & Financial Reporting Own the daily accounting in the general ledger for the three managed entities, recording transactions in an accurate and timely manner, including journal entries, expenses, accruals, pre-paids, fixed assets, inter-company transactions, revenues, and other necessary entries. Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across the entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and shared chart of accounts. Partner with the Head of Human Resources to ensure the accuracy of financial information in the payroll and benefits payment processes. Prepare financial statements, management reporting, and supporting schedules Own inter-company accounting and reconciliations, including shared expenses, management fees, loans, reimbursements, and elimination entries where applicable. Ensure appropriate accounting treatment across both for-profit and nonprofit entities, including grants, functional expenses, investments, fixed assets, allocations, and other transactions as applicable. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Finance leadership and governance groups. Treasury, Tax & Compliance Oversee cash management and treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, account administration, and appropriate payment controls. Coordinate federal, state, and local tax compliance across entities in partnership with external tax advisors, including corporate income tax, Form 990, information returns, and other applicable filings. Maintain visibility into filing requirements, deadlines, registrations, and potential tax or compliance exposures across jurisdictions. Ensure appropriate legal-entity separation and financial documentation across the portfolio. Audit, Controls & Financial Operations Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors. Coordinate audit planning and preparation of audit schedules, information requests, and supporting documentation for the consolidating audit. Respond to auditor requests and questions in partnership with appropriate internal stakeholders. Track and resolve audit findings and recommendations. Maintain and strengthen internal controls over accounting, cash, payments, banking, payroll accounting, and financial reporting and develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation that support consistent practices across entities. Oversee accounting platforms for accounts payable, receivables, payroll, benefits, and other financial operations, ensuring accurate reconciliation to the general ledger. Identify and implement opportunities to improve, automate, and scale recurring accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and financial processes. Support accounting-system implementations, integrations, and other Finance initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including significant ownership of general ledger, close, and financial reporting activities for both non-profit and for-profit organizations Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and demonstrated experience managing complex accounting processes. Experience supporting multiple legal entities, business units, or similarly complex organizational structures. Why Mozilla ? Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we're shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we're doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people. The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren't beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms. About this team and role: Mozilla Finance is responsible for strategic resource allocation, overseeing day-to-day financial operations as we scale our mission impact with new and existing products, technology, and business models. Core Services brings together the functions Mozilla runs on: Legal, People, Data Science, Trust & Safety / Customer Experience, Strategy, IT, Cloud Engineering & Ecosystems, and Security - teams supporting every part of the Company. We are seeking a detail-driven Senior Financial Analyst, Core Services to execute the recurring planning, reporting, and analysis that supports this portfolio. This role will be responsible for preparing the forecast, reconciling actuals through close, maintaining headcount and vendor tracking, and producing the reporting that reaches budget owners and the COO. This role reports to the Finance Manager, Core Services, who leads business partnership with the functional leaders, and works closely with teams across the organization. To succeed, you will need to work accurately across a broad portfolio, translate variances into explanations a non-finance audience can act on, and balance competing cycle deadlines with outstanding attention to detail. This position requires a resourceful self-starter who takes recurring processes from start to finish and improves them along the way. What you'll do: Prepare the Core Services forecast each cycle. Build and load cost center detail in Pigment, validate inputs, reconcile against the prior cycle, and document what moved along with the drivers behind it. Assemble the monthly budget update. Prepare variance to plan, drivers, and open items for budget owners and the COO, ready for the Finance Manager to carry into leader conversations. Partner with Accounting through monthly close. Tie out actuals, accruals, and forecast, and resolve coding and timing issues at the source rather than correcting for them downstream. Maintain headcount tracking. Keep position-level tracking and the headcount-to-plan bridge current, coordinating with People and hiring managers on start dates and backfill assumptions. Track vendor and cloud spend. Monitor POs, commitments, renewals, and run-rate changes across the group. Take in cloud cost information prepared by the Cloud Engineering team, carry it into Core Services and consolidated Company reporting, and review it for anomalies and initial questions. Apply AI and automation to recurring work. Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort across the forecast, close, and reporting cycle, improving the speed and reliability of what the team produces. Experiment with tools and share what works. Support Core Services teams day to day. Field data and reporting questions directly, escalating items that call for a partnership discussion. What you'll bring: Core Experience 5+ years of work experience in business unit FP&A, corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable analytical finance role, including hands-on work through a full budget and forecast cycle with close and variance analysis. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience. Technical Skills Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills. You care about formula cleanliness, auditability, and accuracy. Experience with enterprise planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Workday, etc.) and accounting systems (NetSuite preferred). Grounding in accounting fundamentals, including accruals and the monthly close cycle. Enough familiarity with cloud cost or FinOps concepts to interpret reporting prepared by a technical team and question what looks off. Interest in applying AI, automation, and systems thinking to reduce manual effort in recurring finance work. Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and cycle deadlines without loss of accuracy. Communication & Collaboration Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain a variance concisely to a non-finance audience. Ability to work across functions, distilling detail into structured summaries that leaders can act on. Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly. Nice to have: Experience supporting technical or G&A functions in a shared-services finance environment, where the internal team is the customer. Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows within a Finance context — or the drive and resourcefulness to learn. Experience with BI tools, SQL, Python, Power Query, or other data querying and programming languages. Success Factors You will likely be happy and productive in this role if you… Possess an ownership mentality. You get things done accurately with minimal oversight, proactively flagging risks to timelines. Have low ego and high flexibility. You approach problems with your opinion on the best solution, but can accommodate and adjust to differing viewpoints. Are resourceful. You identify alternative solutions and resources to continue progress. Are looking to build depth across a complex portfolio before moving into a lead partnership seat. What you'll get: Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees - we share in our success as one team Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute) Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together Country specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday One-time home office stipend Annual professional development budget Quarterly wellbeing stipend Considerable paid parental leave Employee referral bonus program Other benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country) About Mozilla Mozilla exists to build the Internet as a public resource accessible to all because we believe that open and free is better than closed and controlled. Headquartered in Boston, MA, Acquia is a Great Place to Work-Certified™ company, is listed as one of the world's top software companies by The Software Report, and is positioned as a market leader by the analyst community. We are Acquia. We are building for the future and we want you to be a part of it! Career Exploration at Acquia Our recruitment process is designed to empower you in making the most informed decisions. Acquia is committed to providing an inclusive, transparent, efficient, and educational interview experience that cultivates exploration into career opportunities at Acquia You will discover the opportunity to grow your career here and learn from a global team that empowers you to exceed boundaries and achieve the extraordinary. Acquia is the digital experience platform built for a world where your audience isn't only human. Its agents too. As AI agents become active participants in how people discover, consume, and act on digital content, Acquia gives enterprise teams the platform to create, manage, and distribute experiences designed for both. Powered by agentic AI that orchestrates — not just advises — Acquia automates complex digital workflows within the governance guardrails large organizations require. The world's #1 Drupal hosting provider, Acquia brings together Content Management, Digital Asset Management, and Product Information Management in a single AI-powered Command Center: Acquia Source. Acquia. Built for every audience, human or otherwise. The Role: Acquia is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our Data & Intelligence function . Acquia runs one of the largest Drupal and digital experience footprints in the world, and holds more than a decade of operational, product, and customer data across it. This role exists to put that data to work: building the retrieval, graph, and inference layers on top of our data platform, and the agentic and deterministic systems that turn the resulting signals into action for our customers and our teams. The remit is broad. Our function spans observability, our core data platform, and insights and intelligence, and you will work across all three alongside the product and platform teams that consume what we build. Scope moves with company priorities, so we are looking for someone comfortable changing context and picking up an unfamiliar problem. Much of what you build will be shared capability that several teams depend on. This is a hands-on engineering role. You will spend most of your time designing, building, and shipping production systems, and you will lift the AI engineering capability of the teams around you through the quality of your work rather than through management overhead. We ship early and iterate. Key Responsibilities Write and ship production AI code daily. You are an active contributor. Lead our work on making customer context retrievable at speed, across semantic retrieval, indexing, and knowledge graph approaches over our data platform. An early priority is letting an agent resolve a customer and pull its full context in a single request. Where that work goes from there is partly yours to define. Build the inference and signal layer: models and processors that read from our Iceberg-based lakehouse, write scored inference back, and expose signals through contracts other teams can build against. Take signals through to action, turning detected conditions such as churn risk, usage and entitlement mismatch, or expansion opportunity into workflows that act, with human review where that is the right design. Choose the right tool for each workload: a large model, a small fine-tuned model, or ordinary deterministic code. Managing inference cost is part of the job. Own evaluation and observability for our AI systems, so we can show a signal is sound before anyone acts on it. Set the patterns other teams build against, and work with engineering and business leaders to turn company goals into shipped systems. How We Think About Experience We are more interested in how you learn than in the tools already on your CV. Our stack spans Python, SQL and dbt, distributed query engines, durable workflow orchestration, an Iceberg lakehouse on S3, and a changing mix of model providers and agent frameworks. It will look different in a year. We expect you to arrive without deep expertise in some of it and to close that gap fast, using AI to read unfamiliar codebases and get to a useful contribution before you are fully fluent. Range across languages, data platforms, and model providers counts for more with us than years inside any single one. Required Experience 8+ years of software engineering, including 3+ years shipping AI or ML systems to production . Strong programming fundamentals and deep proficiency in at least one language used for AI and data work. Python is our primary language for ML and insights. Fluency working with data at scale — advanced SQL, a transformation layer such as dbt, and a distributed query engine over lakehouse or warehouse storage, including reasoning about query cost and partitioning. Production retrieval and context engineering — embeddings, vector search, hybrid or graph retrieval, and measuring whether retrieval is actually working. Experience modelling entities and relationships across multi-source data is valuable here. Agentic systems and durable workflows in production , with tool calling, state and memory, and human-in-the-loop patterns. We use Temporal and LangGraph; equivalent experience transfers. Evaluation and observability for AI systems — tracing, prompt and version management, and dataset-driven testing, whatever the tooling. Cloud deployment experience (AWS preferred) with containerized services, and ownership of inference cost. B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Desired Skills Experience standing up shared data or ML capability that other teams then built on. Small and fine-tuned model work, including distilling task-specific models to replace general-model calls at scale. Observability data fluency: OpenTelemetry, and logs, metrics and traces at very high volume, including what it takes to make that data queryable. Data governance instincts around access control, lineage, and data residency, treated as part of the design. Enterprise SaaS or CMS, including familiarity with Acquia's Drupal-based DXP. Agentic development workflow fluency: AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) as everyday accelerators, and MCP or similar for connecting agents to real systems. Strong communication skills — able to present AI system design to both engineers and C-suite stakeholders. Senior IC track record — known for the quality of your own code and system designs, with mentoring that happens organically through great work, not through meetings. We are an organization that embraces innovation and the potential of AI to enhance our processes and improve our work. We are always looking for individuals who are open to learning new technologies and collaborating with AI tools to achieve our goals. Acquia is proud to provide best-in-class benefits to help our employees and their families maintain a healthy body and mind. Core Benefits include: competitive healthcare coverage, wellness programs, take it when you need it time off, parental leave, recognition programs, and much more! Acquia is an equal opportunity (EEO) employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veterans status or any other protected status or characteristic under federal, state or local law unrelated to the ability to perform the job. We are seeking an AI-Native candidate who treats AI not as an external tool, but as a fundamental extension of their cognitive workflow. The ideal candidate possesses an orchestration mindset—the ability to skillfully prompt, manage, and direct AI to navigate complexity—and maintains a high degree of AI fluency. You should be characterized by radical adaptability and a "builder" mentality, showing a restless drive to transform traditional work processes into agentic workflows. Beyond technical proficiency, we value intellectual humility: the willingness to constantly unlearn old methods in favor of more efficient, AI-augmented processes. You don't just use AI to do your job; you use it to redefine what your job can achieve. Pay Range $150,000—$200,000 USD

Rockbot is building a People & Talent organization capable of operating at the same high standard on both halves of the function. The People side already has that leadership in place; Talent Acquisition is the remaining gap. Today, recruiting runs through a strong technical recruiter and a senior GTM recruiting consultant — a structure that has served us well, but wasn't built for permanent leadership, strategic senior-level search, or the operational maturity a high-performance company requires. We're hiring a Director, Talent Acquisition (Head of TA): a player-coach leader who will build the playbooks, training, and operating discipline that turn recruiting into a modern, AI-powered function, develop our hiring managers, and personally run our highest-impact searches. This is fundamentally a leadership hire — Rockbot hires roughly 25–30 people a year, more than half of them strategic, senior-level roles, and that mix is what demands dedicated leadership, not just more recruiters. What's missing is someone who can multiply the effectiveness of the people already here, modernize how we recruit, and raise the caliber of every hire Rockbot makes. Rockbot is 100% remote — one of our biggest advantages, and honestly one of our hardest things to get right. Recruiting, coaching hiring managers, and building team culture all take more intention without an office to fall back on. This role has to make remote hiring and remote leadership genuinely work, which takes real self-direction and energy, not just comfort with a laptop. Beyond building Talent Acquisition into a modern, high-performing function, this role has real room to grow. As the operating rhythms mature and TA proves out, there's an opportunity to expand influence into broader People strategy alongside the Director, People and VP, People & Talent — not just execute within TA's lane. What You'll Own: Build and continuously improve a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function — the playbooks, systems, and operating rhythms recruiting runs on day to day. Bring AI and automation deep into the recruiting workflow — sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting — in partnership with the technical recruiter leading the Ashby rollout, so the new tooling actually changes how the team works, not just what system it logs into. Build and maintain leadership-level recruiting dashboards and reporting that give executives real visibility into pipeline health, hiring velocity, and hiring quality — not just activity counts. Coach and develop hiring managers into stronger interviewers and talent assessors; raise interview quality and consistency across the company. Lead and grow the recruiting team while staying personally hands-on with the company's highest-impact searches. Personally run a focused portfolio of Rockbot's most critical searches: executive leadership, Director-level roles, Enterprise Sales/GTM leadership, and other business-critical or hard-to-fill positions. Build trusted, consultative partnerships with executives and hiring managers across the business. Use recruiting metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and organizational learning. What Success Looks Like: A recruiting function operating at the same level as Rockbot's People organization. Scalable systems, playbooks, and operating rhythms that don't depend on any one person. AI genuinely embedded in day-to-day recruiting workflows — sourcing, screening, scheduling, reporting — not just discussed in theory. Executives have real-time visibility into recruiting health through dashboards and reporting this person built or upgraded. Hiring managers who have measurably become better interviewers and talent assessors. Higher, more consistent hiring quality across the organization. A recruiting team that's led well, and a leader who stays connected to the market through their own active search load. Trusted partnerships with executives and hiring managers. A culture of using metrics — not gut feel — to keep improving. Reporting & Team Structure: Reports to the VP, People & Talent, who owns org design, workforce planning, employer brand, and hiring philosophy. This role owns execution: leading the recruiting team, building Recruiting Operations, coaching hiring managers, and personally leading the highest-stakes searches — the same operating model already in place on the People side (VP / Director partnership). Leads Rockbot's in-house recruiting team, setting the day-to-day standard for how the company recruits. Rockbot's senior technical recruiter is leading our transition to Ashby, our new ATS. This role doesn't own that migration — it owns what comes next: the playbooks, training, and operating rhythms that turn Ashby into a fully modern, AI-augmented recruiting workflow the whole team runs on. Collaborates with Marketing and People on employer branding initiatives — brings recruiting's perspective and helps activate campaigns, without owning employer brand strategy itself (that stays with the VP, People & Talent). What We're Looking For: High judgment — required, not a nice-to-have. This person will run executive-level searches, coach hiring managers on high-stakes calls, and sit close to sensitive people decisions; Rockbot needs to trust their calls without checking their work. Experience across both technical and GTM/Sales recruiting — real depth in one with strong exposure to the other is fine; this is not a checklist hire. Demonstrated operational capability, not just interest in it — you've built leadership-facing dashboards, reporting, and metrics that translated into real business decisions. Extra credit if you're already building and modernizing recruiting workflows with AI tooling today, not just planning to. A track record building or scaling Recruiting Operations: process, tooling such as Ashby, Claude AI, JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter or other AI sourcing tools, analytics, and vendor evaluation. Executive search experience — you've personally led senior/executive-level searches, not just supported them. Strong operational rigor paired with genuine intellectual curiosity — this role is as much systems-builder as recruiter. A player-coach mentality: comfortable leading a small team while staying personally in the work. The credibility to be a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers, not an intake order-taker. Comfort operating in a lean organization, where every Director leads through both strategy and execution. Background at a high-bar, fast-moving company — tech, media, SaaS, or similar — where you've seen firsthand what modern, high-caliber Talent Acquisition looks like and can bring that standard to Rockbot. Remote, with a preference for candidates based on the West Coast; open to the right person outside that footprint. Self-driven, with real energy and initiative — Rockbot's fully remote model is one of our biggest advantages and one of our biggest challenges. This role needs someone who creates their own momentum and structure without an office around them, not someone who needs one. Note on fit: This isn't a checklist hire. Rockbot would rather have exceptional recruiting judgment, demonstrated operational and AI-forward chops, and executive partnership skills than a candidate who checks every box. A deep technical recruiter with outstanding Ops and AI leadership, or an exceptional GTM/executive recruiter with strong operational rigor, could each be the stronger long-term fit. We're looking for whoever is best equipped to build the next generation of Talent Acquisition at Rockbot. Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) Why This Role Matters Every day, millions of consumers engage with businesses in physical locations — from retailers and grocery stores to restaurants, gyms, hospitality venues, convenience stores, and healthcare providers. While digital advertising has transformed online experiences, physical businesses are only beginning to modernize how they engage customers and monetize their in-location media. Rockbot is helping define that future. We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is excited to open doors and create opportunities with some of the world's largest brands. You'll be an important part of our Enterprise Sales team, identifying and engaging high-value prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders, and generating qualified pipeline for our Enterprise Sales Directors. This role requires more than high-volume outreach. You'll take the time to understand target accounts, identify the right people and opportunities, and create thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets attention. You'll partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Enterprise Sales Directors to identify, prioritize, and engage the enterprise organizations that represent Rockbot's highest-value opportunities. You'll combine strong research, curiosity, persistence, and personalized outreach to connect with the right stakeholders and build a healthy enterprise pipeline. You Will Build enterprise pipeline across retail, hospitality, restaurants, convenience, grocery, healthcare, and other multi-location industries. Research target accounts to understand their business, organizational structure, priorities, leadership, and relevant initiatives. Identify and engage key stakeholders, including decision-makers, champions, influencers, and executive sponsors. Execute personalized, multi-channel outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, referrals, and other channels. Partner closely with Enterprise Sales Directors to prioritize target accounts and develop effective outreach strategies. Qualify prospective customers and create strong handoffs to the Enterprise Sales team. Track outreach, activity, account intelligence, and opportunities accurately in Salesforce. Test and refine messaging and outreach approaches based on what generates engagement and qualified opportunities. Who Will Thrive Here You're curious, organized, persistent, and energized by opening new doors. You like learning about a company before reaching out and can turn that research into relevant, compelling outreach. You communicate confidently, aren't afraid to pick up the phone, and know that enterprise prospecting often takes persistence and multiple touchpoints. You're motivated by creating opportunities and enjoy working closely with experienced sales leaders to turn great target accounts into real conversations. You Have Bachelor's degree required. 2–5 years of sales development, business development, outbound sales, or related prospecting experience. Experience generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting; enterprise prospecting experience strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, organization, and follow-through. Confidence engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce and sales prospecting or engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prospecting priorities simultaneously. A track record of persistence, curiosity, and comfort working toward measurable pipeline goals. Experience selling into multi-location businesses or enterprise organizations is a plus.
