In this role, you'll help grow a Data Platform that makes it easier for teams across our company to work with data confidently and  effectively . Your work will directly support our business goals not just by keeping data flowing, but by turning it into something people can actually use and trust.   This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical craft of data engineering and the human side of it: collaborating with partners, sharing knowledge, and helping others get more out of the tools and systems you build  together .   What You Will Be Doing   You'll design, maintain, and improve the pipelines and infrastructure that power our data platform. That includes co-creating data contracts, writing clear documentation, and guiding teammates on how to get the most out of the platform.   A few other things you'll take on: Monitor and refine pipeline performance and refine processes to keep things running smoothly. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic's complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI. What is The Role The Elastic IT team is moving beyond simple chat to the next frontier: Agentic Workflows and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Systems. We are looking for an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join our team. You will build multi-agent ecosystems that are self-directed. These ecosystems will do more than just answer questions. They will collaborate, delegate tasks, and execute complex business processes across the organization. In this role, you will focus on large language models (LLMs), agent orchestration, and A2A integration frameworks to power our intelligent workforce. You will create workflows for multiple agents instead of just focusing on single-agent search or managing the stack. These workflows will enable the agents to communicate with each other, share information, access enterprise tools, and automate tasks from start to finish. Driven by a service-oriented mindset, you will empower internal teams with cutting-edge LLM capabilities while integrating seamlessly with enterprise systems. Are you ready to build the next generation of LLM-powered multi-agent systems that supercharge enterprise productivity? Join us to enable agent-to-agent workflows that turn collective knowledge into instant, coordinated action across Elastic. What You Will Be Doing A2A Architecture & Multi-Agent Orchestration: Design, build, and deploy agent-to-agent (A2A) communication architectures and workflows that enable autonomous agents to collaborate, delegate tasks, and negotiate multi-step business processes. LLM Integration & Tool Calling: Integrate advanced LLMs, both proprietary and open-source, with enterprise APIs. Use tool-calling methods. Connect with third-party SaaS applications for smooth operations. Enterprise Grounding & RAG: Use advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. Implement strategies that connect enterprise context by using search and vector storage engines. This will ensure that all inter-agent operations are highly accurate and reliable. Scalable Infrastructure & IaC: Provision and manage robust cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Terraform to support the high-concurrency demands of LLM inferences and multi-agent coordination. DevOps & Lifecycle Management: Support modern DevOps practices. This includes creating CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and versioning. You will also evaluate LLMs and agentic workflows regularly. A2A Security & Governance: Apply strict security and network fundamentals (VPC configurations, secure API gateways, encryption, and IAM controls) to secure inter-agent communication and protect sensitive enterprise data. LLM Observability & Evaluation: Create systems to monitor how multiple agents interact. These systems will help us check model accuracy. They will also help manage token spending and identify model drift or agent loops. Documentation: Keep detailed technical documents for LLM integration protocols. This includes A2A interaction flows and cloud infrastructure deployments. What You Bring  LLM & GenAI Expertise: Deep experience integrating, fine-tuning, and optimizing foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), including expertise in prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs. Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocols: Proven success building multi-agent systems, inter-agent messaging pipelines, state management frameworks, and dynamic task delegation protocols. Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph , LangChain , AutoGen , etc. along with tracing platforms like LangSmith . Market Trends & Interoperability: Strong understanding of emerging AI interoperability standards, such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and open multi-agent communication specifications. Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python or TypeScript for backend orchestration, agent memory systems, and API service development. Enterprise Grounding & Vector Search: Practical knowledge of RAG patterns, vector databases, hybrid search architectures, and context management strategies. DevOps & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes for scalable AI deployments. Security & Network Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of secure cloud architectures, zero-trust network design, private endpoints, and identity management (OAuth, SAML, IAM) for secure A2A interactions. LLM Observability & Evaluation: Experience setting up observability frameworks (logging, distributed tracing, and metrics) to track non-deterministic multi-agent workflows, token costs, and LLM output quality. Enterprise AI Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of the broader agentic and workflow landscape (e.g., Workday A2A, Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow AI Agents).   #LI-DS1 Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity. The Product Management team drives Asana's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We're helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You'll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Integrations Platform team and build the connective tissue between Asana and the broader tools, data systems, and developer ecosystem our customers rely on. On the Integrations Platform team, you'll define the shared capabilities, architecture, and operating foundations that make integrations secure, reliable, and scalable, including integrations for AI teammates. You're a technical product leader who's genuinely comfortable in the weeds of API design, connectivity architecture, and backend systems, and who knows how to navigate the nuances of a platform partnership from technical scoping through go-to-market, working with technology partners. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design, user research, product marketing, product leadership, and the rest of our PM team. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you'll achieve Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for Asana's integrations platform, connecting customer needs and business outcomes to scalable capabilities and differentiated experiences across ecosystem partners. Work closely with engineering to deliver reliable integration experiences, reasoning through APIs, authentication, connectivity, data flows, backend dependencies, and the trade-offs involved in building, partnering, and operating integrations at scale. Improve how customers discover, connect, configure, and get value from integrations, including relevant data onboarding, ingestion, synchronization, and processing experiences. Partner with design, research, data, and go-to-market teams to discover customer problems, ship iteratively, and measure outcomes such as integration adoption, reliability, time to onboard or reach value, retention, and growth. Manage vendor and partnership relationships end-to-end, from technical scoping to commercial and GTM alignment, understanding what makes a platform partnership actually work. About you 6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and growing products in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, developer platforms, or integrations. Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems; comfortable reasoning with engineers about architecture trade-offs, not just writing requirements. Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, including aligning roadmaps, navigating constraints and dependencies, and balancing customer needs with platform/vendor considerations. Proven ability to manage the technical, commercial, and go-to-market dimensions of vendor and platform partnerships. Experience with iPaaS or other integration platforms is valuable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-informed approach to prioritization; able to define goals and use product signals to assess adoption, quality, customer value, and business impact. Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management and Agile/Lean product management principles. Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply. What we'll offer Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $176,000-$200,000 CAD. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. We strive to provide equitable and competitive benefits packages that support our employees worldwide and include: Mental health, wellness & fitness benefits Career coaching & support Inclusive family building benefits Long-term savings or retirement plans In-office culinary options to cater to your dietary preferences  These are just some of the benefits we offer, and benefits may vary based on role, country, and local regulations. LatticeRemote - U.S. (Fully Remote)27 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteLead$135,000 - $180,000 / Year
godata sciencedentalmental healthcadinsurance+1

What You Will Do We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of Lattice Engagement and help define what great employee listening looks like in the years ahead. Employee listening is a critical way HR leaders understand their organizations, build trust with employees, and turn feedback into action. As expectations for listening evolve, Lattice has an opportunity to make Engagement a more strategic, intelligent, and indispensable part of how companies lead. You'll create the long-term strategy for Lattice Engagement and lead the first major iteration of that strategy from discovery through launch. You'll join a cross-functional team ready to execute, and together you'll build products that give HR leaders a clearer understanding of their people—and the confidence to act on what they learn. If you enjoy solving meaningful customer problems, developing a strong point of view, and turning strategy into high-impact products, you'll love the impact you can have here. As a Lead Product Manager for Engagement, you will: Own the Engagement and employee-listening strategy. Define not only what we build next, but what the future of employee listening should mean for Lattice and the HR leaders we serve. Turn insight into action. Develop product experiences that help HR leaders gather meaningful feedback, understand what it reveals, and take action that improves the employee experience. Lead strategy. Drive discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration for the products that bring this vision to life. Build a deep understanding of customers. Partner with Research to understand the needs, workflows, and most important decisions of HR leaders, and use those insights to guide the roadmap. Partner closely with Engineering and Design. Translate customer problems and product strategy into clear, high-quality experiences that customers will want to use. Use data to sharpen decisions. Work with Data Science to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and continually improve the product. Drive go-to-market readiness. Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, launches, and customer communication. Own outcomes. Set and influence the key results that show Engagement is creating value for customers and for Lattice. What You Will Bring to the Table We're looking for a product manager with the strategic instincts, customer empathy, and employee-listening expertise to shape the next generation of Lattice Engagement. You'll be a great fit if you have a combination of: 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. Direct experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or insight products. A clear and informed point of view on the future of employee listening, including how product innovation can help organizations better understand and respond to their people. A track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact product problems from strategy through execution and measurable customer outcomes. Deep customer empathy and an ability to understand the priorities and challenges of HR leaders. Strong product judgment: you can balance a compelling long-term vision with the practical decisions required to ship meaningful work now. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Product Marketing. A bias for action and the ability to create clarity and momentum in an evolving space. Bonus: Experience building products for HR, people teams, or other complex organizational workflows. Experience with AI-enabled research, feedback, analytics, or insight products. If you have strong experience in employee listening, survey products, or adjacent customer-insight domains—even if you do not meet every preferred qualification—we encourage you to apply. We're looking for a strong product thinker with a meaningful perspective on the future of employee listening, not a perfect resume. Location Requirement: This role is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada. At this time, we are only able to hire employees residing in these provinces. ___ The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $135,000 - $180,000.
