Technical Success Engineer
DataGrail
DataGrailUSA (Fully Remote)29 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid$80,000 - $100,000 / Year
gorubyrailsawsdatadogsentry+10

The Opportunity: Data privacy has become one of the most strategic challenges facing modern enterprises — sitting at the intersection of AI governance, data operations, and customer trust. As companies adopt AI at scale, they need new ways to automate privacy and manage risk without slowing innovation. DataGrail has launched the first agentic privacy platform, and we're entering a pivotal phase of growth as we scale toward the next stage of the business. As a Technical Success Engineer , you'll serve as the first line of contact for questions coming through our support queue, investigating bugs, escalating when needed, and staying with each issue until it's resolved. You'll partner with Customer Success to ensure successful technical implementation for customers, and keep DataGrail's public documentation up to date. You'll also see firsthand what blocks customers in the product, and you'll partner regularly with Product and Engineering to help shape upcoming features. DataGrail is an AI-first organization, and you'll use tools like Claude and Claude Code every day to work more efficiently, right alongside the rest of the team. What You'll Do: Serve as DataGrail's tier 1 technical support, resolving requests directly and flagging what needs deeper expertise. Investigate and reproduce reported bugs, then escalate to Engineering with clear repro steps and context. Facilitate the back-and-forth between Engineering and the customer, and close the loop once a fix or workaround ships. Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful technical implementation for customers. Keep DataGrail's public documentation up to date. Identify recurring patterns in support tickets to help improve processes and documentation, enabling customers to self-serve enablement and troubleshooting as much as possible, and helping drive down resolution time and key SLAs. Contribute to DataGrail's AI-first workflows, helping build and improve the shared tools, prompts, and processes that help the team move faster. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, surfacing what's blocking customers in the product and feeding that insight into upcoming features. What You'll Bring: Strong technical background from an engineering, technical support, or implementation role. Familiarity with at least one programming language, ideally Ruby on Rails, with the ability to write scripts to diagnose issues. Ability to reproduce an issue, gather technical context from a non-technical customer, and dig through logs to paint a complete picture for Engineering. Strong written communicator, comfortable working directly with customers via email or Zoom, able to translate technical issues into clear guidance for both customers and engineers. Comfortable being pulled in multiple directions at once, able to multitask and shift between competing high-priority issues throughout the day. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, asking good questions, and experimenting with new approaches as the support function matures. An AI-first mindset: you use tools like Claude and Claude Code daily and contribute to the shared AI workflows and processes that help the whole team move faster. A habit of flagging process or tooling improvements when you spot a recurring problem. Bonus Points Experience with REST APIs and authentication protocols such as SAML and SSO. Experience with logging and observability tools such as Datadog or Sentry. Familiarity with AWS or cloud infrastructure basics. Familiarity with SQL and analytics. What Success Looks Like: Within 90 Days You'll: Be fully ramped on DataGrail's product and support workflows, responding to tickets independently. Be able to independently handle day-to-day technical support requests, and know when and how to loop in others for the more complex ones. Successfully investigate a bug, raise it with Engineering with clear repro steps, and close the loop with the customer. Make your first contributions to DataGrail's public documentation. Within 180 Days You'll: Own front-line technical support end-to-end for all the requests that come your way. Contribute regularly to DataGrail's public documentation, both writing new content and reviewing existing pages. Be a reliable partner to Customer Success on customer technical implementation. Start spotting recurring patterns in tickets and sharing early ideas for improving processes and reducing resolution time. Within 365 Days You'll: Be a go-to resource for technical support questions. Help drive down resolution time and consistently meet strong SLA targets, including time to first response. Take ownership of reducing the volume of issues escalated to Engineering, closing gaps in documentation, tooling, and support-level fixes. Stay closely attuned to patterns and pain points across support, proactively raising product gaps as feature requests, and closing documentation gaps yourself rather than just flagging them. Please note that the base compensation range below is a guideline and the final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Our compensation ranges apply to all US-based job postings regardless of state. All full-time regular employees are eligible for equity, health, dental & vision insurance plans, remote-first working environment, 401k savings plan, parental leave, wellness benefits, flexible time off, paid holidays, and a work from home stipend. Benefits are subject to change. Compensation Range $80,000—$100,000 USD About Us: DataGrail is the Agentic Data Privacy Platform. We help the world's leading brands such as HubSpot, FanDuel, Dexcom, Major League Soccer, and Okta automate privacy and control risk with secure, human-governed AI that scales. Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch
DutchieUSA (Fully Remote)29 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$102,000 - $138,000 / Year
gosqlllmdentalproject managementtax+6

About Dutchie Founded in 2017, Dutchie is a comprehensive technology platform powering dispensary operations, while providing consumers with safe and easy access to cannabis. Dutchie aims to further support the positive societal change the cannabis industry brings to the world through wellness benefits, social justice, and empowering local communities through tax revenue. Powering thousands of dispensaries across 40+ markets throughout the United States and Canada, Dutchie is the leading technology company in the cannabis space and was named in Fast Company's 10 Most Innovative Companies in North America and listed two years in a row on LinkedIn's Top 50 Startups. Dutchie has raised over $600M in funding to date, backed by D1 Capital Partners, Tiger Global, Dragoneer, DFJ Growth, Thrive Capital, Howard Schultz, Snoop Dogg's Casa Verde Capital, Gron Ventures, members of the founding team at DoorDash, Kevin Durant's Thirty Five Ventures, and other notable angel investors. About This Job The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the launch management system that gets Dutchie's feature and product launches from ready-to-launch through adoption and measurable impact across our full product suite. This is a senior, autonomous role within Revenue Operations, acting as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, Support, go-to-market teams, and most importantly, our customers. You will lead complex launches with minimal oversight, proactively surface risk before it becomes an escalation, and own change management for both internal teams and customers. You'll be equally comfortable driving a cross-functional operating cadence, influencing senior stakeholders when scope or timing is at risk, and pulling adoption data yourself to measure success and impact. Success is not simply shipping on time; it is ensuring teams are ready, customers understand the value, adoption follows, and each launch makes the next one better. What You'll Do… Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches — scoping, sequencing, timelines, dependencies, go/no-go criteria, and post-launch follow-through — in partnership with Product and Engineering leads. Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth, ensuring active launches have clear status, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps. Establish and run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences that keep cross-functional teams aligned, surface decisions early, and drive clear accountability. Design and run internal change management for each launch, including readiness plans for Sales, CSM, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Enablement, with clear ownership of what must be true before GA. Design and run customer-facing change management, including rollout sequencing, customer communications, pilot or cohort strategy, and coordination with Marketing and Support. Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work, clarify tradeoffs, and coordinate solutions before stakeholders have to escalate. Translate changes in scope, timing, or dependencies into clear downstream business and customer impact, and drive the right stakeholders toward decisions. Develop working product knowledge deep enough to answer audience, functionality, and semi-technical questions on each launch without unnecessary escalation, connecting feature-level detail to customer and business impact. Partner closely with Technical Writing and Enablement, validating that release notes, training materials, internal guidance, and customer communications accurately reflect product functionality and positioning. Define success metrics before launch across internal readiness and external outcomes such as adoption, activation, usage, customer sentiment, and support volume. Monitor post-launch performance and proactively engage pilot, alpha, or early-adopter customers to identify friction, validate value, and surface emerging risks. Build feedback loops that turn launch data and customer signals into action — flagging underperformance quickly and driving retrospectives that result in clear owners and follow-through. Continuously improve the launch operating system by identifying high-leverage process, tooling, or automation opportunities and driving stakeholder alignment through implementation. Use AI and the broader tool suite to accelerate research, synthesize launch signals, improve documentation and reporting, identify risk patterns, and reduce manual work — while applying judgment and validating outputs. What You Bring 5+ years of project or program management experience, with meaningful ownership of feature or product launches in a SaaS or technology GTM environment. Demonstrated ownership of change management for both internal teams and external customers, including readiness, communications, rollout strategy, and adoption. Strong analytical orientation: able to define launch success metrics, pull and interpret product or usage data, and translate findings into action. Proven track record of proactive communication and risk management — surfaces issues early, frames tradeoffs clearly, and drives toward resolution. Strong facilitation and operating-rhythm skills: keeps cross-functional groups focused, drives decisions, and creates clear accountability without relying on formal authority. Demonstrated curiosity and follow-through: builds enough product and domain expertise to represent launches credibly with stakeholders and customers, and validates rather than assumes. Experience improving cross-functional processes, systems, or tooling and driving those changes through adoption. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders, hold a line on scope or timeline with empathy, and adapt communication for technical, GTM, and customer audiences. It's a Bonus if You… Experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI or product analytics tools such as Hex or Pendo for pulling and interpreting launch data directly. Experience using AI/LLM tools to improve research, synthesis, documentation, reporting, workflow automation, or decision support. Cannabis, regulated industry, or other multi-segment (SMB / Mid-Market / Enterprise) GTM experience. Background working in or alongside a Revenue Operations function structured around the full customer lifecycle. You'll Get… We are targeting a starting salary of $102,000 - $138,000 based on the intended level for this role. In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes: Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care. Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees. Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance Flexible vacation and sick days At Dutchie, we're committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Dutchie believes that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success, and we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.

About This Job We're hiring a Staff Engineer at Dutchie — someone who works across teams to solve the hardest problems, spot them early, and steer the technical direction so we hit fewer of them down the road. You'll work at the core of our platform: making it better, faster, and more reliable; and partner with teams across the org on the integrations and shared problems no single team owns. You'll shape how we build, including what good engineering looks like when AI is part of everyday work. The world of cannabis changes constantly, and we optimize our process for meeting that need while maintaining a high quality bar. We push context down, concerns up, and lean on a strong bias for ownership. If that's your kind of place, let's talk. What You'll Do… Make real improvements to enterprise-grade retail software at scale Set technical direction — make the architecture calls that shape how systems evolve, and align teams behind them Work with stakeholders to scope, sharpen, and stress-test customer-facing features Get in front of customers to learn how they work and where it hurts, then turn that into better products Partner across the org on unified solutions for problems that span teams Mentor other engineers — everyone had help to get here, reinforce your own skills by helping others grow theirs Help the team plan, estimate, and de-risk big work by breaking it down and sequencing it well Set the bar for engineering judgment, code quality, and craft What You Bring... We're flexible on years of experience. The depth and influence we're after usually show up around 8+ years in, but it's about what you can do, not the number on your résumé. Engineering depth (the foundation) A track record of building and running production systems at scale Deep, hands-on experience in at least one modern backend stack — across Dutchie you'll find .NET/C#, TypeScript, Ruby, and React on the frontend, backed by PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and MongoDB. We care more about how fast you ramp than a perfect stack match on day one Experience designing scalable data models across relational and non-relational stores Pride in your craft — code that's clean, tested, and easy for the next person to build on AI-native ways of working (how you operate) You use LLMs routinely — researching unfamiliar systems, diagnosing issues, planning solutions to messy problems, writing and reviewing code, and watching what you ship You are comfortable and excited about an agentic first environment. You know how to utilize AI to ship better solutions faster and safer than you could by hand alone. You raise the team's baseline — turning one-off wins into repeatable practices How you show up (the multipliers) You make the people around you better — your biggest impact isn't just your code, it's how you raise everyone else's output and judgment You're genuinely curious about customers, and you let their pain points steer where the team spends its effort When a problem spans multiple teams and no one owns the whole thing, you're the one who scopes it, breaks it into pieces teams can run with, and keeps them pointed the same way You can hold several threads at once — a few projects plus the broader technical direction — and reprioritize cleanly when things shift You know where process helps and where it's in the way You communicate well — you make hard trade-offs clear to engineers, product, and leadership alike You own outcomes, not tasks — from ambiguous to shipped, accountable for how it runs in production It's a Bonus if You… Have experience in the cannabis industry — building for it, working in it, or just knowing the space Have built POS, Ecommerce, Payments, or other retail and commerce technology Have built and monitored cloud-native infrastructure (AWS) Have deep experience with third-party integrations Have brought AI-assisted workflows, tooling, or agents to an engineering team You'll Get… We are targeting a starting salary of $170,000 - $230,000 based on the intended level for this role.

Sr. Partner Relationship Manager, Agencies
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$145,000 - $145,000 / Year

What is Contentstack ? Contentstack is redefining how modern digital experiences are built and managed. As the pioneer of the Agentic Experience Platform (AXP), Contentstack brings together structured content and brand governance (Content Cloud), real-time customer data, omnichannel personalization (Data Cloud) and autonomous AI orchestration (Agent OS) into one unified system. While many organizations adopted headless CMS or standalone AI tools expecting transformation, they often found themselves managing disconnected systems and manual workflows. Contentstack helps enterprises move beyond that complexity by connecting content, data and AI in a way that makes digital experiences faster to launch, easier to manage and more adaptive in real time. Leading brands including Steve Madden, LG Electronics, Subaru of America, Dolce & Gabbana, ASICS, Decathlon, and Caesars Entertainment rely on Contentstack to reduce operational friction and deliver personalized, scalable digital experiences with confidence. The company is known for its customer-first culture and commitment to the communities it serves through the Contentstack Cares program. Learn more at www.contentstack.com . Who Are We? At Contentstack we are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. Our vision is to pursue equity among our communities, employees, partners, and customers. We are global-diverse yet close; distributed yet connected. We are dreamers and dreammakers who challenge the status quo. We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. We are curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. Our mission is to make Contentstack indispensable for organizations to tell their stories and to connect with the people they care about through inspiring, modern experiences. We care deeply about our customers and the communities we serve. #OneTeamOneDream. Chalo, let's go! What Are We Looking For? We're looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Senior Partner Manager to build and own Contentstack's global agency partner motion. This is a senior-level individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. You'll shape the agency partner strategy, build strategic relationships, create new go-to-market opportunities, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Contentstack is an AI-forward company, and we bring practical experience using AI tools and technologies to improve how we work, learn, solve problems, and drive impact. If you're excited by the opportunity to build a partner motion from the ground up, shape how we compete in the market, and make a measurable commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you! Here's what you'll be doing: Own the agency go-to-market strategy end to end — including target partner profile, messaging, offerings, and growth plans — across a portfolio of global agencies such as Code & Theory, Omnicom, WPP, Dentsu/Merkle, Razorfish, and Monks. Build and grow strategic agency relationships, expanding Contentstack's footprint across existing partners and turning opportunistic, project-by-project relationships into long-term partnerships. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, with a focus on larger enterprise opportunities and increasing the mix of AXP-scale work. Build the agency go-to-market messaging and offering, positioning Contentstack for marketing leaders and CMOs and helping agencies see where we can compete alongside — and against — enterprise suites like Adobe and Optimizely. Partner with key ISVs to create a compelling better-together story and establish a mutual playbook around the Content Lifecycle demo and vision. Represent Contentstack with agency leadership and their clients through joint activations, executive briefings, live demos, ContentCon, and other market-facing opportunities. Help shape the broader partner organization by serving as a strategic resource on agency motions, messaging, and best practices. What Really Gets Us Excited About You? 8-12 years of experience in partner, alliances, or channel roles within enterprise SaaS, including at least 4 years working directly with global agencies or agency holding companies. Deep agency experience is critical. Demonstrated experience selling with global agencies, not simply alongside them, and building agency-specific go-to-market motions. You understand why agency partnerships require a different play than GSI partnerships. Proven experience turning opportunistic, project-by-project partner relationships into strategic, agreement-backed partnerships. A balance of partner sales, product marketing, and strategy. You can build the relationship, develop the approach with the resources available, and articulate what we need next. The ability to present a partner go-to-market plan and pitch Contentstack live and unscripted without relying on a Sales Engineer. This will be part of the interview process. A track record of selling to and influencing CMOs and marketing leaders, not only technical buyers. Experience positioning against enterprise suite incumbents such as Adobe and Optimizely, with the ability to apply lessons from both wins and losses. Comfort operating without a finished playbook. You've built partner programs, messaging, and enablement from the ground up. Strong communication, executive presence, and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and the executive team. Additional experience with headless CMS, DXP, DAM, retail/commerce, content operations, or partner marketing is a plus. You're comfortable with occasional travel. You value a collaborative, innovative, and fun culture! Salary for this role ranges between $145,000-165,000 based on skill set and experience What Do We Offer? Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the "challenge yourself" role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you're doing it. Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict "no a**hole policy" and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected. Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more! One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don't believe in artificial hierarchies. If you're part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance.
