Director of Growth and Acquisition Marketing
Full TimeHybridDirector$196,000 - $196,000 / Year
higher educationpartnershipspurchasing

About the role Chime is on a mission to help millions of everyday people achieve financial progress — and we've built one of the strongest digital acquisition organizations in the industry to get there. The Director of Growth and Acquisition owns what comes next: leading the full digital acquisition portfolio — paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, mobile and app networks, and emerging channels — while building the capabilities that define Chime's next chapter of growth. This is a leadership role, not a channel-management role. The foundation — building great teams, running healthy channels, and consistently delivering results — doesn't change. What changes is the mandate: this leader is accountable for delivering today's business while identifying and building tomorrow's growth engine, staying close enough to the ecosystem of platforms, agencies, and technology partners to bring new capabilities into Chime before they become table stakes. This role sits within Chime's newly evolved Media & Acquisition organization, alongside a Director of Media leading Offline, Media Planning, and MMM. Together, these two roles are being broadened in scope as Chime moves from a channel-by-channel model toward a more complete, portfolio-level view of how every marketing dollar creates value. In this role, you can expect to Own performance across Chime's full digital acquisition portfolio (paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, mobile/app networks, and emerging channels), delivering ambitious growth, efficiency, and CAC targets. Make portfolio-level investment and prioritization calls across channels, talent, technology, and vendor partnerships, balancing near-term performance against long-term capability building. Lead and develop a team of experienced channel managers as a true player-coach — close enough to the work to challenge assumptions and unblock hard problems, but focused on multiplying impact through people and systems. Build new acquisition channels, partnerships, or technology-enabled growth motions — not just optimize the existing mix. Stay plugged into the external digital ecosystem — platforms, agencies, AI/martech vendors, startups — to identify opportunities before they're obvious and bring new capability into Chime early. Push the organization to rebuild how it works around AI: experimentation, creative production, media buying, and measurement — not just point-solution automation. Partner cross-functionally with Media Planning/MMM, Growth Product Marketing, Analytics, Risk, and Finance to align channel strategy to company-level growth and CAC goals. Represent Digital Acquisition in senior leadership forums, translating channel performance into business outcomes for Growth LT, EC, and Board-level audiences. To thrive in this role, you have Experience leading a multi-channel digital acquisition or growth organization with meaningful business accountability — not only channel-level metrics. A demonstrated record of owning growth, efficiency, and business outcomes. Experience managing a significant media portfolio and making prioritization tradeoffs across channels, technology, and vendors. A leadership style that blends strategic range with hands-on credibility — comfortable operating as both strategist and player-coach. Experience building or scaling teams and developing future leaders. Comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional, senior-executive-visible environment. #LI-Hybrid #LI-AM1 Below is the base salary offered for this role and level of experience. Full-time employees may also be eligible for bonus(es), competitive equity, and benefits. For commissioned roles, the base salary listed in this job description does not include incentive/variable pay. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Staff Product Manager, Consumer Growth Loyalty
Full TimeFully RemotePrincipal$230,000 - $290,000 / Year
sqlrestdentalcacompliancecompliance+2

At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the Product team The Product team listens to our customers' needs and translates those insights into a clear product vision. The team works closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build scalable financial products that empower people to manage their money with confidence. We rely on empathy, curiosity, and business sense to prioritize features and improve experiences. Our role is to lead with clarity, support cross-functional execution, and champion the user in every decision. About the role Millions of people use the Affirm Card, but we don't yet give them a reason to keep coming back beyond the product itself. You'll build our consumer loyalty program from scratch: what people earn, how they move up, and why Affirm becomes their default way to pay. What you'll do Own the vision and roadmap for Affirm's consumer loyalty program, setting the hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing across multiple quarters Launch the first version of rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics, member benefits, redemption, and the surfaces that make the value obvious in app, at checkout, and after a purchase Build the engagement loops (progress, milestones, personalized offers) that turn a one-time borrower into someone who reaches for Affirm every week Own the program economics: reward liability, funding mix across merchant-funded offers, interchange and network incentives, and the case for incremental GMV against cost per member Set up the measurement foundation for loyalty, including holdouts, incrementality testing and long-run LTV, then tune earn and burn rates and tier thresholds off what the data says Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design rewards that are compliant and clearly disclosed, with no hidden fees or fine print that surprises people Align senior stakeholders and pull together dependencies across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing, leading embedded engineering and design pods through a lot of ambiguity What we look for 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program: card rewards, points, tiers, subscription benefits, or something equivalent. You know earn and burn mechanics and what makes a program pay for itself History of launching products from scratch, not just optimizing what already exists Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric, and know which levers actually move them Comfortable building the financial model yourself and defending reward cost, funding mix and payback to Finance and leadership Strong UX instincts and a high bar for design. You know the difference between a reward that feels good and a badge buried in a settings menu Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality/attribution, and LTV measurement; data chops (SQL/Amplitude-level self-serve) and a bias for shipping, learning and iterating quickly Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products; comfort partnering with Risk/Credit, Legal, and Compliance Excellent cross-functional leadership, including experience leading without authority AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and others to research, analyze and prototype, and help develop better product vision Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience   Base Pay Grade - P Equity Grade - 13 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range . Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.) USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $230,000 - $290,000 USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $204,000 - $264,000 #LI-Remote Remote-first with flexibility built in Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company. Most roles can be done from almost anywhere within the country of employment. From Fivetran's founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We're proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven. About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Core team behind dbt V2, dbt's next-generation engine. This is a backfill role for an engineering leader who can combine strong software-engineering judgment with people leadership, product partnership, and the ability to navigate a highly cross-functional technical area. The Core team is responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving the Rust-based engine that powers dbt Fusion. The team primarily works on the dbt V2 runtime itself, SQL language features powered by Static Analysis, and new ELT primitives. The role sits at the center of several parts of the dbt product: the engine and orchestration, the IDE and developer experience, adapters and data warehouses, and our new compute offering, LakeCompute. You'll help the team make sound technical and product decisions while keeping a stable GA product moving forward. About the Team The Core team is part of a broader organization that includes adapters, growth, the VS Code extension, compute, and other closely connected teams. It partners frequently with Product and with the teams responsible for orchestration, IDE experiences, adapters, and LakeCompute. In this role, you can expect to: Lead, coach, and develop a fluid team of approximately 8 engineers working on a critical part of the dbt product. Establish clarity across a technically demanding roadmap with multiple product and engineering stakeholders. Partner closely with Product to translate ambiguous requirements into realistic engineering scope, sequencing, and estimates. Help the team balance new feature development, engine maintenance, framework modernization, documentation, and the stability of a GA product. Guide end-to-end technical design across the engine and its integration points with orchestration, the IDE, adapters, warehouses, and late compute. Support engineers in making sound tradeoffs across product value, technical quality, performance, compatibility, and delivery risk. Actively contribute to technical design and implementation alongside the team. Work with peer engineering leaders to coordinate initiatives that span multiple teams and systems. Build an environment where engineers can do high-quality work, grow their scope, and take ownership of meaningful technical problems. Help shape the next phase of dbt Fusion as a language-aware transformation engine used by the broader data community. Mandatory skills Experience leading teams through multiple concurrent priorities and diverse integration points. Strong software-engineering fundamentals and prior experience as a senior/staff engineer, technical lead, or equivalent hands-on technical leader. Ability to lead or facilitate system design from problem definition through implementation and delivery. Ability to translate complex or ambiguous product requirements into credible engineering estimates, milestones, and tradeoffs. Demonstrated judgment in balancing roadmap delivery with reliability, maintainability, technical debt, and product quality. A hands-on technical orientation, including a willingness and ability to stay close to code and engineering details. You are a good fit if you have: Led a software team through the full development lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, testing, release, operation, and iteration. Worked on products with substantial technical complexity, integration surfaces, or platform dependencies. Successfully partnered with Product and other engineering teams to create a stable roadmap and make difficult prioritization decisions. Experience in data transformation, orchestration, query engines, databases, developer tools, compilers, language tooling, or a closely related area. Direct dbt experience is helpful but not required. The ability to explain complex technical systems clearly to engineers, product partners, and candidates with different levels of technical depth. A track record of developing strong engineers while maintaining a high technical bar. Comfort operating in a fluid environment where team boundaries, priorities, and scope may evolve. You'll have an edge if you have: Experience with Rust or another systems programming language, compilers, query planning, language servers, IDE tooling, or developer platforms. Experience building or operating data transformation, orchestration, warehouse, or execution systems. Contributions to open-source projects or experience working with open standards and open technical communities. Familiarity with ecosystems such as Apache Arrow, Apache Iceberg, DuckDB, ADBC, or related data and execution technologies. Experience with SQL semantics, query optimization, transpilation across dialects, data lineage, governance, or developer-facing language features. Senior Staff Data Scientist
NetlifyRemote (Fully Remote)29 days ago
InternshipFully RemotePrincipal$204,000 - $275,000 / Year
netlifydata sciencetalent acquisition

About the Team: Netlify's Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product-led growth journey, from activation and engagement through conversion, retention, and monetization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes. We're hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. You'll develop an end-to-end understanding of the PLG journey, proactively identify opportunities, and turn complex data into hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations that influence where we invest and what we build. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer. What You'll Do: Own the analytical understanding of Netlify's PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations Apply statistical rigor where it matters while recognizing when there is enough signal to make a decision and move forward, and help teams develop that same judgment Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents  that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it What You'll Bring: 8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable This Role is a Great Fit If: You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product  You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced Applying Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway! When applying please include:  A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to "build a better web" and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.  Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don't discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify's equity plan. Our hiring range for this role is targeted at $204,000 - $275,000 for most US-based locations.  Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic's complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI. What is The Role We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our IT Software Engineering team reporting directly to the Director, IT Software Engineering. Inside IT Software Engineering, we are shifting from a traditional "SaaS-only" procurement model to an agile Build and Buy strategy. Powered by the Elastic Stack—Elasticsearch, Kibana, Elastic ML, and native AI capabilities—our team builds custom, enterprise-grade applications and AI-powered bots for internal teams (IT, HR, Finance, Ops), replacing expensive third-party software contracts with faster, native solutions. This is a 100% individual contributor (IC) engineering role . You will lead the technical design, development, and deployment of full-stack internal web applications and conversational AI bots. You will write clean React and Node.js code, integrate backend services natively with Elasticsearch, and leverage modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate delivery—all while taking complete operational ownership of production systems. What You Will Be Doing Build Enterprise Applications: Write clean, maintainable code across React, TypeScript, and Node.js to design and ship full-stack applications that replace legacy SaaS tools. Develop AI Bots & Workflows: Architect and deploy intelligent internal bots using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector search to automate routine employee workflows and support requests. Build on the Elastic Stack: Connect internal apps directly to Elasticsearch and Kibana, turning our internal tooling into real-world reference architectures for Elastic products. Accelerate Delivery with AI Tools: Utilize modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to write code faster, generate tests, and increase overall feature velocity. Maintain Code Quality & Operations: Write unit and end-to-end tests, run automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, use feature flags, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure high uptime. What You Bring  8+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience building, shipping, and operating web applications in production using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Hands-on Elasticsearch experience with data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and Kibana dashboard integration. Practical AI & bot engineering experience working with LLM APIs, vector search, RAG pipelines, or conversational bot frameworks. Daily proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate workflow while taking full responsibility for code quality. Operational & testing maturity: Experience with automated testing (React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright), CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and on-call rotation for production services. Bonus Points Experience building or integrating internal developer portals, FinOps/cost-governance platforms, or enterprise ticketing and automation workflows. Exposure to advanced Elastic Stack capabilities (ELSER semantic search, hybrid vector search, or Elastic ML). Background replacing legacy enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, custom SaaS portals) with custom software solutions. Role Description Dropbox is hiring a Head of Field & Partner Marketing to lead our global field and partner marketing organization and drive pipeline growth across our Sales-Led Growth (SLG) business and strategic partner ecosystem.  This executive Go-To-Market (GTM) leader will own the regional marketing strategy, account-based execution, mid-to-bottom funnel demand engines, and partner marketing required to scale business-to-business revenue globally.  While our PLG team focuses on the frictionless, self-serve transactional customer lifecycle, this leader owns the end-to-end marketing journey for sales-engaged and partner-led motions.  This role requires an exceptional strategic operator who can orchestrate targeted account-based marketing (ABM) and regional demand generation alongside localized partner programs—including managing co-marketing initiatives with strategic AI technology ecosystems (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) and supporting our distribution networks. Partnering closely with regional Sales and Channel leaders, this executive will oversee integrated campaigns, joint partner value propositions, content strategies, and comprehensive PLG to SLG customer lifecycle initiatives. Responsibilities SLG & Partner Pipeline Accountability: Own the strategic vision and performance metrics (creation, coverage, and acceleration) for both direct field pipeline and indirect partner-led business globally. Integrated Demand Generation: Lead the Integrated Marketing team to design and deploy highly optimized mid- and bottom-funnel acquisition campaigns that move prospects effectively through the sales pipeline. Content & Customer Campaigns: Oversee the upstream Campaigns team to deliver compelling content frameworks and high-impact customer marketing initiatives that drive post-sale engagement, adoption, brand advocacy, and net revenue retention (NRR). Partner Alliance & Co-Marketing: Develop and execute high-impact joint marketing programs with strategic AI and productivity ecosystem partners (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Build compelling value propositions that position Dropbox as the core content layer for modern workflows. Distribution & Channel Support: Oversee marketing strategies to and through Dropbox's distribution networks and cloud marketplaces to support our incremental channel revenue stream. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Build, scale, and institutionalize Dropbox's ABM framework. Define account selection, tiering, multi-channel orchestration, and tailored campaigns for high-value corporate and mid-market accounts. PLG-to-SLG Monetization: Partner closely with the PLG Digital Marketing and Product teams to identify accounts with high existing self-serve usage, triggering targeted field and partner campaigns to convert them into larger team or corporate agreements. Sales & Partner Architecture Interlock: Establish trusted partnerships with regional Sales VPs and the Alliance organization to align on territory strategies, partner incentives, target account lists, and quarterly outbound cadences. Experiential & Executive Engagement: Oversee the global portfolio of regional field events, proprietary customer advisory boards (CABs), executive roundtable programs, and major industry tech activations. Team Leadership & Org Design: Manage, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary, globally distributed team spanning four core functions: Integrated Marketing (mid/bottom funnel demand), Regional Field Marketing , Partner/Channel Marketing , and Campaigns (Content & Customer Marketing). Foster a high-performance culture tied directly to pipeline health and business outcomes. Requirements 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility spanning field marketing, partner/channel marketing, and demand generation. 5+ years of experience leading, scaling, and managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams, including direct oversight of demand generation, content/creative production, or customer marketing functions. Ecosystem & Tech Alliance Experience: Proven track record of managing joint marketing programs with major technology platforms, SaaS alliances, or AI ecosystems. Sales Alignment: Experience partnering directly with Sales VPs, directors, and external partner leadership in a multi-tiered GTM environment. B2B Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of multi-month B2B sales cycles, buying committees, account progression, and revenue attribution models. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical orientation with hands-on experience using pipeline metrics, win rates, funnel velocity, and ROI modeling to drive investment decisions. Preferred Qualifications Hybrid GTM Experience: Proven success working within a hybrid B2B model, specifically leveraging product-led metrics (PQLs, active usage) to fuel sales pipelines and partner co-selling. Global Scale: Experience supporting multi-region sales and partner organizations, with a strong ability to balance global consistency with local market nuances. MarTech/SalesTech Fluency: Familiarity with modern business tech stacks (PRM/Partner Relationship Management systems, CRM, MAP, and ABM/intent data platforms). AI & Cloud Market Fluency: Strong understanding of the modern AI landscape, developer tool ecosystems, and cloud productivity paradigms. Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently command attention and influence internal leadership and external clients/partners.
