datadogtableaumetabasedentalmental healthproject management+7

We are a fast-moving, analytically driven B2B marketing team. We show innovative companies how they can improve their applications and get to market faster. We do hundreds of events, thousands of marketing campaigns, research and evangelize ideas that move our industry forward, and more. We are a team of innovators that take exciting and unexpected ideas and bring them to life – and have fun while doing it! Datadog is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team and support third-party events and tradeshows across the North America and Latin America regions. As a key member of Datadog's Event Marketing team – the driving force behind our high-impact, experiential marketing programs – you will play a critical role in executing best-in-class events that generate leads, pipeline, and scale our brand presence. With hundreds of events run globally each year, this role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-quality event experiences, consistently meeting deadlines, and collaborating cross-functionally. If you're passionate about creating impactful brand experiences and excited to help shape Datadog's event footprint across NAMER & LATAM, we'd love to hear from you! At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Lead Datadog's end-to-end presence at large-scale third-party (sponsored) events in North America & LATAM regions, including strategy, planning, logistics, onsite execution, staffing, audience engagement, and performance measurement. Uphold high standards for live event experiences, ensuring strong brand alignment and delivering programs accountable for measurable pipeline contribution — leads generated, opportunities influenced, and pipeline created — with every investment decision defensible with data. Evaluate sponsorship packages and make activation investment decisions (tier selection, add-ons, what to cut) grounded in pipeline return; support contract preparation, negotiation, and vendor management. Leverage AI tools to accelerate event research, vendor evaluation, briefing documents, post-event reporting, and stakeholder communications — improving speed and quality of outputs. Partner closely with broader Marketing teams to ensure cohesive regional planning and integrated execution. Collaborate with NAMER and LATAM teams on regional initiatives, share best practices, align workflows, and support select events across regions. Enhance operational workflows by improving planning processes, lead capture mechanisms, reporting templates, and execution frameworks. Track, analyze, and report on event KPIs, ROI, and budget accuracy; ensure data integrity and timely post-event follow-up. Identify new event opportunities, market trends, and innovative experiential approaches to strengthen Datadog's presence in NAMER and LATAM. Model calm, professional behavior in high-pressure situations and help foster a positive, proactive, and collaborative team environment. Manage event logistics including vendor sourcing, booth configuration, shipping, asset coordination, and onsite operations. Ensure seamless onsite execution through detailed planning, strong contingency management, and confident troubleshooting. Travel up to 50% to support events in NAMER and LATAM. Who You Are: 4-6 years of event management experience in a high-tech, B2B, or fast-paced environment managing lead-generating events. Experience running concurrent, multi-faceted events. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously. Able to stay calm and professional in high-stress, fast-changing event environments. Comfortable partnering closely with Sales and Product teams, resolving onsite issues, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical skills; proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Metabase, or similar tools required. Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily workflows; curious about applying AI to streamline event planning, lead enrichment, and reporting. Positive, proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight. Comfortable with flexible hours, including evenings/weekends during event cycles. Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during events. Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. Senior Software Engineer, Native Mobile
AirbnbUnited States (Fully Remote)29 days ago
ContractFully RemoteSenior$196,000 - $196,000 / Year
swiftkotlinflutterreactgraphqlreact native+6

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: Guest & Host Technology builds the end-to-end experience that connects people around the world: from the first search to the moment a trip becomes a memory. Because that experience lives natively on iOS and Android, with no cross-platform framework in between, we're looking for engineers who move fluidly across both platforms to keep architecture, performance, and product quality coherent everywhere our guests and hosts show up.   The Difference You Will Make: We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can operate as a true dual-platform native engineer — someone with solid, current fluency in both iOS and Android. You'll own features end-to-end across both apps, and you'll be one of the people trusted to make architectural calls that need to hold up identically on Swift and Kotlin. You'll write production code on both platforms, and you'll also be expected to think beyond any single feature: flagging where our two native codebases are drifting apart, where a shared contract (like our GraphQL client layer) needs to evolve, and helping less experienced engineers ramp into dual-platform work.   A Typical Day:  Design and ship features across our iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) native codebases, often the same initiative, shipped in parallel on both platforms Partner with design and product to translate one product spec into two platform-idiomatic implementations, rather than porting one platform's UI onto the other Uphold architecture, performance, and app-size standards that apply equally to both platforms Weigh in on shared client contracts (schema, logging, testing frameworks) consumed by both apps, and flag when a change would let the platforms drift apart Help other engineers ramp into dual-platform work through pairing and code review Participate in technical reviews and architecture discussions where your judgment is expected to span both platforms, not just one Your Expertise: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep, current, hands-on expertise in both native iOS (Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI) and native Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), not legacy exposure to one platform and active work on the other A track record of independently shipping medium-to-large complexity features on either platform without ramp-up, and the ability to read, debug, and reason about the other platform's code even where you're less deep Solid opinions on mobile architecture, backed by experience keeping two independent native codebases coherent at scale Comfort owning a feature end-to-end with real ambiguity, and identifying when a decision needs to be escalated versus made independently Experience partnering closely with design and product to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, platform-appropriate implementations A pragmatic view on cross-platform tooling — you understand why fully native matters here, and you're not looking for a role where you can lean on React Native or Flutter instead of doing the harder, more durable work   Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The Community You Will Join: In December 2020 Airbnb launched Airbnb.org, a non-profit organization that builds on a long history of connecting people in times of crisis to safe, comfortable places to stay. This work began at Airbnb in 2012, when a Host named Shell reached out wanting to offer her home for free to those impacted by Hurricane Sandy in New York City. Since then, Airbnb - and now Airbnb.org - has helped provide safe housing for over 250,000 people to date in response to hundreds of emergency events around the world including hurricanes, wildfires, refugee crises, and a global pandemic. The Airbnb.org team within Airbnb works in support of the Airbnb.org non-profit and partners with Hosts, nonprofit organizations, emergency management agencies and governments to provide stays to people around the world in times of crisis, and has announced a series of commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion including centering marginalized communities in its work and in team composition. The Difference You Will Make: Airbnb.org operates like a small startup inside Airbnb. Our data team is lean, the problems are new, and there is no established playbook for most of what we do. That means your ingenuity and autonomy are welcome and  you will have the room to decide what to build and how, to experiment, and to shape the way a growing, mission-driven organization uses data.  Analytics Engineers build the data foundation for the whole team - which translates to impact on all stakeholders with insights, analysis and experimentation. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will own major projects that build out the data foundation for Airbnb.org: designing and delivering the data models, metrics and dashboards that power our reporting, analysis and experimentation, and continuously raising the bar on data quality and reliability for the systems you build. Many of these projects will start out vaguely defined, and you will bring structure to them by breaking down the work, weighing tradeoffs, and delivering solutions that are efficient, reliable and simple to maintain. You will bring strong expertise in metric development, dimensional data modeling, SQL, Python, and distributed data processing frameworks, and a solid understanding of how the pieces of a modern data stack fit together. Data can transform how an organization operates; high data quality and tooling is the biggest lever to achieving that transformation. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Fundraising, Programs, Product and Engineering to understand their data needs, translate business questions into well-defined metrics and data products, and prioritize your work in line with Airbnb.org's goals. You will work alongside our existing data team - Analytics Engineer, Analyst and Data Scientist - sharing knowledge, seeking and giving feedback, and collaborating with Data Engineering and Data Platform teams to get things built. A Typical Day: Design, build and launch efficient, reliable and maintainable data models and pipelines that power reporting, analysis and experimentation, in partnership with Data Engineering Design, define and implement metrics and dimensions for Airbnb.org, and document them clearly so they are trusted and used consistently across teams Own data quality for the tables and pipelines you build: implement testing, auditing and validation, respond to data incidents, and follow through on corrective actions that go beyond the immediate fix Identify and improve or deprecate low-quality or duplicative data assets, and plan quality improvements into the team's roadmap Design and develop dashboards and self-serve data products that make data discoverable, trusted and easy to consume Write clear technical designs that lay out benefits, risks and tradeoffs; seek and incorporate peer feedback, and provide constructive input on others' designs and code Understand stakeholder needs across Marketing, Fundraising, Programs, Product, Data Science and Engineering, and prioritize work within your projects to align with Airbnb.org's goals; mentor and share knowledge with fellow data practitioners Your Expertise: 5+ years of relevant industry experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related field Experience owning major data projects end to end, including ones that started out loosely defined, from scoping and design through delivery Strong SQL skills and experience optimizing queries on distributed data processing systems (e.g. Spark, Presto, Hive)  Solid experience in dimensional data modeling, schema design and metric definition Proficiency in at least one programming language for data work (e.g. Python) and experience with an ETL/orchestration framework like Airflow Ability to communicate technical solutions and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical partners, and to adapt to competing priorities Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments Passion for high data quality, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset toward the reliability of what you build Preferred: Minerva and Tableau skills, and an eye for design when it comes to dashboards and visualization tools Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity. Click here for the up-to-date list of excluded states.
