Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration , enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes. With built-in governance, auditability, and human oversight, Camunda gives enterprises the control they need to move AI from pilots to production — safely and at scale. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide , including 9 of top 10 US banks, Camunda helps enterprises boost operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver better customer experiences. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform . We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorn list, 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Hi there! We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join our Sales team. Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal in front of them. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. This role carries real weight. You'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where the deals are complex, the buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room here to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan. As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and leadership to get complex deals across the line. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large, strategic accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale. What You Will Do Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and executive buyers. Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure smooth handoff after close. Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring the pitch to what each audience actually cares about. Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline, not optimism. What You Will Bring to the Role Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, ideally six figures or more, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum. Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement in the room at the same time, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Strong territory and account planning instincts. You can build a plan independently, not just work from a list handed to you, and you know how to prioritize where your time actually pays off. The ability to sell technical products credibly. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage here, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers. Negotiation experience under genuine pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way. A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor, and you know what it took to earn that. This role is an existing vacancy #LI-YW1 #LI-Remote #USEAST#USWEST What We Have to Offer: Compensation We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills , experience , and location , and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth: United States: $281,300.00 to $453,500.00 United Kingdom: £176,600.00 to £290,500.00 Singapore: S$349,400.00 to S$524,000.00 Canada: C$298,700 to C$491,300 If you're based elsewhere, you'll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview. Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) . Benefits & Perks We invest in your wellbeing, growth, and ability to connect, along with perks that support you no matter where you're based. Our benefits are globally designed and locally delivered where applicable. Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere with the setup that suits you, home office budget, co-working space support, and flexible time off to recharge when you need it. In Person Connection: We invest in meaningful face time through our Annual Kickoff (Vienna in 2025, Madrid in 2026!), team offsites, and Camundi Connection Budgets , including contributing to meetups while travelling,, and local gatherings with fellow Camundi. Health & Wellbeing: Access locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health for global mental wellbeing, and our Live Well Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA), a flexible, global benefit that puts you in control of your whole life, not just work, from: staying active, to caring for family, exploring personal passions, meaningful experiences, and investing in your financial wellbeing. The Live Well program launches in 2026 and scales to €1,000 annually from 2027 . Financial Security: Retirement and pension plans (often with company contributions), plus life and disability insurance where relevant. At Poka, we're changing how the world's industrial teams work — capturing the knowledge of their best people and putting it in every operator's hands. Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing and the wider industrial world, with industrial AI inside the shift, not on top of it. The result: frontline performance that becomes compounding knowledge and measurable impact — every shift, every site, every region. We're proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone across 3,000+ sites in 70+ countries. And as a fast-growing part of the IFS family, you'll join a team whose daily work directly shapes the platform behind how modern manufacturing gets done. Most enterprise SaaS gets sold to people in offices. You'll be selling something that lives on the factory floor, across a continent of different markets, languages, and ways of working. You'll need to be as credible with a plant manager in Southampton as with a CIO in Munich. Role overview As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll bring Poka to some of Europe's best-known manufacturers. You'll help them solve real operational problems, move their digital transformation forward, and show measurable impact across their frontline operations. You'll own new business from the first conversation to signature. That means finding the right accounts, running discovery that gets to the heart of how a plant actually works, and building business cases that both operations and finance believe in. It also means closing multi-site, often multi-country deals with many stakeholders. You'll work alongside Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success and our IFS partners, and you'll have a real say in how Poka grows its European business. This is a high-impact role for someone who pairs sharp commercial instincts with a real understanding of manufacturing and of how European enterprises buy software. What you'll be doing Find and develop new business across your European territory through market research, outbound prospecting and close work with the Sales Development team Own the full sales cycle: discovery and needs analysis, product demos, proposals, negotiation and close Build tailored business cases that tie Poka's platform to each prospect's operational priorities and show clear value Handle cross-border deals where group-level decisions have to work for local sites, works councils and regional IT Partner closely with Customer Success and other teams so customers move smoothly from signature to long-term value Keep opportunities, forecasts and account activity accurate and up to date in Salesforce Put AI to work in your day-to-day, from research and account planning to conversation intelligence, drafting and CRM copilots, so you sell smarter and spend more time with customers Bring customer insights and market feedback to leadership to help shape go-to-market strategy and product direction Represent Poka at trade shows, industry events and virtual conferences across Europe What you bring 5+ years of new business experience, in B2B sales or a similar Account Executive role Proven experience selling SaaS, ideally into manufacturing, industrial technology or digital transformation Confidence leading complex sales conversations with many stakeholders, from the plant floor to the C-suite Experience selling across more than one European market, and an understanding of how buying differs between them Strong negotiation, relationship-building and problem-solving skills A results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or beating sales targets A hands-on, curious approach to AI and modern sales tools. You already use them to work smarter and want to keep learning Fluent written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills (another language, such as German or French, is an advantage) Based in the UK or Ireland and willing to travel up to 40% We know great sellers come from varied paths. If you don't tick every box but you've consistently landed complex new business and can quickly earn the trust of operations leaders, we'd love to hear from you. Why Poka Manufacturers are under pressure on three fronts: capturing what a retiring workforce knows getting new people productive faster getting AI onto the floor in a way operators actually use Poka is one of very few platforms that does all three, and it's already trusted at 3,000+ sites. Many of the world's biggest manufacturers are headquartered in Europe, so you'll be selling close to where the big decisions get made. You'll have the reach of IFS behind you and the pace and ownership of a growth-stage company. #LI-TK What we offer: Generous vacation policy , additional paid days, and charity day. Scale-up energy with huge backing and a global yet close-knit team. A truly flexible schedule and remote-friendly working - including up to 8 weeks a year working from abroad. Wellbeing support from day one, including free 1:1 sessions with certified coaches and therapists. MacBook Pro, plus home-office and monthly allowances to set you up properly. An annual learning and development budget to keep your career moving. Regular team meetups and industry events - remote never means disconnected. A rewarding employee referral program for successful hires. Exact benefits vary by country - we'll walk you through your full local package during the hiring process. Want to learn more about our culture? Click HERE . Please note: An understanding of English is essential at Poka, as it is the language used during company-wide meetings and many internal communications, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making. About MoonPay MoonPay is for builders with something to prove. This isn't a "work on cool crypto stuff" company. It's a high-standards, high-velocity, high-accountability company building the operating system for value movement. If the internet moves information, we move value: crypto, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and whatever comes next. Four offerings make that real: fund, tokenize, trade, and spend. 30M+ customers and 500+ ecosystem partners run on us. Licensed in the U.S. Regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. AI is the default operating mode here. It's woven into every role, and we expect you to use it daily. It handles the manual work so you can deliver on what actually matters. You'll thrive here if outcomes excite you more than process, if impact motivates you more than titles, and if you want hard problems, real ownership, and teammates who love winning, building, and doing it together. The bar is high. The pace is real. We're building for what's next, for humans and agents. Recent recognition: Forbes' America's Best Startup Employers 2026 . 2nd in Crypto Services on Fortune's inaugural Crypto 100 The Sunday Times Best Places to Work two years running Research has shown that women are less likely than men to apply for this role if they do not have experience in 100% of these areas. Please know that this list is indicative, and that we would still love to hear from you even if you feel that you are only a 75% match. Skills can be learned, diversity cannot. About the Opportunity In this role, you will own the roadmap for the systems that establish and verify who a MoonPay customer is, from sign-in through KYC clearance. This spans authentication (sign-in, MFA, session security), identity verification (KYC tiers, risk scoring, sanctions screening), and document verification, the vendor-driven flows that sit inside the KYC funnel. You will sit within the Identity team and work closely with Compliance, Risk/Fraud, Legal, and Engineering, as well as the third-party identity verification vendors MoonPay relies on. Your work will directly impact onboarding conversion, fraud loss, and MoonPay's ability to operate compliantly across multiple countries, balancing customer experience against risk and regulatory requirements on every decision. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to own a product area where user experience, fraud risk, and hard regulatory constraints all collide, and who's motivated by getting that balance right rather than optimizing for just one of the three. What You Will Do Own the roadmap for authentication and identity verification, prioritizing across conversion, fraud/risk reduction, and regulatory requirements. Drive improvements to onboarding funnels, reducing drop-off in document capture and verification while maintaining or improving fraud and conversion rates. Manage and evaluate third-party KYC/IDV vendor relationships, including performance, cost, and regional coverage. Partner with Compliance and Legal to translate regulatory requirements into product specs and rollout plans. Work with Engineering to ship changes to authentication flows without introducing account-takeover or fraud exposure. Define and track funnel metrics. Represent Identity in cross-functional planning with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders. About You Must-have experience and skills 4+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud, or authentication/security products. Working familiarity with KYC/AML concepts and authentication concepts. Experience managing or evaluating third-party identity/KYC vendors. Comfort operating in a regulated, multi-region environment where the same feature behaves differently by jurisdiction. Nice-to-have experience Background in fintech, crypto, or another regulated marketplace. Experience with sanctions screening, PEP/adverse media checks, or transaction monitoring. Bonus Points Experience with crypto-native authentication (wallet-based sign-in, sign-in with Ethereum) or crypto compliance requirements.
