Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager
InternshipFully RemoteSenior$150,000 - $200,000 / Year
netlifytalent acquisitiononboarding

About the Team Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.  As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach. What You'll Do Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.  Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all. Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures. Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back. Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable. Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative. Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel. Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off. As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team. What You'll Bring 6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel This Role Is a Great Fit If You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature. You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency. You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters. You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought. You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter Applying Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway! When applying please include:  A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to "build a better web" and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.  Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don't discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. If we can do anything to provide a better interview, i.e. accommodate a disability, then please let us know by emailing accommodations@netlify.com .  About Netlify Netlify is the most popular way to build, deploy, and scale modern web applications, empowering everyone from fast moving solo developers to enterprise teams. Millions of developers and organizations rely on Netlify as their platform of choice for composing web applications that are production ready, performant, and flexible. Now, as we embrace the next era of software development, we are embedding the same fluid, intuitive experience into the Agent Experience (AX), making it just as simple for intelligent agents to understand, interact with, and act on our platform as it is for developers. Whether your user is human or machine, Netlify ensures the path from idea to URL is seamless, fast, and deeply reliable. We are a Series D company that has raised over $200M from investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, EQT, Bessemer, BOND, and Menlo Ventures. As a fully distributed company, we aim to create a company culture where the best idea can come from anywhere and strive to be thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative in our work. If this sounds like something you'd like to be part of, we're excited to connect with you! At Netlify, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that prioritizes fairness and equity, positions our employee compensation competitively in the market, recognizes and rewards performance, and takes a comprehensive approach to our rewards package. We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify's equity plan. Our hiring range for this role is targeted at $150,000 - $200,000  for most US-based locations. Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic's complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI. What is The Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Integrations Platform team and build the tools that make engineers' lives easier, both when they're building integrations and when they're pulling data together to actually make sense of it. This role is about developer experience: understanding what developers actually struggle with day to day, and building tools that remove that friction so they can move faster and get more done. The Integrations Platform team owns the tooling that supports how integrations get built, deployed, and understood. That includes infrastructure and deployment tooling built on Terraform, telemetry pipelines running through BigQuery, and the AI-driven tools and evaluations we use to interpret that data and turn it into something people can actually act on. You'll build and maintain these tools, listen closely to the engineers who rely on them, and take ownership of projects that span infrastructure, telemetry, and AI-assisted data interpretation, from first idea to shipped result. This is fast-moving, often ambiguous work. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating without a fixed spec, listens thoughtfully, and collaborates well across teams. You should drive effectively toward outcomes while supporting your teammates, bring clear ideas on what should be built, care about the developers using your tools, and feel equally comfortable working independently or alongside product teams and partners. Prior experience with the Elastic product suite isn't required, but it helps. What you will be doing: Lead green-field initiatives that shape the future of the developer experience for building and maintaining Security Integrations Architect and drive the tooling and automation strategy, leveraging Gen AI to solve problems at scale rather than one-off fixes Set a collaborative tone for the team by fostering open communication, mutual respect, and thoughtful decision-making, while mentoring engineers along the way Represent the team in the open, working closely with Security and Ingest teams, Elastic users, and the broader open source community to shape direction and build trust What you bring: Experience building and running evals for AI systems at scale, with a strong sense of measuring output quality and catching regressions Strong proficiency in Python and Go, with hands-on Terraform for infrastructure and deployment, and BigQuery for telemetry and data analysis Proven ability to run projects end to end with autonomy, alongside the judgment to bring others along and seek input when needed Bonus Points: Production experience with the general Elastic ingest model Experience in cybersecurity Experience parsing logs and events, ideally with exposure to OpenTelemetry, ECS, or OCSF in a security or observability context Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.  This role does not have a variable compensation component.   The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.  In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.  These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.   An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.  Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being. The typical starting salary range for this role is: $133,100 — $210,600 USD The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is: $159,900 — $252,900 USD Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity. Whether you're looking to launch a new career or grow an existing one, Elastic is the type of company where you can balance great work with great life. Your age is only a number. It doesn't matter if you're just out of college or your children are; we need you for what you can do. We strive to have parity of benefits across regions and while regulations differ from place to place, we believe taking care of our people is the right thing to do. Competitive pay based on the work you do here and not your previous salary Health coverage for you and your family in many locations Ability to craft your calendar with flexible locations and schedules for many roles Generous number of vacation days each year Increase your impact - We match up to $2000 (or local currency equivalent) for financial donations and service Up to 40 hours each year to use toward volunteer projects you love Embracing parenthood with minimum of 16 weeks of parental leave Different people approach problems differently. We need that. Elastic is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive culture that celebrates different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation. Engine — Turn hourly usage data into customer invoices and revenue records. We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to drive technical direction within the Billing Core domain. This is a hands-on role. You will design systems, improve how we operate, and work across teams. You will help our billing services grow in scale, reliability, and developer productivity. What You Bring : 8+ years in backend or platform engineering, with solid skills in Python and PostgreSQL (schema design, performance, high availability). Proven experience improving reliability, observability, and incident response in production systems. Solid background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including networking, IAM, monitoring, and deployment. Ability to lead multi-quarter projects across teams — building consensus and delivering results. Track record of mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and raising engineering standards. Experience with SaaS billing, metering, or financial systems is a real plus. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Able to influence across teams and speak to both technical and non-technical partners. Comfortable working on your own in a global, distributed, and async environment. Able to work across projects, work across functions and teams, and adapt to changing team structures. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AI Studio, Asana's AI workflow builder, in San Francisco. The Product Management team drives Asana's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. In this role, you will own an end-to-end AI product that powers millions of workflows, enabling large enterprise organizations to build, govern, and deploy AI at scale across their organizations. You will join a dynamic cross-functional environment working directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, Data Science, and Go-To-Market teams to turn system-critical processes into reliable, automated work inside Asana's work graph. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you'll achieve Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for AI Studio end to end, tying every investment directly to customer impact, business outcomes, and Asana's mission. Drive direct business outcomes for a consumption-based AI product: own reporting, forecasting, and ROI, and define the metrics that connect product usage to revenue on a consumption billing model. Scale AI Studio to reliably support millions of workflows, ensuring the quality, performance, and dependability enterprises require for system-critical processes. Ship automation capabilities that enable enterprise teams to deploy AI across their organizations, ranging from single-team workflows to processes spanning thousands of users. Build for enterprise trust by shaping AI governance, admin controls, and change management capabilities so customers can roll out AI confidently and safely at scale. Collaborate directly with large enterprise customers to understand how they manage complex workflows, translating those insights directly into the product roadmap. Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to turn ambiguous problems into shipped, high-impact product solutions. About you 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform products. Fluent in automation concepts, including workflow builders, rules engines, orchestration, triggers and actions, and integrations, with an understanding of how customers compose them into scaled, dependable processes. Enterprise experience partnering with large customers managing workflows for thousands of users, including navigating AI governance, change management, and system-critical processes. Proven track record of owning business outcomes for a product, including revenue or consumption metrics, reporting, and ROI analysis to drive prioritization and communicate impact to leadership. Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including building with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool use, and evaluations, with the ability to reason about model behavior and trade-offs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners, enterprise customers, and leadership. Experience with consumption/usage-based billing products, AI evaluation systems, or enterprise AI deployments is a plus.   At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission.
