Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we're looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success! Last time we hired a [job title], we received a total of XXX applications but only XX were selected for an intro call. Some of the key reasons why previous candidates didn't make it past the application screening stage include: CV writing and content: we receive a lot of CVs, and many of them are AI-generated. We love seeing people leverage AI—it's a big focus for us internally too—but without human intervention, these CVs can sometimes become generic and fail to show a candidate in the best light. What we're really looking for is the specific details of real impact that only you know from your previous experience. A top tip from us is to use the "Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z" formula (credit: Laszlo Bock, ~2014) to give a really clear picture of what you've worked on. A final note: including links to your previous companies' websites is a huge help and allows us to truly understand your background! Application care: every single application we receive is reviewed by a human (yes, hundreds of them) because we believe that candidates' efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision-making process. Profile to role fit: highlight most important aspects of the role, points that might get misunderstood, any specific industry requirements etc. About your application English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You'll be using it a lot if you join us. A fair look for everyone. Payment Operations Specialist, Technical Operations
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$63,570 - $63,570 / Year
pythongosqltableaulookerpower bi+6

About FastSpring : FastSpring is how AI, SaaS, gaming, software, and digital product companies sell online in more places around the world. We handle all payment needs from checkout to taxes so you can go farther faster. Founded in 2005, we are a privately owned company headquartered in Santa Barbara with offices in Amsterdam, Austin, Belfast, Dublin, Halifax, and Singapore. Payment Operations Specialist, Technical Operations Department: Payment Operations | Location: Remote — United States | Reports To: Senior Manager, Payment Operations Position Overview: The Payment Operations Specialist, Technical Operations supports daily payment operations across multiple processors and regions for FastSpring's network of more than 2,500 sellers. The role pairs hands-on operational work — chargeback and PayPal dispute support, issue investigation, and seller-facing resolution — with technical operations analytics across five areas: authorization rates, chargeback rates, data normalization, processing costs, and reconciliation support. It is an entry-to-early-career position for someone curious about how payments work, comfortable in a spreadsheet, and inclined to chase down a number that looks wrong. Within a year, this person should own recurring analysis in at least one of those five areas, handle disputes independently, and be the person others ask when a number doesn't reconcile — a path that leads toward senior payment operations, payments analytics, or risk and fraud. Payments is a field you learn by doing, and we welcome candidates from varied backgrounds and career paths; curiosity and analytical instinct matter more here than a specific résumé. Responsibilities & Goals: Support chargeback and PayPal dispute workflows — case review, evidence gathering, and representment preparation under guidance from senior team members — and coordinate with sellers and internal teams to collect supporting documentation. Monitor chargeback volumes, win rates, and fraud ratios against card network thresholds by seller, processor, and MID, and analyze disputes by reason code, product, and geography to separate fraud from service or billing causes. Investigate Tier I–II payment inquiries involving authorizations, declines, settlements, refunds, disputes, or processor behavior; escalate complex cases and maintain clear handoff notes, including for weekend coverage. Track authorization approval and decline rates across processors, regions, and payment methods, breaking declines down by response code and category to pinpoint where approvals are being lost. Normalize payment data across sources — processor response codes, decline and chargeback categories, and reporting definitions — and run routine data-quality checks so figures from different systems are comparable. Track what payments actually cost by processor and region — interchange, scheme fees, acquirer markup, FX, and dispute fees — and check processor invoices and fee statements against expected rates, flagging anomalies or misapplied pricing. Support daily and monthly reconciliation across platform records, processor reports, and bank statements, investigating unmatched items and contributing to the reporting and SOPs that surface payment performance, cost, and dispute trends across the organization. Experience & Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in payment operations, chargebacks, risk operations, customer support operations, finance operations, ecommerce operations, or a related field; experience in SaaS, digital goods, ecommerce, fintech, marketplace, or subscription businesses is a plus. Basic understanding of card payments, payment processors, PayPal, refunds, disputes, or the chargeback lifecycle; hands-on experience and exposure to merchant-of-record environments are preferred but not required. Comfort working with data, dashboards, spreadsheets, and exported reports — able to pull a data set apart, summarize it, and tell when the result looks wrong. Curiosity about why a number moved and the persistence to find out, paired with strong attention to detail and a clear sense of accountability. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across systems and queues while following documented processes accurately. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to ask good questions and document work carefully enough for someone else to pick it up. Willingness and ability to work a schedule that includes weekends, with two weekdays off. Technology & Systems: Comfortable in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); familiarity with reporting or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred. Exposure to SQL, Python, APIs, or observability tools — or a genuine appetite to learn them. Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to assist with documentation, data cleanup, research, and workflow improvement. Familiarity with processor portals, settlement files, or other reconciliation and accounting-adjacent workflows is a plus; we expect these tools to be learned on the job rather than mastered on arrival. Consistent with FastSpring's values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. The base pay range below represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document). In addition, FastSpring provides a variety of benefits to employees. Estimated Base Pay Range $63,570—$63,570 USD About the Company: FastSpring is an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY/AFFIRMATIVE ACTION employer. Candidates are considered for employment with FastSpring without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, military status, veteran status (specifically status as a disabled veteran, special disabled veteran, Vietnam Era veteran, recently separated veteran, armed forces service medal veteran, or other protected veteran) or other classification protected by applicable federal, state or local law. AI Transparency Statement: FastSpring may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) or automated tools during portions of the recruitment process to assist with operational and administrative activities, including candidate communications, scheduling, application organization, and interview documentation. These tools are designed to support efficiency and consistency within the hiring process. AI systems are not used as the sole determinant of hiring outcomes, and all employment decisions are made by qualified human reviewers. We are committed to responsible and fair hiring practices and continue to evaluate our use of technology accordingly.

Senior Fullstack Data Analyst (Commercial Analytics)
PleoDenmark, Portugal, Spain, UK (Fully Remote)38 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$40,000 - $40,000 / Year
pythongoci/cdsqlbigquerydbt+10

About Pleo Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike - with a vision to help all businesses 'go beyond'. The word 'Pleo' actually means 'more than you'd expect', and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years. Now, we're at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can't say we've got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that's half the fun! What we can say is that we're a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together. About the role Please note: applications will be open until Friday 2nd October 2026 at 08.00 CEST. We will not review any applications before the closing window so please don't rush and take the time you need to submit a high quality application. Growth Intelligence owns the commercial data layer that powers Pleo's GTM engine from acquisition, retention and, propensity modelling to customer health. The team supports RevOps, Customer Experience, Customer Success, and senior commercial leadership with the data and models they need to make faster, smarter decisions. As a Senior Full Stack Data Analyst, you sit at the intersection of commercial analytics and customer intelligence. You build end-to-end analytics solutions (retention models, growth analyses, activation funnels, and GTM dashboards) that directly influence how Pleo acquires, onboards, retains, and grows its customer base. Who you'll work with You will report to the Senior Manager of the Growth Intelligence team. You will partner primarily with Customer Experience, Sales, and Success teams. You will also work closely with the onboarding and self-serve product teams as well as colleagues across Growth Intelligence and the broader data community, including Data Scientists in your team and Analytics Engineers who own the modelling layer your analysis depends on. For extra context, you'll also be leveraging technologies including SQL, dbt, BigQuery, Looker, Amplitude, HubSpot, Zuora, or Vitally. What you'll be doing Build and maintain the analytics layer for customer acquisition, onboarding, growth, and retention: propensity models, growth dashboards, activation funnels, and the commercial reporting GTM teams depend on day-to-day. Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Success teams to understand their data needs and deliver dashboards and analyses that drive operational decisions. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, commercial performance, and retention patterns to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities (owning the insight and narrative, not just the output). Support the onboarding and self-serve product teams with data on activation, engagement, and friction, translating product behaviour into insights that improve the customer journey. Design and analyse experiments to test growth hypotheses and optimise key commercial metrics within Pleo's experimentation methodology, ensuring statistical rigour. Build analytics explicitly designed for self-serve and AI access Contribute metric definitions and domain knowledge to the semantic layer, working with Data Services & Governance to ensure GTM metrics are consistently defined across BI tools and AI tooling. Engage with data colleagues across Intelligence to share knowledge, maintain standards, and contribute to a culture of craft. What you bring Proven experience working across both insights generation and analytics engineering in a SaaS environment (fintech is a big plus). Solid proficiency with Python, SQL and dbt: you write clean, tested models, understand layered architecture, can manipulate and analyse data to uncover insights. BigQuery experience, including complex transformations and performance considerations. BI tool proficiency such as Looker and LookML Commercial mindset: you understand GTM metrics, customer lifecycle stages, and how data connects to revenue outcomes. Strong data visualisation skills: you build dashboards that GTM stakeholders actually use, not just ones that look good. Understanding of how analytics outputs serve AI tools and self-serve analytics as first-class consumers: you design for machine access as well as human access, and know why metric consistency matters as AI tooling scales. Comfort with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices for analytics code. Strong ownership and delivery discipline: you manage multiple projects with close attention to detail and follow through. Solid understanding of data contracts: schema agreements, ownership, and SLAs between data producers and downstream consumers. This role is not a good fit if You prefer to specialise deeply in one area rather than wear multiple hats. This role requires you to move between analysis, analytics engineering, experimentation, and stakeholder management. You are not comfortable engaging directly with demanding commercial stakeholders and translating their needs into data solutions without a fully defined brief. You'll often need to shape the question as much as answer it. You need clean problem definitions before you can start. The commercial data environment here is genuinely complex. Definitions evolve, ownership is shared, and the right answer sometimes requires negotiation as much as analysis. Your first 6 months By the end of your first six months, you'll have built things that GTM teams are actively relying on. Growth Intelligence's core analytics layer: activation funnels, customer health reporting, retention signals will be in better shape than when you arrived. You'll know which models and dashboards matter most, where the gaps are, and have fixed at least some of them in ways that reduce manual work for RevOps, CS, and CX. You'll have contributed real metric definitions to the semantic layer, agreed with Data Services & Governance on what canonical GTM metrics actually are, and made that stick downstream. Analysts and AI tools will be getting consistent answers rather than each team maintaining their own version. You'll have a genuine working relationship with the commercial stakeholders you serve — RevOps, Customer Experience, Customer Success — and they'll have a clear sense of what to bring to you and what to expect back. And you'll have shipped at least one piece of analysis or tooling that changed a commercial decision or enabled something that wasn't possible before, not just improved the plumbing, but unlocked actual use. Show me the benefits Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending!) Lunch is on us for your work days - enjoy catered meals or receive a lunch allowance based on your local office Comprehensive private healthcare - depending on your location, coverage options include Vitality, Alan or Médis 25 days of annual leave + public holidays (additional days may apply in select countries based on local standards). If your application is successful, our interview process is as follows: Intro call: A 30-minute chat with our Talent Partner to discuss the role and your background. An async core skills test assessing your SQL fundamentals Hiring Manager interview: A 60-minute experience-based interview to deep dive into your domain knowledge and technical experience. Pleo Challenge: A live technical case interview designed to assess your technical expertise around data modeling, manipulation and insights generation. Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we're looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success! With this in mind, we want to help you understand what we really care about when reviewing your application: We receive a lot of CVs, and many of them are AI-generated. We love seeing people leverage AI - it's a big focus for us internally too- but without human intervention, these CVs can sometimes become generic and fail to show a candidate in the best light. What we're really looking for is the specific details of real impact that only you - not AI - know from your previous experience. A top tip from us is to use the "Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z" formula (credit: Laszlo Bock, ~2014) to give a really clear picture of what you've worked on. A final note: including links to your previous companies' websites is a huge help and allows us to truly understand your background. Every single application we receive is reviewed by a human (yes, hundreds of them) because we believe that candidates' efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision-making process. About your application English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You'll be using it a lot if you join us. A fair look for everyone. Our talent team reads every single application to ensure the process is fair. To keep things running smoothly, we only accept applications through our system—our support team can't pass on calls or emails. Diversity drives us. We can only reach our goals if our team reflects the world around us. That starts with you hitting apply, even if you don't tick every single box. YOUR ROLE Launch Potato is looking for a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a clear growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner who helps the team see around corners. You'll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering closely with our Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance, and challenge the team with insights they aren't currently seeing. Proactive retrospective analyses are being delivered across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance. Strong understanding of the full funnel metrics that support each team. Year 1: Trusted technical owner for assigned verticals end-to-end, from raw data ingestion through final dashboard. Reporting standardization is complete, retrospective analysis is a consistent output, and the business team views you as a go-to analytical partner who recommends action, not just reports findings. Competencies Analytical Rigor: Asks the hard questions and traces discrepancies to the source before drawing conclusions. Reporting Ownership: Engages stakeholders to understand how reporting is used before building, i.e. creates dashboards that are adopted, not just delivered. Business Acumen: Invests in understanding the business by asking the right questions before pulling the data. Communication: Asks enough upfront to make sure the answer lands with the right context for the right audience. Proactive Ownership: Surfaces problems early, engages before being asked, and drives work forward with a clear point of view. Collaboration: Builds trust by asking genuine questions and showing they care about what stakeholders need, not just what they asked for. Senior Account Executive, Creditors Rights & Collections
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$200,000 - $200,000 / Year
dentalcase managementaccounts receivableinsurancecompliancecompliance+10

We're Proof , a technology-enabled legal services platform built for the largest and most operationally demanding legal organizations in the country. We work with high-volume creditors' rights law firms, major debt buyers, and institutional property management operators — helping them serve defendants, file cases, manage affidavits, and navigate complex multi-state jurisdictional requirements through a single national platform. Our creditors' rights division, spanning consumer collections, debt buying, and the broader accounts receivable management (ARM) industry is the fastest-growing part of our business. Firms representing many of the largest debt buyers in the country are filing at record volumes in 2026. We are the platform built to support that scale — with jurisdictional rules hard-coded at dispatch, GPS-verified documentation on every job, automated affidavit generation, and SOC 2 Type 2 certification. We are not a referral network. We are a purpose-built operational infrastructure for firms that need to serve tens of thousands of defendants a month with precision and compliance. About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead new business development in our Creditors' Rights and consumer collections division. This is an enterprise hunter role — you will own the full sales motion from prospecting to close for the largest debt buyers and creditors' rights law firms in the country. The accounts you are selling into are sophisticated, volume-driven, and relationship-first. They care about compliance, documentation quality, jurisdictional accuracy, and throughput. This is not a volume-dial SDR-supported role. You will need to build relationships at the Managing Partner, Director of Operations, and VP of Legal Operations level. Your credibility, your knowledge of the creditors' rights and debt collection process, and your ability to connect Proof 's platform to their specific operational pain is how you win. The right person has sold into legal collections, debt buying, or the account receivable management (ARM) industry or a comparably regulated industry requiring complex compliance and documentation. You can speak knowledgeably about the creditors' rights process and engage a partner at a top creditors' rights firm as a peer, not as a salesperson. Location: Remote Travel required: 20% for client visits and industry events We're Proof , a high-growth startup in the legal tech industry, founded in 2017. We offer a best-in-class legal services platform used by thousands of law firms and property management companies. Our platform enables law firms and collections parties to access efficient, transparent, and accessible legal and document delivery services, traditionally out of reach. We are on a path to double our business this year and are building a team to help us scale rapidly. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are eager to help build a future where legal services are readily accessible, affordable, and efficient. If you have curiosity, passion, and a collaborative spirit to drive change in an outdated industry, we want you on our team. About the Role: We are hiring an Account Manager to own the post-contract relationship for our Creditors' Rights accounts. You take the handoff from the sales team at contract signing and own everything from there: onboarding, ramp, retention, and growth. New logos are assigned to you throughout the year as they close. The firms you will be managing file thousands of cases a month across multiple states, run formal audit programs, and hold their vendors to documented SLAs. You need to know their workflow, their plaintiff clients, and their operational requirements. The right person is organized, proactive, and comfortable with operational complexity. You do not wait for clients to surface problems. You understand what good looks like for a creditors' rights firm and you hold Proof accountable to it. What You'll Do: Onboarding and Scoping Take the handoff from the Account Executive at contract signing and lead the firm through onboarding. Define state footprint, plaintiff client mix, reporting requirements, serve attempt rules, e-filing setup, and exception handling. Set ramp milestones, volume targets, and reporting cadence with the firm in the first 30 days. Document and share these internally so every team member knows what was committed. Ensure the platform is configured to match what was sold. What the contract says and what the system does need to be the same thing. Identify and resolve onboarding blockers early, whether that is alt-service setup, e-filing registration, bulk upload format, or platform access, before they delay volume. Partner with the Solutions Architect to ensure customer success. Retention and Account Health Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your accounts. You are the person a Managing Partner or Director of Operations reaches out to when something is wrong, and you own getting it resolved. Maintain a regular communication cadence, monthly reviews for core accounts and formal QBRs for enterprise accounts. Monitor account health: serve rate, filing SLA adherence, volume trends, open job aging, complaint rate. Surface negative trends before the client does. Flag at-risk accounts early and escalate internally with enough specificity that the team can act on it. Expansion and Growth Find and develop expansion opportunities within your existing book. New states, new plaintiff clients, new service types. You own the commercial conversation on expansion. You identify the opportunity, you propose and negotiate the expanded scope, and you onboard it. Own renewal conversations. You know the account better than anyone and you are responsible for making the case for renewal and negotiating the terms. Platform and Industry Fluency Develop deep knowledge of the Proof platform. You need to know what it can do, what it cannot, how to configure it correctly, and where the edge cases are. Understand the end-to-end service of process workflow: job creation, server assignment, attempt cadence, affidavit generation, e-filing, and billing. Learn the state-specific service of process rules for your accounts' active jurisdictions. At minimum, you should know what constitutes valid service, what the filing SLA is, and what alt-service options exist. What You'll Bring: Required 3 or more years of account management or client services experience in a B2B environment. Experience working with creditors' rights law firms, law firms generally, or in the legal services space is strongly preferred. Strong organizational discipline. You manage a multi-account book without dropping things, keep your notes and CRM current, and close every open item. Clear, direct communication skills. You can write a straightforward status update to a Managing Partner and a clear internal escalation to an ops team in the same afternoon. Proactive mindset. You surface problems before they become crises. You do not wait for a client to bring you something you should have caught. Comfort with operational complexity. This is not a role where the product does everything cleanly. You will regularly manage billing exceptions, filing delays, alt-service disputes, and e-filing issues. Ability to learn new legal and regulatory frameworks quickly. You do not need to be an expert on day one, but you need to get there fast. Strongly Preferred Experience working with creditors' rights law firms or in the broader law firm space. You understand how these firms operate, who makes decisions, and what matters to them. Familiarity with service of process: service attempts, affidavit of service, e-filing, substituted service. Or a demonstrated ability to get fluent within 60 days. Prior experience with legal technology platforms, case management software, or process serving systems. Exposure to compliance-driven client relationships with audit programs, vendor questionnaires, SLA reporting requirements, and formal review cadences. Why Proof The Market Creditors' rights firms are under increasing pressure to use vendors that can document clean service, hold up under audit, and file on time across multiple jurisdictions. Proof is purpose-built for that environment. The firms filing the most cases are actively looking for a better solution, and we are the platform positioned to win that business. The Role The creditors' rights team is small and moving fast. You will have direct visibility into every account, direct access to the leadership making product and operational decisions, and real ownership over outcomes. This is not a role where you manage a queue. Compensation $130,000 base salary ($170,000 OTE) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and 401k available Work-from-home monthly stipend Flexible time off (paid planned and sick time, and paid holidays) Necessary equipment provided E-Verify This company participates in E-Verify, for more information view the Participation and Right to Work Posters.
