Technical Program Manager
PelotonHeadquarters - NY (Hybrid)38 days ago
InternshipHybridMid$140,400 - $140,400 / Year
agilescrumjiradentalmental healthremediation+7

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional cybersecurity programs across our enterprise technology landscape — security initiatives, risk remediation, compliance efforts, and technology projects that span many teams. You'll turn ambiguous goals into clear plans, chase down the right people across the organization to get things done, and own the outcomes end to end. This is a delivery role with a technical spine. You won't just track tasks — you'll understand the systems, ask the right technical questions, surface risks early, and make the calls that keep programs on schedule. Success means predictable delivery, aligned stakeholders, and teams that can do their best work without churn. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Take large, cross-team initiatives from intake through planning, execution, launch, and retrospective. Define scope, milestones, success metrics, and reporting Establish clear charters that define objectives, scope, stakeholders, success criteria, and decision rights — so every program starts with shared understanding and buy-in Lead security initiatives such as vulnerability and risk remediation, compliance and audit readiness, incident follow-ups, and control rollouts — coordinating security, engineering, and business teams to closure Relentlessly follow up across engineering, security, product, IT, and business owners to unblock work, confirm commitments, and keep remediation and delivery moving to the finish line Create realistic roadmaps and delivery plans across dependencies. Sequence work, set timelines, and keep them current as reality changes Map cross-team and cross-system dependencies, identify risks and blockers early, and drive them to resolution before they slip the schedule Provide crisp, honest status to leadership and stakeholders — what's on track, what's at risk, what needs a decision — tailored to the audience, and use strong communication to build alignment and drive action Facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and launch readiness. Keep meetings purposeful and decisions documented Spot process gaps and introduce lightweight practices that raise predictability and reduce toil, without adding bureaucracy YOU BRING TO PELOTON 5+ years in technical program or project management, delivering software or security programs across multiple teams Strong technical fluency — able to understand architecture, integrations, APIs, and security concepts well enough to ask sharp questions and challenge estimates Proven track record shipping complex, cross-functional programs on time Exceptional communication skills — able to write clearly, present to senior leadership, and influence without authority Skilled at building effective project charters and driving alignment on scope, owners, and success criteria Persistent, proactive follow-through — comfortable chasing down owners across many teams to close out commitments Skilled with Agile/Scrum and modern delivery practices, and comfortable adapting them to fit the work Experience with program tracking and planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar) Clear, calm decision-making under pressure and competing priorities Preferred: Background in a CIO/IT, security, or enterprise-platform organization Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts — vulnerability management, risk and compliance frameworks, or security controls Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, Security+, CISM) a plus Exposure to AI/ML or agentic AI programs A prior hands-on engineering or technical background Experience managing vendor relationships and external delivery partners How we work: We value clarity over ceremony — the right plan, the right owners, and honest status We surface risk early and solve problems as a team, not through blame We invest in our people: mentorship, growth, and space to do the best work of your career #LI-DD1 #LI-Hybrid The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. Principal Product Manager, Monetization Platform
SamsaraRemote - SF Bay Area (Fully Remote)38 days ago
InternshipFully RemotePrincipal$137,200 - $137,200 / Year
manufacturingarchitecturesalesrecruiting

Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role: This is a defining opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to build the platform that brings every new Samsara product to market. Samsara is launching a generation of products that do not price like traditional software: AI agents billed on usage, and products billed on the outcomes they deliver. Before a customer can buy any of them, each one has to be packaged, metered, rated, entitled, and invoiced. Today that work gets rebuilt product by product. You will make it a platform. You will own two numbers: time to market , measured from beta to general availability, and margin on the products you help launch. Margin belongs in this role because consumption products carry unit costs that licensed software does not. Pricing one profitably means knowing what it costs to serve, per customer and per unit of usage, and putting that number in front of the people making the pricing decision. You will build the monetization primitives every product team depends on, and you will shape what Samsara charges for and how it bundles. You will work across the full product suite, from fleet and equipment to the AI products built on top of them. To understand the range of products this platform supports, review Samsara Intelligence here , our product portfolio here , and our current plans and packaging here . This a remote position open to candidates residing in the US. You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact, helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won't be your last at Samsara. Product Architect
BlendUnited States (Fully Remote)38 days ago
ContractFully RemoteMid$118,000 - $139,000 / Year
godentalmental healtharchitecturetaxinsurance+3

Blend is a diverse team of problem solvers who believe that the world's financial resources should be more accessible. Our cloud banking platform is used by Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and over 330 other financial services firms to acquire more customers, increase productivity, and deliver end-to-end digital experiences. Our software enables our customers to process an average of more than $5 billion in loans per day, making it possible for consumers to reach their financial goals faster and lead better lives. Come do work that matters.   Note: This role's initial assignment is serving as the dedicated product owner for a contracted enterprise client build. This will allow the Team Member to learn the product deeply. Scope of that assignment (partial vs. full-time) is subject to the final Statement of Work. ROLE OVERVIEW Our fastest-growing home lending product line delivers streamlined digital origination, taking borrowers from application to a qualified, rate-locked loan in a single digital flow. Deployments range from out-of-the-box to highly customized builds for major banks and credit unions. Every lender runs origination a little differently, and our platform is built to flex to that. We need a Product Architect to step in and advise clients on what's standard, what's configurable, what's custom, and what we won't build, and to turn that guidance into a repeatable discovery process the whole go-to-market team can run. This is a forward-deployed role — you work where the client is, embedded in their process, backed by our engineering and product teams. What you learn in daily client conversations should shape how we package and price the product as our product lines converge onto a single platform. INITIAL ASSIGNMENT: DEDICATED PRODUCT OWNER, ENTERPRISE CLIENT BUILD We are contracting with a major enterprise client for a highly customized build on this product line, and the contract calls for a dedicated product owner. The first assignment for this role is owning that build: gathering and iterating requirements directly with the client, running the backlog with our globally distributed engineering team, and working day to day with the product team. Owning a complex build end-to-end is the fastest way to build deep product knowledge — the configuration model, the integration points, where custom work gets expensive — and that knowledge is exactly what the advisory side of this role requires. MISSION Own the technical product relationship with clients on this product line, from first pre-sales conversation through post-implementation. Advise clients on solution design during discovery and before contract signature, translate their needs into buildable requirements during delivery, and bring what you learn back into product strategy, packaging, and pricing. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the dedicated product owner for a contracted custom client build, owning requirements, backlog, and sprint execution with our globally distributed engineering team  Advise prospects through pre-sales discovery, guiding component selection and setting clear expectations on what's standard, what's custom, and what we won't build Make discovery repeatable by building the discovery questions, scoping method, and gap-analysis template that account executives, sales engineers, and deployment leads can run themselves on standard deals Support pre-sales on scoping, technical feasibility, solution design, and proposals for both standard and high-touch deployments Hand structured, buildable requirements to product owners for execution, with clear ownership so requirements are owned once Stay engaged after go-live on stabilization, adoption, and expansion opportunities Bring client signal into packaging and pricing decisions as we move toward a base-product-plus-add-ons model and converge our home lending product lines onto a single platform KEY PARTNERSHIPS Home lending product leadership (reporting relationship) Product owners, on backlog execution and sprint operations Pre-sales and solutions engineering Globally distributed engineering teams Delivery leads and customer success managers on active client programs PROFILE Technical depth plus product sense; equally at home in an architecture conversation with client engineers and a roadmap conversation with client executives Experience in a client-facing technical product role such as solutions architecture, technical product management, or implementation consulting Mortgage or fintech background strongly preferred; home equity and refinance domain knowledge is a significant advantage Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity; this is a strategic individual contributor role that helps define where we're going, not just operate inside today's setup Writes requirements engineering can build from without rework Comfortable working across global time zones and traveling to client sites as programs require (travel required)   Compensation: Base Salary Range: $118,000 – $139,000 (This applies to full time hires. Final offer determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience.) Bonus (if applicable):  Eligibility is contingent upon both company performance against established goals and achievement of individual performance objectives. Equity :  Meaningful Restricted Stock Units in public company stock (NYSE: BLND) so you share in Blend's long-term growth and success. Our Benefits at a Glance We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health and work-life balance. Health & Wellbeing We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, with a generous employer contribution that helps keep your medical insurance costs low. Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability coverage Generous PTO, holidays, and maternity/parental leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP): mental health, legal, childcare & eldercare, financial planning, college search, and more Voluntary benefits: accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, identity theft, and legal insurance Monthly wellness stipend for fitness, mental health, and well-being Additional perks: Milk Stork, pet insurance, and paid volunteer time off Growth & Future 401(k) retirement plan with company match Pre-tax savings: healthcare & dependent care FSAs, Limited Purpose FSA, and HSA

What You Will Do We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. As AI becomes the center of gravity for how companies work, this surface is how Lattice stays connected, interoperable, and indispensable. You'll join a fully staffed engineering team ready to execute, and together you'll make ecosystem interoperability a reason customers choose and stay with Lattice.  If you enjoy solving complex problems, shaping platform strategy, and working with great internal and external partners, you'll love the impact you can have here. As a Staff Product Manager for MCP & AI Ecosystem, you will: Define the MCP and AI ecosystem vision and multi-year strategy for Lattice. Establish what MCP, agents, and interoperable data should mean for Lattice customers and how Lattice can help shape the responsible use of AI in HR. Ship integrations that create leverage. Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data in the flow of work. Establish durable platform foundations. Drive product direction for authentication and permissions, agentic execution frameworks, data access, observability, reliability, and evaluations, so that future integrations are faster to build, safer to operate, and easier for customers to adopt. Be a technical thought partner to Engineering. Help shape technical direction on MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure, translating complex constraints into clear product decisions. Drive go-to-market with partners. Partner with Partnerships, Product Marketing, to launch integrations that deliver measurable customer and ecosystem impact. Own outcomes. Influence and own key results across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth. What You Will Bring to the Table We're looking for an experienced product manager with the technical depth and strategic instincts to shape Lattice's next generation of integrations and APIs. You'll be a great fit if you have a combination of: 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, integrations, API, developer, or ecosystem products with broad customer and business impact. Deep experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems, such as ad tech, martech, marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, data connectivity, or similar environments where partnership strategy shaped what you built. Technical fluency across third-party integration patterns, data sync and field mapping, APIs, webhooks, authentication and OAuth, permissions, and reliability. You can hold credible architecture conversations with engineers, security teams, and partner CTOs. A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with engineering, and of standing up partner or marketplace launches with go-to-market teams. Experience turning a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage and measurable business lever, rather than a set of table-stakes connections. The ability to influence senior leaders and align teams with different incentives around clear decisions, priorities, and outcomes. Clear, confident communication that brings internal teams and external partners into alignment. A bias for action and the ability to create structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving space.  Bonus: Exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling (helpful, not required). Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, or with HR/people-data or other sensitive-data workflows. Experience mentoring PMs or leading product practices across a team or product area. If you have strong experience with integrations, APIs, or platform products, even if you don't meet every preferred qualification, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for strong product thinkers with deep technical fluency, not perfect resumes. Location Requirement: This role is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada.
