About Vercel: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Vercel's compute platform — Fluid compute, Vercel, Functions, Sandbox, and more — the layer that runs every workload our customers deploy. You will set the direction for how developers configure, scale, and run code on Vercel, from a single function, to multi-service architectures, to agents. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid). Vercel invested in its own microVM-based compute infrastructure externally called "Fluid compute". Fluid changed what's now possible to run on Vercel. For example, we've delivered Sandboxes, a new primitive to run untrusted and agent-generated code. We are just scratching the surface of what Fluid is can deliver. This is a senior role with wide latitude: you'll decide where that platform goes next. If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team. What You Will Do: Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Vercel's compute platform. Define how Vercel serves AI and agent workloads, where long-running, I/O-bound, and code-executing tasks have a fundamentally different compute profile than traditional request/response traffic. Shape the developer experience of running workloads on Vercel: resource model, attributes, API and config files. Partner with Engineering on the performance and reliability bar for compute, including cold starts and creation time latency Define pricing for new products and resources. Set the compute primitives that adjacent product areas build on, and work with those teams on what they need from the platform Work directly with Enterprise customers and the field on compute requirements that block adoption or scale About You: You've built and shipped infrastructure or developer platform products, ideally compute, serverless, containers, or runtime platforms You have the technical depth to reason about concurrency, cold starts, isolation models, and the cost and performance tradeoffs of a compute platform You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted You have experience with AI or agent workloads and how their resource profile differs from conventional web traffic You have experience working directly with Enterprise customers on infrastructure requirements You have experience using usage and product analytics data to drive roadmap decisions Bonus If You: Have worked at a cloud provider or on a serverless, container, or edge compute platform Have an engineering background or have built software yourself Have worked on multi-runtime platforms and the tradeoffs of supporting several language runtimes Have worked on sandboxing, isolation, or secure execution of untrusted code Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. Flexible Time Off. We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed. The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Senior Manager, Intelligence & Advocacy
AirbnbUnited States (Fully Remote)39 days ago
InternshipFully RemoteSenior$175,000 - $175,000 / Year
data sciencecompliancecompliancecoachingrecruiting

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join:  Fraud & Safety Investigations (FSI) is at the heart of keeping Airbnb safe for the millions of hosts and guests who trust our platform every day. As part of Global Operations, FSI investigates and enforces on fraud and safety cases across the full user lifecycle — from account creation to post-stay — leveraging a team of internal and partner agents operating 24/7 across the globe. The Intelligence & Advocacy team is FSI's proactive intelligence and regional advocacy function. Fraud Intelligence hunts emerging threats before they scale — turning raw signals into platform defenses faster than bad actors can adapt. Global Trust Advocacy ensures that what works globally actually works locally — owning regional legal requirements, cultural nuances, and compliance considerations across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Together, this team is why Airbnb stays ahead of novel fraud, and why global strategies hold up in every market. The Difference You Will Make: As the Senior Manager, Intelligence & Advocacy, you'll lead two teams: the Fraud Intelligence (FRINT) team and the Global Trust Advocacy (GTA) team. You'll sit on the FSI leadership team and report directly to the Director of Fraud and Safety Investigations. These two teams share a common purpose: staying ahead of what's coming and making sure FSO's strategies actually work in the real world. FRINT finds fraud before it scales. GTA ensures global playbooks land in every market — without breaking local policy, compliance, or cultural context. You'll own three outcomes for the org: Proactive intelligence: Lead a team that identifies and disrupts novel fraud threats before they scale — turning raw signals into platform defenses faster than bad actors can adapt. Regional compliance and advocacy: Understand regional legal requirements, local compliance, and cultural nuances across FSO queues — ensuring enforcement is locally appropriate and globally consistent. Global-to-local translation: Ensure that every global playbook, product launch, and policy built lands cleanly in local markets — without creating compliance risk or impacting local user experience. A Typical Day:  Lead the Intelligence & Advocacy team Manage the Fraud Intelligence manager and three Global Trust Advocacy regional leads (APAC, EMEA, LATAM) — building a high-performance, distributed team with clear goals, regular coaching, and a strong culture of ownership. Set the strategy and operating rhythm for how Intelligence & Advocacy delivers against I&I's roadmap and FSI's organizational priorities. Represent Intelligence & Advocacy on the FSI leadership team — bringing the proactive intelligence and regional advocacy perspective to org-wide decisions. Build and deepen strategic relationships with regional GMs, Country Managers, and local leadership across every market. Drive fraud intelligence strategy Own the strategic direction of FRINT — the team responsible for proactively identifying, analyzing, and disrupting novel fraud threats before they scale across the platform. Oversee the team's intelligence cycle: detecting anomalies and emerging patterns, analyzing fraud networks and threat actor methodologies, implementing real-time mitigations via grigri and live rules engines, and reporting findings to leadership and cross-functional partners. Partner with Trust Engineering, Data Science, and Product to translate intelligence findings into automated detection rules, platform defenses, and upstream policy changes. Own global trust advocacy and regional compliance Understand regional compliance, local legal requirements, and cultural nuances across FSO queues — serving as the authoritative voice on what global enforcement strategies need to adapt to work locally and advocate for localized solutions to enable regional growth. Ensure global playbooks built by GM and platform teams translate well to local execution — proactively identifying where global-default approaches create compliance risk, cultural friction, or operational gaps in non-US markets. Lead structured stakeholder engagement with Country Managers, regional business leads, Legal, Public Policy, and Supply teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM — hosting QBRs, forums, and recurring syncs that build trust and surface regional priorities early. Translate regional risk signals into standardized intelligence briefs that feed directly into FSO planning, product roadmaps, and prioritization. Influence and partner cross-functionally Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Public Policy, and regional business teams to ensure FSO's proactive intelligence and regional needs are represented early in planning. Communicate complex fraud intelligence and regional compliance considerations clearly to executive and senior leadership audiences — making the invisible visible. Act as a thought partner to peers on the FSI leadership team, helping the org make better decisions through proactive intelligence, regional insight, and advocacy for localized execution. Your Expertise: 12+ years of experience in trust and safety, fraud intelligence, risk operations, or a related field — with a track record that spans both deep analytical work and cross-functional leadership. 5+ years managing teams, including experience managing managers — you know how to build team capability, set clear expectations, and develop people toward greater autonomy and scope. Demonstrated experience in fraud intelligence, risk strategy, or threat analysis — you understand how fraud actors operate, how detection systems work, and what it takes to stay ahead of evolving tactics. Deep understanding of regional and international trust and safety dynamics — you've navigated local legal requirements, regulatory landscapes, and cultural nuances across multiple markets, and you know how global-default strategies break down in practice. Strong cross-functional influence skills — you know how to build credibility with regional business leaders, Legal, Policy, and Product partners, and how to translate FSO needs into language that moves roadmaps and decisions. Analytical depth — you can interpret large volumes of data, surface insight from ambiguous signals, and build compelling cases from both quantitative and qualitative inputs. Clear, direct communicator — you produce authoritative intelligence products and present regional risk assessments to executive audiences with confidence and precision. Experience operating in a global, distributed team environment — you thrive across time zones, cultures, and organizational contexts without losing clarity or accountability. Familiarity with fraud detection tooling, rules engines, or intelligence platforms is a strong plus — you don't need to build them yourself, but you understand how they work and what your team needs to succeed. Headquarters: Remote - US: Select locations Role Description Dropbox is hiring a Customer Evidence Manager to own and drive the customer-proof infrastructure that powers our managed sales motion. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a commercially minded, creatively grounded customer marketer who understands that the value of a customer story is not that it gets published — it is that it protects customer trust, gives buyers credible, accurate proof and moves a deal forward. You are the editorial authority on what good looks like, not the person writing every script: execution (writing, video, design) is delivered through agency partners you brief and direct. Enterprise buyers do not decide on brand claims. They decide on credible proof from organizations like theirs: customer stories, ROI evidence, video testimonials, peer reviews, and competitive validation. In this role, you will produce that evidence and ensure it reaches sellers and customers at the moments it can have the greatest commercial impact. You will own the program outcomes and operational rigor — setting the creative and editorial bar for what makes a great customer story, directing the agency partners who produce the work, and deploying that proof into active deals — and measuring evidence's impact on pipeline, win rates, and sales-cycle velocity. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Campaign Enablement, and product teams to prioritize proof for the full suite of Dropbox products and solutions, including AI capabilities, multi-product platform adoption, and priority vertical workflows. You will get substantial senior Sales and Marketing leadership exposure and a direct, measurable line to revenue during a pivotal shift in how Dropbox goes to market. Responsibilities Identify advocates, coordinate outreach with account teams, manage consent and approvals, record participation preferences, and avoid customer fatigue. Set the creative and editorial direction and maintain the evidence taxonomy, freshness, and discoverability of the asset library — case studies, ROI studies, video testimonials, peer/G2 reviews, customer voice, and competitive proof . Manage the sales content library (Highspot, Deeto, or comparable) — organize assets by deal stage, customer profile, vertical, and product; set and enforce freshness standards; and proactively surface content gaps. Run a recurring Sales–Marketing feedback session to understand seller needs, assess content performance in live deals, and prioritize new evidence. Ensure the right proof reaches the right seller for the right deal stage proactively, and track evidence utilization by account executive and deal stage to close adoption gaps. Partner with Marketing Operations to build campaign attribution and reporting in Salesforce, measuring evidence's influence on pipeline, win rate, and sales-cycle velocity. Provide monthly reporting to Sales and Marketing on evidence performance and pipeline acceleration, and maintain a rolling pipeline of customers at each stage of evidence development. Requirements 8+ years in B2B content marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement — ideally spanning all three. Demonstrated experience building and operating a customer evidence, case-study, or advocacy program that sellers actively used in live sales cycles (not solely a published content library). Strong command of complex B2B sales cycles and the specific evidence needed at each stage, from discovery and evaluation through procurement and legal review. Direct experience partnering with account executives and SDRs to produce commercially effective content and enablement. A creative/editorial background with strong instincts for what makes a compelling customer story and credible social proof — able to set the bar, write briefs, direct and manage agency partners, and edit to a high standard (rather than personally produce every asset), while managing multiple stories and stakeholders at once. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with Highspot, Seismic, DocSend, or a comparable sales content platform. Experience with Salesforce campaign attribution, pipeline reporting, or closely related revenue analytics — able to connect content performance to business outcomes. Experience supporting enterprise or managed sales motions in a SaaS environment. Experience developing customer proof for AI products, workflow products, or multi-product platform adoption. Familiarity with G2 or other peer-review programs, and with GEO / customer-voice strategy. Experience partnering with Marketing Operations/Campaign Enablement/ Marketing Data Science on content attribution and sales-content analytics.
