Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing
SwarmaeroRemote (Fully Remote)41 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid$130,000 - $180,000 / Year

Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and the most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. The Role Right now our factories are floor plans, early equipment, and a handful of people who've done this before. In a few years they need to produce aircraft at rate. You'll help find everyone in between. You'll be a core part of our manufacturing hiring across two sites: our Oxnard HQ and a new facility in Northwest Arkansas. Early on, that means landing the few people who set the foundation. Later, it means scaling fast without lowering the bar. When manufacturing hiring is lighter, you'll flex to support other teams across the company, so you'll never be short on work or on range. The Work Own full-cycle hiring across manufacturing, industrial, quality, tooling, and production roles at both sites, from technicians on the floor to the leaders running them Learn manufacturing well enough to follow a layout review. Composites, tooling, process development, and factory ramp: you should know what good looks like Recruit from where the talent actually is. Automotive, EV, consumer hardware, and high-rate industrial manufacturing are often better sources for us than legacy aerospace Build our Northwest Arkansas talent pipeline from zero: schools, trade programs, local manufacturers, veteran networks, and community partners Hire ahead of the scale-up. Build relationships today with people we may not hire for two years Flex to support aircraft, supply chain, operations, and other teams when manufacturing volume allows. Manufacturing always comes first You Have [4+] years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time recruiting for manufacturing, production, or hardware teams Know the difference between a manufacturing engineer and an industrial engineer without looking it up Have hired through a factory launch, production ramp, or high-growth hardware environment and liked the pace Can run hiring in two very different markets without either one feeling like the afterthought Would rather source a composites tech out of a boat builder than wait for an applicant Bonus Points Recruiting experience at an EV, automotive, aerospace, or hardware company during a plant launch or ramp Experience hiring hourly and skilled trades at volume alongside engineering roles Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas or Midwest manufacturing talent market Supply chain or operations recruiting experience Why This Seat You get to build the hiring engine for a factory before it exists, at a company where manufacturing is the whole ballgame. How We Recruit We're a small recruiting team building a defense company that has to win. Here's how we operate, and we hire recruiters who already work this way. The Standard. We know the work deeply. We are not generalists hiding behind job descriptions; we study the engineering, the domain, and the landscape until we can hold a real conversation with a practitioner. Every candidate who talks to us should call it the best recruiting experience of their career, and we each bring our own personality to get there. High touch, never scripted. How We Think. One foot old school, one foot forward: we're obsessive about the fundamentals of recruiting and restless about finding better ways to do it. We play the long game and hire for what someone will do in two and five years, not just next quarter. And we'd rather define the industry standard than follow it. How We Operate. Mission first, always. Speed is a competitive weapon, and we use it. Quality over comfort: we'll have the harder conversation with a hiring manager before we'll make the easy hire. If that reads like a description of how you already work, we want to talk. ITAR requirement To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Swarm Aero is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences and make employment decisions without regard to race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or disability. What We Offer Meaningful equity in a high-growth defense technology company Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, vision, and 401k PTO and paid sick leave Monthly wellness stipend Daily catered lunch (office) Paid parental leave Direct impact on a critical national security mission A world-class team of engineers and operators solving genuinely hard problems Compensation: $130K – $180K • $130K – $180K Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide , including 9 of top 10 US banks, Camunda helps enterprises boost operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver better customer experiences. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform . We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorn list, 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: As a Customer Success Manager at Camunda, you'll be the strategic partner to a portfolio of enterprise customers, helping them turn complex process orchestration and automation goals into real, measurable outcomes. You'll sit at the intersection of business impact and technical possibility —guiding customers through adoption, growth, and renewal while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Support. In line with our FAITH values (Focus, Ambition, Integrity, Talent, Humor), you'll combine clear thinking, honest partnership, and a bias for action to drive long-term success for our customers and for Camunda. Drive retention and expansion by managing health, risk, and opportunities across your accounts, partnering with Sales and internal teams to secure renewals and uncover meaningful growth opportunities. Lead structured customer conversations (e.g., onboarding sessions, success plan reviews, value and health check-ins) that connect Camunda capabilities to customer outcomes in clear, business-friendly terms. Use data to tell the story —leveraging usage, value, and health signals to prioritize actions, forecast outcomes, and make informed recommendations for both customers and internal stakeholders. Project manage cross-functional work (with TAMs, Consulting, Product, and Support) to unblock customers, close the loop on issues, and keep complex programs moving forward. Contribute to our Customer Success practice by sharing learnings, mentoring peers, and helping refine playbooks, processes, and tooling as our team and portfolio scale. What you bring: Ability and/or willingness to use our product . Relevant experience: 6+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or customer-facing consulting in B2B software , ideally working with enterprise customers. Relationship & stakeholder management: Proven ability to build trust with senior and operational stakeholders, navigate complex organizations, and lead candid, outcome-focused conversations. Commercial awareness & forecasting: Experience supporting or owning renewals and expansion in a recurring revenue model, including comfort with forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and risk/opportunity assessment. Data-informed decision-making: Ability to interpret customer data (adoption, health signals, value metrics) and turn it into clear insights, priorities, and next steps for both customers and internal teams. Communication & facilitation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leading customer meetings, presenting recommendations, and aligning cross-functional collaborators in a remote-first environment. Nice-to-haves: Experience working with customers in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries. Experience with orchestration, automation, or adjacent domains (e.g., process improvement, workflow, integration platforms) and/or technical products. Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM/CS platforms for managing accounts, activities, and health. Experience working closely with technical counterparts (e.g., Solution Architects, TAMs, Engineering, or Product) to drive adoption and resolve complex issues. A track record of mentoring peers , contributing to playbooks, or helping shape how a Customer Success team operates. This seat owns hiring for Mission and defense business development, business operations, finance and accounting, real estate, and marketing. The searches are fewer, but every one of them matters. Many are the first hire in a function: the finance leader who takes us into our next stage, the real estate lead who helps stand up a new facility, the capture and program people who put our aircraft and software in front of the warfighter. We treat them like the high-stakes searches they are. The Work Own full-cycle hiring across Mission, business operations, finance and accounting, real estate, and marketing Recruit defense BD, capture, program, and mission roles with real credibility, and know where those people come from: primes, defense tech startups, the Pentagon, and the operational force Run senior and first-of-kind searches like an executive search partner: map the market, calibrate early, and close hard Be the advisor first-time hiring managers didn't know they needed. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to be the finance business partner to our Corporate or GTM organization. You will own the overall or GTM P&Ls and build the driver-based models behind some of the most consequential questions in SaaS finance today: what is the right plan, where we should invest, and make course corrections. You will partner directly with our Senior Leadership Team on investment decisions, headcount, and unit economics, and manage and develop a Senior Financial Analyst. You will join our global Finance team, report to the VP of FP&A, and work alongside the other FP&A leads - with scope that will grow as Camunda does. What you'll be doing: Business Partnership: Serve as the primary finance partner to SLT, supporting decisions on hiring, investment prioritization, and resource allocation P&L Ownership: Own the P&Ls end to end — budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and the "what changed, why it matters, what we do next" narrative for leadership. Financial Modeling: Build and continuously improve driver-based models, such as the long-range plan, bookings model, and ad hoc analyses. Planning & Forecasting: Lead planning cadences (annual, quarterly, monthly outlooks) and integrate business partners' inputs into the corporate forecast alongside our FP&A leads. Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration , enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes. With built-in governance, auditability, and human oversight, Camunda gives enterprises the control they need to move AI from pilots to production — safely and at scale. About the role: From the moment a team opens Camunda for the first time, our job is to help them succeed — fast. As Principal Product Manager for Time to First Production, you'll own exactly that experience: the journey from a new team's very first workspace (or first local start) to their first process running confidently in production. Your mission is simple to say and genuinely exciting to build: make that first win happen sooner, more smoothly, and more reliably than ever before. You'll be the DRI for one of Product Strategy's three company-wide outcome areas, with real license to shape it — define what a great first experience looks like, build the measurement that proves we're delivering it, and set the strategy and priorities that Engineering, Design, and our Experience org build against. It's a founding-type mandate: the outcome area is established and the ambition is clear, and you'll have the room to define the metric, the roadmap, and the experience that gets us there. You'll work at the intersection of Camunda's push into agentic, AI-first ways of building (AI-assisted modeling, agentic development, ProcessOS-style process re-engineering) and the fundamentals of a great first-run experience (onboarding, guided building, testing, and the path to production). It's a role for someone who loves turning a bold, company-wide ambition — delight customers from day one — into a measurable, funded, and genuinely exciting product Curious about the kind of challenges you'll work on at Camunda? Watch this quick 30-minute talk from our engineers to learn more about the new Camunda Exporter and how we're solving complex problems at scale What You Will Do: Own the Time to First Production outcome area end to end: define its north-star metric(s), the customer journey they represent, and the roadmap of investments ("rocks" and initiatives) that move them. Partner with the Validation team to build best-in-class, end-to-end measurement of the journey, so we always know exactly how well we're delivering for new teams and where to invest next. Set direction and make prioritization calls across a portfolio of initiatives spanning AI-assisted and agentic building experiences, guided onboarding, testing/validation tooling, the path to production, and human-in-the-loop process experiences — in close partnership with Engineering, Design, and Experience pod leads. Represent this outcome area to SLT, Product Marketing, and GTM, translating fast-moving product work into a clear, evidence-based narrative for internal and external audiences. Collaborate closely with fellow Outcome DRIs (Enterprise Adoption, Production Confidence) to keep the three outcome areas coherent as one product strategy, and to hand work cleanly across the outcome boundaries (e.g., "first process" vs. "the second process and beyond"). Bring an outside-in, evidence-based lens — grounding roadmap decisions in real customer needs and feedback, not internal assumptions. What You Bring: Significant experience as a Principal/Staff-level Product Manager owning a cross-cutting, metrics-driven outcome or platform area (not a single feature surface) in B2B or enterprise SaaS. A track record of building measurement and north-star metrics from scratch — comfortable partnering with data/analytics functions to go from "we don't really know" to a credible, trusted number. Strong influence and cross-functional leadership skills: you can align Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive stakeholders around a strategy without relying on formal authority. Excellent written communication — this role's primary tool is the strategy document that others build against, so clear, structured writing matters as much as decision-making. A genuine passion for customer experience, paired with comfort shaping your own remit as the outcome area, its metric, and its roadmap continue to evolve. An interest in (or track record with) AI-native and agentic ways of working — Camunda's product organization is actively building for a world where AI agents build, test, and even help re-engineer processes. Nice to Haves: Background in process automation, workflow orchestration, BPM, or developer platforms. Experience partnering with Product Marketing / Analyst Relations on category or outcome-level positioning. Experience in a company mid-transition to an AI-first product operating model. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the role: We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who's passionate about building reliable, scalable infrastructure that helps developers ship better software faster. You'll design and maintain our Kubernetes-based multi-cloud platform, improve our monitoring and observability tools, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve real problems in real time. This is a role where you'll own the systems that power Camunda, drive automation that raises the bar for everyone, and mentor others who want to do the same. If you thrive on building things that work well and don't break when they shouldn't, we'd love to talk. What You'll Be Doing: Design and maintain our infrastructure – You'll evolve our Kubernetes-based, multi-cloud platform architecture, ensuring it's available, scalable, and fault-tolerant. You'll establish configuration best practices and network services that our teams rely on. Build observability that matters – Implement and improve monitoring and alerting tools that give both SREs and developers real visibility into system health and performance. Make it easy for teams to understand what's happening across our stack. Own your systems end-to-end – You'll adopt a "you build it, you run it" mentality, which means participating in on-call rotations and being the go-to person when things need quick fixes. You'll create runbooks and automation that turn complex problems into manageable processes. Ship features and improvements with product teams – Work cross-functionally with product engineering, product management, and support to define and deliver features that move the needle. Bring your expertise to the table early and often. Push automation to the next level – Identify repetitive work and automate it away. Share what you learn with your teammates so everyone gets better at their craft. We measure progress by the quality of our systems, not hours worked. Be the expert others learn from – Help less experienced engineers tackle complex infrastructure challenges. Break down technical problems into clear steps and support others in growing their skills. What You Bring: Must Haves: Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes – You've built, deployed, and maintained Kubernetes clusters in production environments. You understand how to manage workloads, networking, and storage at scale. Infrastructure as code expertise – You're fluent in tools like Terraform (or similar IaC tools) and know how to version, test, and safely deploy infrastructure changes. Demonstrated experience in monitoring and observability – You've worked with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms to instrument systems and alert on what matters. Strong 3rd-level support and incident response skills – You've responded to production incidents, diagnosed complex issues, and communicated clearly with stakeholders under pressure. You understand root cause analysis and how to prevent issues from happening again. A passion for automation and raising the quality bar – You see manual work as a problem to be solved. You care deeply about building systems that are reliable, maintainable, and easy to understand. Responsible use of AI tools – You leverage AI for research, code review, documentation, test generation, and automation to improve your effectiveness. You know how to validate AI outputs against requirements, never share confidential or personal data with AI systems without authorization, and always retain human accountability for decisions and deliverables. Nice-to-haves: Experience with major cloud providers – You've worked with AWS (EKS), Google Cloud Platform (GKE), or similar managed Kubernetes services. ArgoCD or GitOps workflows – You've used declarative, Git-driven infrastructure management to keep systems in sync. Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages – You write scripts and automation tools that solve real problems. Experience with SLOs and alerting frameworks – You've helped teams define meaningful service level objectives and set up alerts that don't cry wolf.
