Full TimeFully RemoteMid$50,000 - $50,000 / Year

Role: Senior Product Designer Company: SimpleStudy Location: Remote, Europe (preferably Western / continental); relocation to Lisbon possible Job Type: Full-time About SimpleStudy SimpleStudy is an AI exam prep platform that students find and choose for themselves. In some numbers: 1.5M+ students across the UK, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, and Australia 40–50k new students every week Web, mobile, and desktop apps $4M seed round with investors from Strava, OpenAI, and Meta The traction came fast. Now the company is refounding: rebuilding the brand, the design language, and the product experience from scratch. The product grew like a Jenga tower, one feature on top of another. The job now is to rebuild it as a pyramid. The team is ~30 people, remote with a Lisbon office — lean, product-led, and deliberately not a typical edtech company. You'll report to José, the Founding Designer, and work with him as a partner. José tends to lead early framing and direction. You bring strong craft and take the work to the finish line, in close sync with engineering. You both shape the new design language, and you push back with a better idea when you see one. What you are expected to do: Shape the new design language and brand: design system, rebrand, and the new mobile app. Own the full design process — from an ambiguous problem to a polished, shipped solution. Drive the consumer experience: onboarding, social features, retention, and the learning loop. Work in close sync with engineers and PM, not as a handoff step - polish the implementation together until it feels right. Bring your own initiatives and say "no, but…" when you see a better way. Raise the bar for the whole design team. What you need to succeed: High craft — your visual work is polished and intentional; the details reveal your thinking. Storytelling over process — you take an ambiguous problem, frame it, and make it simple. Your portfolio shows artifacts, not diagrams; it has a point of view. Consumer instinct — you've shipped B2C products that people chose to use. You understand product metrics and use them as input, but you lead with feel and craft. Opinions with backbone — you have a design philosophy, can defend it under pushback, and bring your own initiatives. You don't wait to be told what to build. Energy and curiosity — you're an interesting person with a life outside work, and you leave people energised after a conversation. English — fluent, written and spoken. What would be a plus: A standout specialty: prototyping, illustration, animation, or motion. Experience with social or viral product mechanics. Background at consumer companies like Spotify or Strava. Early-stage or founding designer experience. Comfortable in code: prototyping or polishing the front end. What you get: Build from scratch, at scale — a new design language for a product already used by 1.5M+ students. A strong partner - work closely with José, the Founding Designer (ex-Shopify), with direct access to the founders. Equity — generous stock options, early enough for them to matter. Remote Europe — work from where you choose, with in-person meetups three times a year; relocation support if you want to move to Lisbon. Competitive salary — no fixed budget, flexible. How to apply: A deck or a walkthrough video is fine. Show the work, keep it curated. Please email links to your LinkedIn / Resume and portfolio to The vacancy is proudly presented by the hirehire recruiting agency. "Craft matters here from day one. You'll rebuild the brand, the design system and the product together with José, a founding designer who cares a lot about how things feel. 1.5M students, real traction, and a team that picks quality over speed." — Tanya Sivo Product Design Expert, hirehire Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

RoomPriceGenieRemote United Kingdom (Fully Remote)42 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior£50,000 - £50,000 / Year
goepicmental healthcounselinghubspotsales+2

About RoomPriceGenie ✨🧞‍♂️ Founded in 2017, RoomPriceGenie is dedicated to helping hoteliers around the globe achieve optimal pricing. 🌍 We understand that many small hotels face challenges with digitalization, making their operations increasingly complex and often resulting in lost revenue. This is where we come in! We have developed a powerful solution that enables hotels to set the right prices in just seconds. ⏱️ Our state-of-the-art algorithm analyzes both internal hotel data and market trends to recommend pricing strategies that enhance revenue and improve booking rates. With customers spanning the globe—from the USA and Canada to Iceland, South Africa, China, Slovenia, Italy, and the UK—RoomPriceGenie has made a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry, and our clients love the results. ❤️ Now, we are excited to expand our customer base and spread the word about how we can support hoteliers in optimizing their pricing strategies. We invite you to join us on this journey! We actively encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds to enrich our team and drive innovation. Your Responsibilities You'll be the marketing lead for your region (UK, Ireland and BeNeLux), reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing. You decide where the money goes, you run the campaigns, and you're measured on the pipeline you create. Build the plan. Set your region's marketing strategy with your commercial lead: targets, channels, budget and calendar. Then change it when the market does. Fill the pipeline. Run full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, email, events and partners. Take global campaigns and make them work in your markets. Hand Sales leads they actually want to call. Spend like it's your own money. You get full control of your budget. Track what works, cut what doesn't, and show the return on every euro. Turn partners into growth. Build co-marketing with partners and associations that brings in real leads, not just logos on a slide. Create content hoteliers trust. Write thought leadership, guides and stories that build credibility in your markets, and work with our web team to get found in search and AI tools. Be the voice in the room. Represent marketing inside your regional sales, customer and partner teams. Bring what you hear in the market back to the business, and be the face of our brand at events, in the press and online. Work smarter with AI. Use AI for research, analysis, testing, content and automation, so you move faster and your work gets better. Enable the regional marketing team. Turn your best campaigns into playbooks others run, and coach fellow regional marketers. Your Profile 5+ years of B2B marketing experience , including at least 3 years in regional or field marketing roles with ownership of pipeline targets, not just activity. Experience building multi-market go-to-market plans across demand generation, paid, partnerships, content, events, and ABM. Strong background in marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution , and campaign optimization . Able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Hands-on experience managing a marketing budget and articulating ROI in commercial terms: sourced and influenced pipeline, CAC, payback. Close collaboration with Sales and SDRs, defining MQL criteria and building handover processes that convert. Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing work, with practical examples to share. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across regions and with senior stakeholders, ideally in a matrixed or global company. Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, complex environment with a high level of ownership . Strategic thinking paired with a willingness to constantly test and learn. Willingness to travel regularly across the region. Fluent in English (C2 proficiency). Nice to have Hands-on HubSpot experience: building segments, workflows, lists and campaign attribution reports Experience in hotel tech, travel tech or SaaS. Extra languages such as Dutch or Spanish. What We Offer at RoomPriceGenie 💪 At RoomPriceGenie, we don't just offer jobs; we offer an adventure! 🚀 Join us in an exciting startup atmosphere where you can grow your career while changing the world for tens of thousands of independent hoteliers. 🌍 Our global and diverse team is fueled by passion and a shared mission. OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT Building the backbone of European trades together – with AI-first software. We're not just building software – we're on a mission to create space for contractors & tradespeople by equipping them with AI solutions that work the way they do: fast, practical, and AI-first. With Tier 1 Investors from Europe and the US, like Headline and Creandum as well as 30,000+ tradespeople as customer base, we're scaling across Europe to turn scattered tradespeople into thriving communities. We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people in mind who wear the boots, not the suits. We're #stoked to shape the future, #together as a team, and #humble in our mission to support the builders of tomorrow. YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT As a Senior AI Product Manager, you move plancraft closer to becoming the autopilot for the trades : Evolving our product from software that helps tradespeople manage their work into one where AI agents can take on meaningful parts of their daily workload. This is not about adding AI features to an existing roadmap. You'll own an emerging problem space and identify where agents can create the highest leverage for our customers beyond what Plancraft does today. That means getting close to tradespeople and their businesses, uncovering the problems worth solving, and working with Engineering and UX to turn them into reliable, trustworthy products customers are willing to rely on for real work. You'll operate across the full product journey: from spending time with tradespeople in the field and deciding which opportunity to pursue, to working with Engineering to understand technical requirements and trade-offs, defining evaluation criteria, shipping to production, and learning from real-world usage. The impact should be tangible. The products you build will aim to help trades businesses improve outcomes such as profit margins, quote acceptance rates, and capacity utilisation — while opening up entirely new product and growth opportunities for plancraft. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Plancraft's customer-facing AI agents and workflows. Identify high-potential customer problems beyond today's platform and translate messy, real-world trades workflows into focused opportunities for agentic products. Define and own the single co-worker interface for customers to interact with and manage agents and their underlying workflows. Work in a Product Trio with Engineering and UX throughout discovery, evaluation, and delivery, from early problem validation to production-quality releases. Establish a repeatable AI product operating loop across discovery, evaluation, release gates, monitoring, and iteration. Define and maintain evaluation sets, quality standards, and release criteria for customer-facing AI products, including accuracy, correction rates, latency, and safe rollback conditions. Instrument and monitor AI product performance, using customer behaviour and quality signals to decide what to scale, change, or stop. Demonstrate measurable customer outcomes from AI-powered workflows, including improvements in efficiency, profitability, quote acceptance, capacity utilisation, activation, and retention. Contribute the Product perspective to technical and platform trade-offs, including customer value, quality, cost, and time to market, together with Engineering and the shared AI infrastructure counterpart. Partner across Product and Engineering to manage dependencies, reusable AI experience patterns, mobile and voice input, and handovers between customer workflows. Work closely with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success to understand adoption and willingness-to-pay signals and contribute to AI pricing and monetisation experiments. Must-Have Skills 7+ years of product management experience , including at least 2 years owning and shipping AI products in production end-to-end. Strong applied GenAI literacy across LLMs, agents, RAG, and evaluation frameworks — sufficient to understand technical requirements and help evaluate Product, quality, cost, and time-to-market trade-offs together with Engineering. Experience building 0-to-1 AI products or new product areas , from customer discovery and problem definition through production launch and iteration. Experience defining quality and success criteria for AI products , including evaluation metrics, release thresholds, customer outcomes, and post-launch monitoring. Strong customer discovery and product judgment , with the ability to turn complex real-world workflows into focused AI product opportunities. Experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment , with a track record of creating structure, setting priorities, and delivering despite ambiguity. Proven cross-functional ownership , working closely with Engineering and UX from discovery through production and managing dependencies across teams. English at C1 level and German at C2 level. Willingness to stay close to customers and the team , including field discovery with tradespeople and regular presence in Hamburg (approximately one week per month or equivalent). Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with voice, mobile, or document AI , particularly products that turn unstructured inputs into reliable workflows. Experience with AI monetisation , including usage-based, credit-based, or hybrid pricing models. Background in B2B SaaS for SMBs, field service, construction, or the trades . Familiarity with product and research tools such as PostHog, Sentry, Dovetail, or ProductFruits . Additional language skills in Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Polish . WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR You'll probably enjoy this role if you want to build rather than inherit. You like starting with an important but not fully defined problem and creating clarity through customer insight, data, experimentation, and strong product judgment. You're excited by AI because of the problems it can solve — not simply because the technology is new. You're comfortable working closely with engineers, understanding technical requirements and evaluation results, and translating them into sound Product decisions. You want meaningful ownership. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, narrowing a large opportunity space into the right first wedge, shipping it, learning from real usage, and changing course when the evidence tells you to. And importantly, you want your work to have a visible outcome. The products you build here should change how trades businesses operate — and their adoption, customer value, and commercial impact will be measurable. WHY PLANCRAFT?
